I was rear ended a few weeks ago and the aftermath and dealing with insurance has been a nightmare. i had to come to this location 3 separate times due to insurance issues and whatnot. each visit here made my situation less of a nightmare. every single time they got me all squared away, and they were very quick, as well. Katie is an absolute peach. i had the pleasure of having her take care of me the 2/3 times i came in. each time she was very personable, and overall super warm and welcoming. im very introverted so i avoid talking to people if i can, but she made me WANT to talk to her. both times she helped me out, i felt like i made a new friend lol. she clearly puts her best foot forward every single day she is there. love her. read more

My experience here was excellent! Picking up my rental car, there were quite a few people there picking up or dropping off their rental so I had to wait a little bit. Once it was my turn, I had a lot of questions and the agent did the best job answering all of them thoroughly and thoughtfully. He also went above and beyond to ensure all my contact information was correct. We reviewed the vehicle for any damages and he took some extra time pointing out safety features and other must knows about the vehicle. I was so pleased! I wish I remembered his name but he had said he played football at CSU and had graduated recently. When dropping off my car, it was super easy! I was allowed to just leave the car with the keys in it and they emailed me a receipt later on. So easy, so convenient! If you need to rent a car, I recommend this location! read more

DISAPPOINTING STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!I made a reservation 3 days in advance because my car need to have some work done and I had appointments I could not change or miss. The next day I was contacted by Katie, she left a message on my phone. I was working so I called back as soon as possible. The recording hung up on me multiple times, then when someone finally answered they hung up on me. I called over an hour before my scheduled pick up time and was told by Katie that even though I made a reservation for 9am (with a confrontation #) that I could not get a car until after 10am. I explained that I made reservation for 9am because I had an appointment and I made that very clear when I spoke with the gentleman make my reservation. I am extremely disappointed in Enterprise. I am without a car and needed a rental as I travel a lot for my jobs and Enterprise typically offers decent deals and great service. Not today... I modified my reservation by moving the rental up a day at a nearby location and was immediately notified that no cars were available today. Totally fine, I realize there's a shortage and appreciated them letting me know. Then I call this location and they tell me they have a car available at today at a specific time. Unfortunately I got caught up at work and I show up 20 minutes after to learn they gave the car to someone else... ok?.... then have no alternative vehicles and say they can call me if that changes. If you have a "20 minute hold policy" it would be great for that to be communicated before I travel 30 minutes across town on my lunch. Surprised and frustrated with this lack of communication and consideration but thankful that Avis/Budget was able to provide the service Enterprise clearly can't. Wouldn't recommend them going forward. Lower prices apparently means terrible service too. read more

I took one star off because Enterprise Rent-A-Car corporate was inaccurate in telling us over the phone that they didn't have any cars at the Thornton location (this location). We went to the location in-person anyway and It turned out the there were indeed vehicles available. I had to drop my Rogue off at the dealer for warranty work, and my dealer arranged for an overnight rental through Enterprise so I'd have a way to get to work the next day. Customer service was just fine - I wasn't asking for much, and got a subcompact (Chevy Sonic) for the day. Car itself drove fine, but I was not impressed that it only had a half of a tank of gas and a giant star-shaped rock chip in the windshield. It was a last minute pick-up, but I would have expected that the staff would have filled the tank and not given me a car which needed the windshield repaired. Brittany, the representative who took me to the car, was very nice. She noted the rock chip as well as a couple of other scratches on the car immediately so I wouldn't be charged. I can't really complain much as I wasn't paying for the rental. However, the one thing that bothered me was the just over-the-top pushiness of the manager (did not catch his name. He was younger with short blond hair.) I understand customer service is his top priority, but he just came across as very insincere, asking hundreds of questions about the car, how it drove, how I liked it, how Brittany's customer service skills were. And it all sounded like a script. Dude, I had the car for less than 24 hours, it was a rental via my dealer, it was simply to get me to work. You could have put me in a Yugo, and I wouldn't complain because it was free. Please stop hassling me! I'm definitely a fan of Enterprise as I've rented from their Broomfield location on Hwy 287 multiple times and will continue to use their business. I just wish they'd stop training their managers to be so pushy with the salesmanship. It makes me uncomfortable. read more

