This Enterprise location really impressed me. I ended up renting from them for an extended period of time due to some unexpected car issues, and every interaction was smooth and genuinely pleasant. I was helped quickly each time, and everyone I dealt with had such a friendly, positive attitude. They even offered transportation to and from the repair shop, which honestly felt above and beyond. Customer service like that is rare these days. I've rented from other Enterprise locations before, and this one was by far the best experience I've had. I really value not having to wait around to be helped and each visit here, they got me in and out in a timely fashion. Well... just like so many of us I got in an accident, got hit by another driver and my car had to go to the repair shop. Meanwhile we got a rental through insurance with Enterprise. God I wish I remembered the name of our hero. He was so accommodating, saw that we are family with two little kids, we tried to get ahold of insurance to get upgraded to a smaller suv, but couldn't get ahold of anyone. But!! We got all the help and got the best possible rental for our family! All thanks to our Hero. Although I don't know his name, my heart is full of gratitude. I'm very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The vehicle I received had a strong dog odor and an overall bad smell that made it unpleasant to drive. The car also had very high mileage and did not drive smoothly at all. When I called customer support for help, the representative was very dismissive and didn't seem concerned about the condition of the vehicle or my concerns. Very helpful. I needed to look at the van I was renting as I wasn't sure if our bags would fit. They gave me the option of looking at it as well as another van in case we needed more space. I went with the second option and it was great! Zaire was very helpful. I let them know I found a better deal on their website at another location (same car and dates) and they honored it. The van was clean and well prepped (except for the DEF additive!). I returned quickly and they had a staff member take care of the additive right away. Recently we drove out to AZ, and the next day the car had a check engine light that reduced the speed while we were on the freeway. Luckily we were near an exit, so we drove to the nearest Enterprise hoping to switch cars. Unfortunately, because it was a holiday weekend, they only had a small car that couldn't accommodate our family. The only location with a bigger lot that had our same size vehicle was the Phoenix Airport, which was about thirty minutes away. We didn't mind the drive since we wanted to check out the city anyway. The main thing I want to highlight is their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They made sure we were taken care of and did their best to accommodate us in every way. I wish I had gotten every person's name who helped us in AZ, but I want to give a special shoutout to Naomi at Warm Springs. I hope I heard her name right. She was such a sweetheart over the phone and made sure we were comped for the extra day, since we wouldn't make it back in time to drop off the vehicle because of the swap. I will never rent anywhere else. I rented from Avis for years and there is no comparison to the customer service I received from Enterprise. read more

This is hands down the worse experience I have ever had with a rental branch. Staff is rude, disconnected, incompetent, and unwilling to do anything to help. I had to get a rental due to a car accident. The reservation;was set up through the insurance. I payed the up charge to be in an SUV instead of the cheapest options which was "so bad they don't even advertise it" according to one front desk girl. Picked up my first car, 24 Mazda CX-30...beautiful car, drove great. However, it stunk of cigarettes and was dirty. Very clear they don't clean the cars very well. I was told to bring it back so I wouldn't be charged the cleaning fee. I did so and then was given a Mazda 3. This thing was a MESS trim falling off all over the interior, and still smelled of smoke and like dirty people. I cleaned the steering wheel and the Lysol wipe was black with dirt. Then the breaks stopped working and the check engine light came on. Took that car to a the airport location because why in the world would I want to go back to this location? The airport location was like night and day! I cannot believe how disgusting the cars are that this location gives out to people. Avoid at all costs. read more

Management at this location is very unprofessional. They do not return calls when it comes to getting a refund due to them messing up and trying to have me pay the price. I was on a call with the manager Zaire and he put me on hold and after waiting more than an hour on hold I hung up and called right back and then was told he was not available. I left multiple message for him to return my call and he never did, I had to ultimately go to this branch to request a refund and still than I was not given my full refund for their mistake. Mind you this was almost $500 that I was charged without my authorization. Edit to say: I contacted customer service prior to going to the branch and I was told I would receive a call back but still have not received a call back so going to the website to contact someone else is pretty useless as well. read more

