We've used this location for years, usually when one of our vehicles is in for repairs. Every time there's some sort of issue. The last attempt to use was yesterday when going to pick up the car that had been reserved and having had been notified by phone that it would be ready to pick up. Upon arrival no car, no reservation. Then after checking we were rudely told we were wrong, it would be ready the following day. No admission of error, no customer service protocols. We left. Permanently. This has happened before as well as trying to upcharge because they had no other vehicle available. That's YOUR problem, Enterprise!! The other consistent problem is the vehicles are issued when filthy. Your "clean, sanitized vehicles" are blatantly falsely advertised. REALLY? Don't go here, it's not worth being treated like crap. read more

Extremely unprofessional location. I showed up 15 minutes early for my 10am reservation. Waited 45 minutes and no one was there. We called the rental company to inquire, they showed up 15 minutes later and chastised use for getting them in trouble. They said we should have known that they don't always staff during their listed business hours. They said we should have known their "be back shortly" sign was code for call someone else at a different car company. They chastised my toddler for not walking fast enough. And then the lady said she was canceling my reservation because I suggested they update their signs. read more

I rented a car in Grand Junction, CO, which i drove to Lafayette, CO, with the intent to go on to Tulsa, OK. Around Georgetown the A/C stopped working. I took the rental into this location to get assistance. The manager-in-training (J.B.) refused to help. He said he was "...too busy to help with cars from other sites, even tho they are the same company." He also said had no cars to trade. He handed me a business card with a list of phone numbers and said I was free to call other locations myself to work it out, but did not offer help from himself or his two employees, who were sitting idly watching our exchange. After 15-20 minutes of trying to get help, we ultimately had to resolve it ourselves. I'd give negative stars if it was possible to Broomfield, Enterprise Auto Rentals. I finally got the situation handled after my sister-in-law called the DIA location. 45 minutes later we arrived at DIA, explained our situation, and the manager, Melissa, was extremely helpful. Her staff diagnosed the problem and offered me an exchange vehicle, and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes, despite having fewer cars returned than going out that day. read more

0 STARS!! I was really in a bind as on my way home from work I stooped at my usual auto shop because my car was making noises and it was deemed dangerous because the brakes were totally worn. This enterprise said they had cars so I reserved and drove the rest of the way home and then ran/walked 1.5 mi to the store to pick up the car. Guess what! No car. They told me I could Uber home. I said they needed to get me home because it was their fault. They of course were no help. And because it was only 1.5 mi Uber wouldn't pick me up. Normally that ok but it was getting dark out, it was 29 degrees out, snowing hard, and slippery. So I walked home. I'm never using enterprise again! Not the first time I've made a reservation and there hasn't been a car! I'll be driving to work tomorrow with worn out brakes as I had run out of time because all the other rental places were now closed! read more

I rented a truck at $155 a day for valentines weekend and when I picked up the truck, it wasn't clean and nearly on empty. I went out of my way to top-off the fuel tank right before I brought it back and then was told that it's against their policy to reimburse for fuel, all tho they had to reimburse my $300 security deposit anyways.. enjoy the free gas Enterprise!! I dropped off rental car not realizing I had left a shopping bag in the back seat. I contacted the assistant manager in person who assured he'd check with his cleaning crew, lost & found and contact the new renter of the vehicle. He said he'd contact me back by phone that day. Never heard from him. I then called back the next day and was put in touch with the manager. The manager told me that he was going over to the location where the rental vehicle currently was and would be contacting me within 30 minutes. I never heard back and it's been a week. I wanted to post this as their employees obviously stole the package instead of turning it in. I'll be submitting a theft report to the police. On October 2nd, I received a response on here by Enterprise and was asked to email them and someone would check into my complaint. I emailed them immediately, and as of today, the 10th, I have not heard back. read more

This Enterprise is probably the best I've ever been to. I know for sure is the friendliest. They've offered me upgrades, and extended the lowest rate for days past when it should have been! They even offered to switch out for a pick up truck at no extra charge when they heard I was moving. I didn't expect that! I picked it up and found out they didn't have a compact car but would offer me an SUV for the same price. I was very pleased with the service I received from these people. Traveled to Denver to visit my cousin and celebrate my birthday. We made a reservation through Priceline for a rental car in the morning with plans to pick up the vehicle at 12:30. We arranged for a ride to the Enterprise lot and they were able to pull up my reservation...that's when the problems began. After our reservation was pulled up, the employee told us he wouldn't have a vehicle for us until 4 or 4:30. We looked around at each other perplexed since we had been dropped off. I told the employee this was unacceptable and he needed to figure something out. We waited about ten minutes when he said he might have a solution and needed our DL and payment. We do not carry credit cards, haven't since we cut ours up to get out of debt. I had verified on the website that using a debit card wouldn't be a problem so long as we had proof of our round trip ticket. I placed my debit card and ID on the counter and immediately the employee said "We don't take debit cards." When I challenged he responded, "Well we do accept them but you need to fill out this form and provide two utility bills with a zero balance." WTF? Really? It became obvious that this employee did not want to help us at all. Rather than continuing to endure this customer service fiasco we decided to go to a different rental company instead. I will never use or recommend Enterprise again. read more

