We were told we could take it to a car wash and they would deduct up to $20 for the wash. The inside had footprints in the back as well as driver side. Also noted, there were no floor mats in this vehicle at all. When we returned the vehicle, we vacuumed out the vehicle top to bottom, wiped down the interior (even though we did not receive it that way) and windows. Photos are attached in the review of the returned vehicle. All of a sudden, over 24 hours later we receive a call that we will be charged $325 for cleaning the vehicle out. I was shocked. If you review the photos of the vehicle, there is no dirt, sand or dust in the vehicle. The vehicle was returned spotless. I will be fighting these charges as that is a little excess for cleaning. Steer clear of Budget in North Glen on 104th and spend the extra money at enterprise car rental. I read all reviews here and the cleaning fees are crazy. They do not clean the vehicles when you get them! Its your responsibility to clean it they said. Attached is also the Budget agreement paragraphs on returning the vehicle clean. Normal wear and tear is okay it states, but a piece of hair, or a piece of sand left behind is warrant for $325 cleaning fee?

No answer at the phone number provided on the contract. Lying to customers is never a good practice. I would advise you to rent elsewhere.

    I recently bought a car here, about a month ago. 1. I had an…read moreappointment with my salesman to go in and look at and test drive the car I wanted to buy . my appointment was verified through there system. so I go and he had the day off. weird right? but all in all not a big deal. 2. I bought a 2020 Altima and after a week or two the whole front bumper cover was coming off . now in fairness some bolts could've vibrated off leaving only plastic clips holding it on and a speed bump or maybe a pothole or even dip while I was driving might have broken some clips. Now enterprise brags about their inspections on their vehicles. I feel that this should have been discovered during an inspection. this was serious and could've been worse , I went and bought the bolts and clips and re-attached the plastic bumper cover. I figured that some of this could've been partly to circumstances that they couldn't control. 3. I started having problems with the battery don't forget that I've only had this car for a couple weeks. after several days of emailing my salesperson he got back to me and offered to get me a new battery from Firestone, also important to know I've now started missing work because the 2020 Nissan I just bought won't start. So I take the battery out and go to Firestone . I was told all I needed was the vin and the battery of course that wasn't the case. come to find out I need someone else who has a credit card and I'm told that he is always super busy and that it could take 4 to 6 hours before a return call. yes I know my emergency isn't necessarily yours I get it but I tell you I never once have felt like this was any kind of a partnership, the whole experience with enterprise made me feel like I should be honored by their willingness to sell lowly me their car. none of these things alone would have prompted me to warn you about this kinda crappy experience. maybe not even all of them together. What I do take exception to is the slow and unconcerned responses to my emails for help with these issues and the missing of work . a few asides. I email because I'm a bit hard of hearing. Also they give a 1 year 12 thousand mile warranty and I bought a 48 thousand mile warranty, and I know batteries are a wear item.

    Don't rent from here, they'll make you pay for their mistakes…read more I was in a car accident and needed a rental while insurance figured things out and I was able to get a new car. They were very helpful, but the problem came after. I had to return my first rental car because I noticed a tire was losing air. Anybody who lives in the area knows there's been a ton of construction going on. No big deal, I called them and was able to bring it in, and they saw the tire was indeed losing air, documented things like they typically do when you return a car, saw no issues, so they replaced the rental for me and took the car back. I had no issues with the second rental, used it and returned it when I bought a new car. Cue a month or so later, and I get a letter in the mail essentially billing me for "damage done to the rental." To the tune of $1,400. It was for the first rental car that I had returned because a tire was losing air. Apparently, the steel wheel had been damaged and they had to replace it and the wheel. When I returned the car, the tire was not flat. Yes, it was losing air, but it was not completely flat and sitting on the steel wheel. The employee looked everything over and gave the okay. I'm assuming that they let the car sit after I returned it, and let the tire continue losing air, thus leading to the damage that I'm now being charged for. Shame on me for not taking photos of my own when I returned the car, like I've typically done in the past with rentals. I had a million other things on my mind with the accident, but I won't make that mistake again. Yeah it's a long review, because I'm really upset. Just don't rent from here.

Was quoted around $300 online to rent it. Totally different price when i got there ended up payin $850 just to drive that shitbox off the lot. Will say the thing at least got decent gas milage but thats all i will say. The vehicle needed an oil change before i rented it at least that was what kept being displayed on the instrument cluster. Besides that opperating the navigation without any instructions proved to be a pain in the ass. Plus the parking break would engage every time you change a shift position ( very agravating ). Noticed a sign when you go in the office that said if you bring the rental back dirty they wil bill you an extra $400 so i made sure it was clean. When i dropped the car off 13days later my final bill was $1435.00 a hell of a lot more than i was initially quoted. By the way just thought i would add the employees were cracking jokes about a customer who was on the phone and got the camry that we requested and they were wanting the suv we were forced to rent at a higher price. Total bullshit I will never rent another car from any budget rental service again im very displeased and disgusted.

I was on hold seemingly forever and they confirmed I could exchange the car here (about 40 minutes from the airport). I called this AM and I reached a gentleman that said he could help as long as a car came in when scheduled, but please call to confirm. I tried calling this afternoon, but all calls went to the Avis 800 number, and honestly, they were a little frustrating to deal with. I decided to just drive to the location, and the man I spoke with this morning was there. He remembered me, and was very friendly and helpful, taking care of the exchange in minutes. As expected, his phone was ringing and he couldn't answer so those calls were going back to the toll free number. Hiring is very difficult now, so I understand he was doing everything he could. I'd give 5 stars to the employee for his efforts and 3 stars to Avis -- that's how I landed on a 4.