Update- Riley at the actual store is amazing! So lesson learned.... Use the store - Do not call 800 number. Riley turned this experience from a 1 to 4 just by being nice and helpful! At this point they deserve less than 1 star, not all this locations issues but as company they are awful. First we get a car cover by insurance and the car has mechanical issues, we called them 800 number as the location is closed and they do little to assist. First, why rent cars in this condition? Barely takes off and hesitates when driving cause a safety issue. It smells as if the last renter threw up in the car. 800 number won't do anything, they just asking how many people will be in the car and luggage? I asked if they were actually listening to the issue that we can take it back but need to make sure they have a vehicle available. She would just keep asking how much luggage????? Well I don't know since ours is on the shop!!! I'll definitely not use them again when we travel, but why so hard to get someone to take care of their shoddy unmaintained vehicles and then not do anything when we call?? Wait time was reasonable considering they were busy. Blake found me the perfect car for my needs; a Nissan Kick with ice cold air! Rental- misleading info, and deceptive upselling. Bad asst Mgr. 1. I was promised one rate on phone when reserving, then they claimed they didn't have any cars at that rate when picking up, until I called another branch who's manager talked to this branch manager. Suddenly they "found" a car for me in the promised price range. 2. I had to call and clear up a billing issue and expressed dissatisfaction that the car smelled strong of aftershave and was offered a chance to swap cars for a free upgrade. I was told to come on in if I wanted to swap. 3. When I got there was immediately told by Asst. mgr Renald Kent , that he "couldn't" honor that rate, before even asking me questions or looking for notes on account or asking other staff if they were aware of the arrangement. He repeatedly kept trying to tell me the same thing over and over about how their rates work, which I kept telling him was already very clear about. So, I left... telling him it was BS customer service having my time wasted to drive back for an upgrade they offered me, I hadn't asked for it. 4. I left and phoned back to leave a follow up message for the person I spoken to on the phone, who promised me a swap for upgrade at the same rate... (they were gone for the day). 5. Within minutes, someone called me back offering to honor the promised rate if I wanted to come back. 6. So, I went back a SECOND time and Asst. Mgr. Kent then proceeded again to "mansplain" the situation no less than 3 times, when I quoted him back saying I understood every word he said, and appreciated him honoring the rate, but I was not pleased with my customer service interactions on this rental. He was not going to quit until I agreed he was doing me a huge favor. I asked him at least twice to just stop repeating himself at me, that I understood, and he could move on to the next customer while I waited for the attendant to bring the car. He continued wanting to argue with me about what had already transpired and been settled. I reminded him basic customer service principles include listening to customers and ask questions to research what had been promised not immediately saying "no" before even attempting to validate my claimed promise. He would not stop mansplaining and ultimately complained I had "cussed at him and left", and he didn't "have to" honor the arrangement made in the phone . Which I told him I understood and agreed. He then abruptly said " I am not going to swap out the car now".... Even though HE had me to drive back over a second time so he could honor the quote ... All because I wouldn't acquiesce and let him speak to me in condescending tone and pretend to be happy about it. 5. So, I asked for the key back for the smelly vehicle they gave me originally and left. I hope my own car repairs are completed soon so I can end this arrangement. read more

Unprofessional and Unhelpful Experience - Employee ID e676s9 (Zair) I dropped my rental car off at the Spring Mountain Enterprise location on Friday, 11/7/2025, and was assisted by Zair (Employee ID e676s9). Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Zair informed me that the insurance company (American Family) had stopped paying for the rental the day before and that I supposedly owed for an additional day. I explained that I never authorized any extra charges since the rental was fully covered through insurance due to a collision claim. He said he would leave the account open to try and get payment from the insurance, but still charged me $120 on the spot -- without providing a clear explanation or any itemized details, even though I had already been charged $134 and $180 earlier. When I requested a receipt or any paperwork confirming the drop-off, he refused to provide one. I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable leaving without documentation, and instead of helping, he laughed and told me I was "overreacting and wouldn't screw me." His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were absolutely unacceptable. To this day, I still have no paperwork or confirmation that the rental was properly closed out. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received and hope Enterprise management reviews this situation seriously. read more