I had to rent a vehicle for 4 days, as my car had some mechanical issues, and needed to be towed to fixed by my auto mechanic. I'd rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in other cities and always had a great experience. Well, Sam, the Enterprise Agent at this Broomfield, CO location was stellar and definitely reminded me of why I'd rented from this company in the past. First off, the agents were scrambling the Saturday morning that I was scheduled to be picked up and start my Enterprise Rent-A-Car car rental. Apparently, they had just had a major recall on many of their car rentals, so they were short cars. Sam stepped up to the plate and sent someone out to pick me up immediately, after he'd learned that I'd been waiting for over an hour. When I arrived to their location, Sam was on the phone, handling a call to another customer very calm, courteously, and professionally. He then attended to me immediately after hanging up the phone. Since they were short vehicles, he upgraded my vehicle to the next class free of charge, and due to the inconvenience I was caused in being picked up late, he added a 15% discount! I was very impressed by Sam's professional, and excellent demeanor. Prior to speaking with Sam, I'd spoken to a female agent twice that morning who was very rude and actually hung up on me. (I won't name her in this review). I commended Sam for his wonderful customer service as he handled not only me, but various customers over the phone very calm, and politely. I can honestly say that Sam is the reason why this particular Enterprise-Rent-A-Car location has earned my business and I will be returning here and referring friends and family to this location when they need a car rental. read more

I booked a rental car two days ago, to be picked up at 8am today. Last night, I was called by Enterprise and informed that they did not have a car available for me; they expected one to be available at 1pm. Frustrating, but understandable. I told them this was fine, and that we would need to be picked up. At 1pm today we had still not received a phone call. When I called Enterprise, they let me know that we were "next in line" to receive a returned car, and to just be patient. 4:15pm. No calls from Enterprise. I call Enterprise again. They respond that we are going to get our car by 6pm now, because they've been busy helping other customers. They ask if we are expecting to be picked up. Screw it. I'll ride the bus until my car gets fixed. read more

They are attempting to charge me for damage that occurred to my car during a nonexistent hail storm. It was sunny with clear skies the entire weekend I had the car. They never inspected the car before I picked it up or after I dropped it off. Also, the person behind the counter that handed me the keys had atrocious body odor. I am surprised that it did not singe off my eyebrows it was that bad. Enterprise seriously needs to work on its customer service and business ethics. read more

Spoke with a Katie regarding renting a vehicle through my insurance claim. She was extremely rude when going over the cost of the rental and the type of rental available. When asked if she can go over the information one more time she became angry and said she had already covered everything at the beginning of the call. Horrible customer service. It is not about how fast you can talk but making sure people understand the information you are providing them. Never assume someone knows the drill of your business and you should always be ready to cover something again if asked to. read more

Last year I was placed in Denver for three months. We rented from multiple enterprises in the area with no issue including this one. Fast forward to two days ago. I landed my plane at Rocky Mountain Metro and called Enterprise for a pick up. The employee asked me immediately if I had a reservation and I replied that I didn't but I could easily make one on my phone in 5 minutes if need be. I have a corporate code and this isn't the first time I've rented a car with them. I rent a car weekly in different areas of the country. He told me he was understaffed and could not get me. He then said it would be easily 30 minutes. I acknowledged this and said that would be fine. He then said it would be easier for him operationally if I rented from National at the terminal in the airport. If you travel as a rule you never do this as airport rentals include fees and taxes making a rental way more expensive than it need be. I told him this and he responded he would t be able to get me till this afternoon and this was the best solution. For enterprise not their customer. It is not the customers fault that you are understaffed. If your logo is we pick you up. Then that is exactly what you should do. Not now, maybe in a reasonable time period but never should you just not want to pick people up. Secondly, You should never recommend another company to the customer. Leor was very professional and courtous and made sure I did't have any questions before I left. After I left I realized the car smelled like smoke so I stopped by the Broomfield location. Darius, the Assistant Branch Manager was so helpful and with no exception offered a substitute vehicle. They seem very busy every time I have been here, but the ladies I have worked with are very friendly. I had to get car work done, and so I rented from Enterprise and I worked with Perry to get my car situation figured out. She was very chipper, and seemed to really enjoy her job. She also waved the extra driver fee (I am only 24) due to the fact that it was a rental not for pleasure, but just to get me through the week while my car was in the shop Getting to this location is sort of tricky if you are traveling west bound on US Highway 287 (120th Ave) because you actually pass it and then have to make a U-turn. And then if you need to get out of the place and go west, you have to only turn right and head east and then turn around at the next intersection. read more