I purchased my vehicle from this branch of Enterprise and was more than happy. I was grateful for their no haggle and relaxed sales approach. The tiresome approach of the in your face, far from transparent, all you get is the runaround sales approach of other dealerships (not to name names but rhymes with Sleaze-inson) was something fortunately not experienced with the employees at Enterprise. They were knowledgeable, had a substantial inventory, and offered a competitive price that didn't require games and the back and forth BS that was experienced at the above mentioned dealer. Each individual at Enterprise seemed genuine and offered up what I felt was their honest opinion. Considering that they don't get paid on commission, there is no reason or place for the over the top sales approach here. I walked away thoroughly happy that I got the best deal that could have been offered by any dealer. And, I didn't have to feel the disgust of possibly being had by the pompous salesman. I left with certainty and satisfaction having procured my car from Enterprise. read more

First to review!! I always have good luck with Enterprise, but this experience was particularly good. I arrived at an auto body place a couple miles away to drop off my dinged car and an Enterprise employee was waiting there ahead of time with a small selection of cars I could drive away with without even making an extra stop. I opted instead of rent a midsize, and they drove me to their location where in less than 5 minutes, I was driving away. Like all companies, Enterprise tries to sell you on their insurance, but other than that, they don't push any upsells and the process is consistently smoother than any other rental company. Returning the car was even easier. I just left the keys with the auto body shop and Enterprise called later in the day to confirm I was taken care of. read more

I will NEVER come here again. I got in an accident and my insurance was paying for a car. I got an SUV because I was informed it would be covered in full by a customer rep. After I returned my car my card was charged $225. I called and they informed me I upgraded although they stated my insurance would cover. The lady said that she ASSUMED I knew it was an upgrade because I paid $75 for deposit instead of $50 which is the normal deposit. You can't just assume people know that kinda stuff. She never showed me how much I was paying a day she just told me where to sign so I did because I didn't think we would have an issue. Of course I asked if they had recorded calls and she said no which is super weird for such a large company not to record calls. I've called corporate about 5 times and always hear that someone will call me back and no one ever does. Please don't go here because if you have an issue it will never get resolved! read more

Had to use their services because my car was in a bad state. Read a lot of reviews and saw that they only had 2.5 stars which made me really worried. Have to say that they deserve a much higher rating! They worked closely with my insurance company to get me the car that I needed. Initially they showed me a sedan that would be completely covered but I knew that I would need an SUV so they pulled one from the back and cleaned it up right away! Horrible customer service. I wanted to rent a car while visiting from out of state. Was told I had to have a current utility bill from a residence less than 5 miles from the Enterprise office and pay deposit and charges up front, just because I had only a debit card. In my possession was proof I owned a house, had good credit, and had left my credit card at home on the kitchen table. Nope, they were in no way shape or form going to allow me to rent a car. Luckily Budget rent a car gave me no trouble. I ended up renting the car for an additional week, so they made good money off my order. This leaves a horrible taste in my mouth for Enterprise Rent a Car. I will never ever contact them again for service. read more

Rented a car online and showed up to have to wait for an hour and a half for a car. This one location is not linked with kayak and Priceline in terms of their availability. I'm sure that can be fixed but instead people end up having to wait. I was asked to park my car on Zuni as I needed to leave it for a few days - only to return to the driver's window was shot out. I went back in to ask for help and the girl gave me a box and a snow brush - neither of which helped me get the glass shards out of my seat. Had to drive to a car wash ten min away to vacuum. I had asked the clerk if they could help me vacuum in their detail dept and she ignored that request. Thanks for making me feel like crap twice Enterprise. Oh wait, no, I forgot, I was also hassled by the kid that showed me my car for insurance - I know they get commission but he was rude. read more

OMG, worst service ever! They gave me a horrible car, the drivers side seat wouldn't even recline. All I needed to do was drive it home & drive it back in the morning when my car was done and the dealership. I drove it 7 miles home & woke up to a flat tire. I've spent 3 hours trying to deal with them so someone can come get this car and I will now be paying for an uber to go pick up my car. The person I spoke to on the phone was SUPER rude and basically told me the flat is MY fault! I will NEVER rent here again and suggest you find a different branch to work with. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently needed a rental car after being T-boned my someone on my way to work. After getting the run around by multiple people I was sent to this location to get a car. When I got there I was given a car with damage all around it and bald tires. Two weeks later I was called at told to immediately return the car, as it was being removed from the fleet. There was 12 inches of snow on the ground and it was still snowing, but I still picked up my child from daycare and drove to exchange the car. The entire drive was terrifying because the car was in such bad shape to handle the weather. When I get there I was told I had to wait because the car wash guy had my exchange. Really? In a blizzard. A few weeks later when my car was finished at the repair shop I called in and told them I would be returning my car and needed a ride to the shop. I was told it was too far and that I COULD GET AN UBER. Again, really? So the pick you up anywhere people can't drop me off? There was some kind of supplemental insurance on the car at first which I called and canceled and I made sure was canceled when switching between cars. Well when I returned the car for good I was told I had a $242 dollar balance, which I told them was in accurate. They charged my card anyway WITHOUT my approval and without my signature. This place is ridiculous. Scam artists. Terrible customer service. read more