When my car was involved in a parking lot collision, the driver's insurance company Progressive set me up with this location. It happens to be a located off Warm Springs Road near body shops and the Henderson Auto Mall. It is a location near Wright Bet Auto Body. Enterprise made getting to and from the body shop a breeze with their complimentary shuttle service. What struck me about this facility is its size. In comparison to many of the Valley locations that are in shopping malls or office spaces this one is a moderate size facility with a parking lot that can give the airport locations a run for their money. Enterprise did not give me a run for my money. Progressive Insurance set up the account for me. After the shuttle driver dropped me off and I entered the spacious facility, the agent had my information. All that was required of me was a credit card. This would be used for a hold in case there was excessive damage. The agent did inquire if I wanted their insurance. I declined. From there he walked me outside to the car that I was driving for a week: a Hyundai Elantra. He had me sign a couple of lines and I'd be on my way. We also looked over the car to make sure that there was no damage. When renting a car from any rental car company I feel that it is a wise idea to take pictures before leaving the lot. With my smartphone in my hand I'd walk around the car taking pictures of minor scratches, minor stains, and very minor dings. It was my insurance. Over the course of the week, I grew to appreciate the Hyundai Elantra. Now if I had personally rented it, I think it would of been much more than the $30 a day that they charge Progressive. When signing out the car, the Agent also informed me of the pricey charge that would go on my credit card if I failed to fill it up to the level the fuel tank was when leaving the facility. The picture I took showed it half empty. With that said there are a sufficient amount of gas stations near Enterprise to fill up when returning the vehicle. They include: *Warm Springs at Mark Street Arco (nearest), *Sunset at Mark Street Chevron *Warm Springs at Stephanie Street Circle-K, *Warm Springs at Gibson 7-Eleven (Opens late 2019). When I returned the car to the return cue there was nobody outside to check it in. After taking photos including the fuel level as a precaution I walked inside the facility. The agent walked outside to the car to check for damages. He stated that there was none and that the hold would be off my credit card. Of course I kept the pictures until my next billing statement. After leaving the Hyundai Elantra that I bonded with for a week, I boarded the complimentary Enterprise shuttle to Wright Bet Auto Body. A month later I was pleased to see zero charges on my credit card. Renting from Enterprise was a solid experience. It certainly helped that nothing came out of my pocket. It also helped that they provided shuttle service to the nearby body shop, never pressured me with their insurance, and left zero surprises on my credit card. read more

My own ratings for this place are, as you can see, all over the board. If you're planning on renting a vehicle from this Enterprise location, you might have a great experience, or a good experience or a poor experience. Luck of the draw. Whenever we go on a road trip, we rent a vehicle. So last week, we had reserved a "Nissan Murano or similar" for a week. Instead of the Nissan Murano, they gave us a Honda Pilot. The Murano has two rows of seats, the Pilot has three rows of seats -- in other words, we spent a small fortune on fuel! We drove this to California where gas is just under $6/gallon! For five days, we drove around California's Central Wine Country, while the Pilot ate fuel like crazy. (We make this trip about twice a year. We have never had to fill up this often; not even the time we were "upgraded" to some huge SUV.) I'm giving three stars because both the front end process and the return process were good. This time, there was no "confusion" this time as to the price we got using Costco Travel. But the car was a POS; for the car, I'd give one star. The car was dirty. Hubby brought it home and cleaned the windshield because he hadn't been able to see through it on the drive from Enterprise to our house. He also tried to clean the outside mirror. Thought he had but quickly realized, while en route to Cali, that it wasn't clean after all. He tried twice on the road before finally getting it acceptably clean. The key fob should have had three buttons: one to LOCK the vehicle, one to UNLOCK it, and TAIL GATE. However, there was no LOCK button; it was missing!! Ruth pointed it out to him at the time we picked up the vehicle. She told him to "use the LOCK button on the front armrests" so that's what we did the entire week, every time we got out of the vehicle. That's not right. This car didn't have "all" of the bells and whistles. The tail gate had to be opened and closed manually, so the fact that there was a TAIL GATE button on the key fob was useless. The seat adjustments, even the driver's seat, were manual. We encountered rain, including some heavy rain, while in Cambria. That's when we discovered that the wiper blades were in need of replacement. We were surprised to find that the vehicle had over 55,000 miles on it. When he returned the vehicle to Enterprise, he mentioned that. In the past, we usually were given vehicles with very few miles, usually under 5,000. He was told that, post-pandemic, Enterprise is keeping vehicles until they accumulate 60,000 miles. Well, if you're going to do that, then you need to step up maintenance. Sending us out with a key fob that was missing the LOCK button and with wiper blades that badly needed to be replaced, is unsafe and just a very poor level of customer service. read more

