Don't rent from here, they'll make you pay for their mistakes. I was in a car accident and needed a rental while insurance figured things out and I was able to get a new car. They were very helpful, but the problem came after. I had to return my first rental car because I noticed a tire was losing air. Anybody who lives in the area knows there's been a ton of construction going on. No big deal, I called them and was able to bring it in, and they saw the tire was indeed losing air, documented things like they typically do when you return a car, saw no issues, so they replaced the rental for me and took the car back. I had no issues with the second rental, used it and returned it when I bought a new car. Cue a month or so later, and I get a letter in the mail essentially billing me for "damage done to the rental." To the tune of $1,400. It was for the first rental car that I had returned because a tire was losing air. Apparently, the steel wheel had been damaged and they had to replace it and the wheel. When I returned the car, the tire was not flat. Yes, it was losing air, but it was not completely flat and sitting on the steel wheel. The employee looked everything over and gave the okay. I'm assuming that they let the car sit after I returned it, and let the tire continue losing air, thus leading to the damage that I'm now being charged for. Shame on me for not taking photos of my own when I returned the car, like I've typically done in the past with rentals. I had a million other things on my mind with the accident, but I won't make that mistake again. Yeah it's a long review, because I'm really upset. Just don't rent from here. read more

I rented my car from a different Enterprise location, that is closed today but have had the tire go flat twice now and his response was, "honestly you just need to go anywhere that sells Bridgestone tires or American Tire and have them figure it out." Then when he insinuated that I had done this to the tire. Finally I just asked about switching out the car, and he said they were super busy and I could go sit there and wait but he probably wouldn't get to me. We always rent from this specific location when we go back home to Denver for a visit. Even though it is not as convenient as the airport the customer service we receive at the Grant street location more than makes up for it! Specifically when Lauren is there. She is very thorough and remembers us and why we're visit, even to the point of asking how our kids and grandbaby are. It is a very smooth pleasant process everyone. I had to rent a car because my vehicle was stolen. I talked to a man who said they would have several vehicles for me to choose from. When I got there, they only had one very large sedan Malibu, which I'm very uncomfortable driving. I told them this when I was sitting in the car and they told me they only had electric vehicles for me to use, I'm asking where would I plug that in at? I called yesterday and told them I was uncomfortable driving the car. They told me they wouldn't have another car until Friday. I will never ever use this company again. read more

I had an insurance rental booked AND confirmed for pick up and when I arrived at the Northglenn CO. location they told me that they did not have a car and would not have one for a few days. WHAT!?!? I had a confirmed reservation. The girl at the counter was not concerned at all and blamed the reservation team. She said they screw things up all the time. This place is a joke and I would never recommend Enterprise to anyone. As a follow up, I called the customer service line when I got home and the girl I spoke to was nothing less than RUDE! Never once an apology. She stated that this happens all the time and she tried to blame the insurance company that booked the car. Let me just say that I just had one of the MOST unprofessional conversations with a customer service individual that I have EVER had dealing with anyone anywhere! This phone call made me not even want to utilize the company for a rental car! First individual I spoke to Ian had no idea what he was talking about, told me there was a vehicle available for pick up Saturday 8/5 and when I informed him it was an insurance claim he then said there wasn't a vehicle available anymore so I asked to speak to a manager. Assistant manager patience gets on the phone, I explain to her I was trying to ensure a location had a vehicle so I could then have my insurance send it through and that Ian said one second it was available the next due to insurance it wasn't. She then tried to pull up the insurance claim that I had just explained to her wasn't in yet, we were verifying a car was available first. She then kept talking over me and had a very bad attitude as I tried to explain that I already explained that, I couldn't even get a word in! She got loud and had terrible attitude multiple times and said "ok babe, ok babe" in a very demeaning way. I cannot believe the encounter I just had. I then asked for the site managers name 3 times before she would even give it to me! I then called my insurance to send the claim she said she needed, when I proceeded to call back using my cell phone number, it went from elevator music to being put on hold and my call never answered, twice! So while still on hold, I called from my work phone number and miraculously they answered right away, my cell phone was never picked up and on hold for 14 minutes and 31 seconds, patience then refused me service and stated I threatened her and her team and I asked for validation as to how I threatened them and she said by saying you were going to write a review. I told her oh I am writing one because I have never had such a horrible experience with someone working with a customer and she completely ruined my whole day. Reserved a rental car for our family trip out West. Had the rental car for one day and the vehicle ( 2018 suburban ) completely shut down. It is Memorial Day Weekend and they were unable to supply us with any vehicle able to seat 6 passengers and equipped to our needs. Although I realize this may be a problem with their vehicle, there was no solution or trouble shooting to the car's issues. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient for our trip. UPDATE! Reserved a car from this facility, tried calling to ensure they had a vehicle for me no one would answer the phone once I arrived at the location after $30 worth of cab rides I was informed that the do not have a car for me regardless of my reservation. No resolution was offered and I was told they had decided to stop answering the phone. Had they answered the phone I could have avoided the extra cost instead no car and $60 worth of Uber/cabs because they couldn't be professional enough to answer the phone. read more