Enterprise provides terrible customer service. I waited about an hour for them to come and pick me up. Was told it would be a couple of minutes. They charged a lot for a couple of days for a rental car. On another note, one of their associates (a man) is very rude and uses company cars to do his personal errands. I am sorry, you can't use a company car rental to go and wash your clothes with it. And be rude to customers . And ignore the fact that you have been trespassed noticed from that laundromat for being rude to the associates that work there. I hope that they fire this idiot. read more

This is an incredibly shady location. My dad is being scammed for $720 by these people for a front grill that he never cracked. When he picked his car up, the employees never inspected it or did a walk through with him. He took a picture of a scratch on the side but upon dropoff an employee did an initial inspection and found nothing, then someone else went out and "found" a crack that my dad had nothing to do with. They told him it probably wouldn't be an issue especially since an employee never did the walk through with him, but they needed his insurance info. Now they're filing a claim. This is a scam and a racket and now we are having to involve corporate and lawyers. Ridiculous. read more

CAUTION!! SHADY BUSINESS I rented a car from enterprise for a week at the beginning of September, while in transition on a move from North Carolina. Upon returning my rental I left 3 irreplaceable concert posters in the backseat of the car. I had a flight to catch and couldn't make it back to the store before close. I called the store at 8am the next morning and talked to Lucas on sept 14th, he had found all 3 posters and would hold them for me until I returned in a week. Upon returning to the store a week later and being given the ring around at this point, there were only two posters now and they had been bent and damaged. Drew the store manager offered to pay me back for the lost poster, but it didn't matter to me at this point, because it can't be replaced, there are no more copies. Someone had obviously stolen one of the variants. I'll just have to be more careful next time and not forget something in the backseat, but never will I trust this establishment again. I am writing this because recently my poor mother had a very bad experience at your Broomfield, Colorado location. An agent relentlessly pushed a deductible fee on her, until in exasperation she accepted, just so she could get out of there, after an already stressful day dealing with her own vehicle (a recalled part had to be replaced by the dealer). Not only was she lied to about being able to make an account change, but they told her twice to come in, and they would fix. Both times upon arrival they told her she could no longer make he change. On her third call, and appointment, she was told by a manager that, "they had all talked about her, and decided that they just couldn't make the change." They also said if she did, the cost would come out of the managers paycheck, which is ridiculous. When my parents refused to pay the charge, they were told, "that's ok, we'll just send it to collections." All of this was following a recall on her car in which Sil Terri Har Ford referred her to you. Very disappointing service. I hope that you can remedy the problems coming out of that location. read more

I dropped off a rental car using the after hours drop box. The next morning, at this location, they tried to tell me over the phone that I returned the car with hail damage, the car had absolutely NO hail damage. I wanted to challenge his claim, so I went there one hour after we spoke and I did not see the car on the lot. When they found out I bought the insurance, then everything was fine all of the sudden. Great customer service! I rented a car while my car was in the shop and 2 days later someone rear ended me in the rental at a stop light. I called them after the obligatory insurance company call and the first thing they asked was whether my daughter and I were okay. They offered to trade the car for another car, then took the insurance info (mine and the person at fault). When I returned the car they again asked if we were okay and mentioned they were not pursuing my insurance and were in contact with the other guy. This is the type of service I wish other companies would adopt. I would definitely return to them in the future knowing how they handle these situations. As a side note, I declined their extra insurance coverage because my insurance company covers rentals. read more

They were very rude to both of us and I would not reccommend them to an enemy. Good this there is another car rental office in dubois that costs a little extra but they provide unbeatable service. They tried to compare their car rental to a restaurant table...THEY GOT NO TIP...I even called the manager the day before saying we'd be late picking up the car...it WAS GONE...GET, GET GONE....THEY DON'T CARE...RUN...RUN FAST... awful business....