I have been renting a lot of cars lately and can say that enterprise at this location and others has consistently stood above its competition. They are always easy to do business with and I will be a loyal customer and strictly rent cars from them over other companies. I have had a lot of issues with others but enterprise cars seem clean, well maintained and the check in and out process is always easier. They also have inventory when you need it. So I came here due to my Dealer needing to keep my truck over night and they paid for the rental. I came around 9:40am and spoke with two different Reps who were very professional and 100% down to earth and kind. What triggered the 3 star review was a serviceman who refused his name. As I and a gentleman who was the rep assisting me were going through the vehicle, this service guy wearing a green shirt and blue jean pants came up to the service guy and began demanding the keys, because the truck he was going to give me needed a smog. The rep basically was asking some ordinary questions about getting another vehicle the guy became a d*ck and just stated "just give me the keys" and threw his arms up like I was going to smirk or agree with him. Instead I asked for his name and he refused and asked why. I told him being a d*ck to the rep was not needed as I am the customer he was dealign with. So he jumped in the truck and left and the rep gave me another truck, well needless to say the following day I returned the current truck due to my truck being ready earlier than expected. As I go to return it the same rep I dealt with and the same serviceman was there and while the rep and I were talking the service guy just again demanded the keys while I was explaining to the rep that the sunvisor was broken and fell off while I was drivning on the freeway. The guy again was being a d*ck and I said out loud your about to get dealt with, because now he was just pissing me off, because this was legit the third time he was being unprofessionally rude and legit the rep didn't do a single thing to this guy to trigger him. I waited for the Manager and even missed my ride to go to the Dealer just to really set it straight that this guy does not belong. There was legit not one good reason this servie guy had to be rude or foul. The rep who I was working with even felt awkward, because this dude really stood their and stared at the rep and myself while we were talking and acting like the truck would magically not be there. He was trying to rush the rep for no reason. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. They even offered me a discount and or free gas I think and honestly I did not want anything, because I am not that type to ask or need it, I felt disrespected along with the rep who I can say I appreciated for his paitence with that character. Personally I wouldn't want to return here, because that service guy was a dooch! Late review * My latest car rental with Enterprise was a breeze. I forgot to ask the name of the person who checked me in. I was like 20 mins early for my reservation and he went ahead and checked me in. He is awesome! (Everyone I talked to is awesome) While waiting for my rental car, another person came in and saw me waiting so he asked if I am waiting to check in. Nikki got my car and explained the measurements of the cosmetic scratches they look for. She assured me that the big ones that we saw are already in the system. I still take pics anyway and she's cool with me taking my time with pics. She is pleasant to talk to as well. The car is clean and has a new car smell omg! Abi checked out my car when I returned it. She is fast, efficient and pleasant to talk to as well! She even told me about their new shuttle program. If I live within 5 miles, I can take their shuttle for free. Since I am in a time crunch and unsure if I have to wait for other people, I declined but would love to try their shuttle next time. While waiting for Uber, another person asked me if I am waiting for shuttle. I can tell everyone cares about their customers and made sure that I have been taken care of.