Dylan and Guy at Enterprise on Grant in Northglenn have gone over-the-top to help us find a vehicle to fit our large family who likes to travel to snowy destinations. Would definitely be in the negative numbers if I could. Booked a car online for Sat the 7th for 3pm...got a confirmation. They open up at noon, got a phone call at 12:38...they have 28 reservations, with only 20 vehicles and they don't know why the system took more reservations then it could handle, but they cant guarantee my confirmation. I call customer service and put in a complaint, was told I'd get a phone call from a manager. At 3:30, I call customer service again, and asked for a supervisor. She told me that she couldn't help and that the only place to get a vehicle was at DIA. However, I needed a ride to get my car from Enterprise, hence getting a reservation at the one down the street for me. Told her why would I pay $50 for an Uber to the airport to get a vehicle, when my reservation was $48 for 2 days of rental? If I wanted to do that, I'd just Uber myself anywhere I needed to go, but I needed a vehicle. Not sure why they couldn't think out of the box and go 20 miles themselves to get vehicles from another place to help out their customers. No. Help. At. All. Waited till 5pm. Called customer service and told them I found a ride to DIA if they could transfer my reservation and find out if I could get a vehicle there, since I was a local. They transferred me to DIA, Did not stay on with me, just did a transfer dump. Was told from DIA that they don't transfer reservations, I would need to book a new reservation. I asked about being a LOCAL. Just fair warning... if you are a LOCAL resident and try to get a vehicle at DIA, you need to either have a round trip ticket, or use a MAJOR credit card. Cannot use a Visa Debit card. However if you fly into DIA from ANYWHERE else, you can use a Visa Debit card. Explained about what happened at the other office and was told that they couldn't help me. Was told that even though they say ENTERPRISE, each office is individual owed, and it's not their problem, I need to talk with the office that I had the reservation with. Called customer service back at 6:30, stating still waiting for a manager to call back. Was told I wouldn't hear from one over the weekend, they only work Mon through Fri. I went through 7 different people and no one mentioned that at any time. It is now 9/16... and I STILL HAVE HEARD FROM A MANAGER about this. Definitely a case of a business that has grown too large to manage properly. read more

The worst of the worst! They had to make a second account because their first one had soooo many bad reviews!!! User beware!!!!! Beware!!! I'm not going into detail but they are awful! Is it possible to give 0 stars? This is honestly the absolutely worst experience I've ever had! My insurance made us a reservation so after we dropped off our car at the collision center nearby, we called to confirm we were headed to Enterprise. We told them we just dropped off our car at caliber and they said we don't do business with them and refused our reservation although we had confirmation. They said they were sold out even though we had a reservation? So a week goes by still no car and my husband mentions it to caliber collision they call and are able to confirm a reservation for us. We call this morning and again they refuse... what? Now things get hairier....Gail decides my husband is wrong about his reservation and won't let him explain the situation calmly as he has been trying so fed up he hangs up. You'd think it would end here, but it doesn't. So she calls back to yell at him....? Wow just when you think customer service couldn't get worse... Gail says... hold my beer... after the fact Gail realizes she's in the wrong, and unapologetically tells him he's right gasp* fed up at this point momma bear decides to give a call a shot because she's fed up! So I call and speak to the manager with a crappy tone and explain that she's refusing service for no reason and their customer service is garbage. She gets angry and tells me if I don't change my tone that she'll cancel my order, ok cool lady fine I'll oblige... I call down and am nice... and she still saying if you don't calm down I'll cancel your order. I say okay great I'm done with you DONE. I'm calling corporate have a lovely day. Bottom line here y'all just avoid this place like you have a weak immune system and everyone has the flu.... just stay away. Customer service is garbage and they clearly don't know how the heck to use their data/reservation system. You know it's bad when the person fixing your car has to call and confirm your reservation. Wow just wow... no offers no sorrys no nothing, you just can't have a car you've already reserved??? Unacceptable I hope this place gets a total revamp here soon because looking at the other reviews they need it. We went back and they refused us service and to make things worse Gail steps in just to say she didn't yell at my husband wow thanks for your two cents Gail..... what kind of business is this?! Called to make a vehicle reservation. Spoke with a man, not sure of the name, I couldn't hear him. I was put on hold abruptly without notice, and transferred to a woman. Whom transferred me 3x more....I could hear this young lady fine. Made the reservation, asked a few questions. Although not by fault of employees Enterprise could offer some preferences like AWD to it's customer base. Or 4WD when reserving. Not sure why this isn't an option seeing as we are in Colorado....upon completion of my reservation I was asked for contact/info and abruptly hung up on before I could ask 2 more questions...thanks guys. The lady was rushed, and rushed through the entire call. So rushed that after info confirmation I was hung up on!! Normally it isn't like this. This is NOT good service. I have the phonecall if anyone would like to hear it i can gladly send it to you. I'll call some other rental agencies for my reservation. Im betting their employees are not so rude. read more

We ordered an 8 passenger SUV to pick up at 7:30 AM. We got there at 7:30 and they did not have a car ready and were in no hurry to get us one. They didn't have any SUVs on the lot, and said they can not guarantee the size of the vehicle or how many passengers will fit in it. After we waited around for 30 minutes while they took their time trying to get us a vehicle, one of the employees told us that we'd have to take the van but she'd take the price from $115 to $75 a day for the inconvenience. The price of the SUV vs. the van was at least that difference! All of their price sheets mentioned a van was $50 a day. Awful service, expect no one to care about your time, and you don't get what you ask for. read more