Customer service was good but we had a rental car from them for two weeks but when we got it it was filthy inside and out bug guts all over the front end, it was not washed and or vacuumed, and the gas light turned on just as we left the building. Is it possible to give 0 stars? This is honestly the absolutely worst experience I've ever had! My insurance made us a reservation so after we dropped off our car at the collision center nearby, we called to confirm we were headed to Enterprise. We told them we just dropped off our car at caliber and they said we don't do business with them and refused our reservation although we had confirmation. They said they were sold out even though we had a reservation? So a week goes by still no car and my husband mentions it to caliber collision they call and are able to confirm a reservation for us. We call this morning and again they refuse... what? Now things get hairier....Gail decides my husband is wrong about his reservation and won't let him explain the situation calmly as he has been trying so fed up he hangs up. You'd think it would end here, but it doesn't. So she calls back to yell at him....? Wow just when you think customer service couldn't get worse... Gail says... hold my beer... after the fact Gail realizes she's in the wrong, and unapologetically tells him he's right gasp* fed up at this point momma bear decides to give a call a shot because she's fed up! So I call and speak to the manager with a crappy tone and explain that she's refusing service for no reason and their customer service is garbage. She gets angry and tells me if I don't change my tone that she'll cancel my order, ok cool lady fine I'll oblige... I call down and am nice... and she still saying if you don't calm down I'll cancel your order. I say okay great I'm done with you DONE. I'm calling corporate have a lovely day. Bottom line here y'all just avoid this place like you have a weak immune system and everyone has the flu.... just stay away. Customer service is garbage and they clearly don't know how the heck to use their data/reservation system. You know it's bad when the person fixing your car has to call and confirm your reservation. Wow just wow... no offers no sorrys no nothing, you just can't have a car you've already reserved??? Unacceptable I hope this place gets a total revamp here soon because looking at the other reviews they need it. We went back and they refused us service and to make things worse Gail steps in just to say she didn't yell at my husband wow thanks for your two cents Gail..... what kind of business is this?! Refuses to admit they are wrong, doesn't try to even fix the situation just constantly tells you you're over reacting and tries diverting the blame to you and then just poor salt in the wound. I needed a car quickly, made a reservation got picked up by a friendly driver. Arrived into the store, got asked the typical upgrade and insurance questions. When it came time to get my car seemed like they were playing "Let's find the key", then to be told i needed to wait while the vehicle was being cleaned, although they had a full lot of cars. The car was brought to me and the 1st time in almost 300 rentals (yes I travel a lot) the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas, the "Manager Trainee" said oh yeah just bring it back with the same amount of gas. in my mind this was a complete fail and lack of customer service, why have me wait for a car that is not 100% ready to go? I would rethink the savings next time I come to this area. Since I own a Hospitality Consulting company, I did ensure the car was returned full so the next guest will not have the same experience as I did Pamela Nicholson and Andrew Taylor would never let this slide if it was known. read more

I'm here often. My car has service at Larry H Miller at least 4 times a year and my warranty covers rental car. The staff at Enterprise are always friendly and polite and try to get me in and out quickly. I've never had an issue with any of the cars they have rented me. But I have learned that I don't accept any cars with leather seats that don't have tushy warmers! You get spoiled with your own car and those leather seats are just icy without them! I will note that the cars aren't always the cleanest when I pick them up, but this location does seem exceptionally busy. read more

Booked online with costco travel to pick up on easter sunday, got to denver one day early and found out from friends who also rented from them that they would be closed on Sunday. Went there and the assistant manager said they tried to call but the number was not good...bullshit. They also did not have the car that we reserved. Do not rent from this location. Car was poorly maintenanced 11 miles per gallon in the SUV because of no oil change or services being done to it. $400 in extra charges not told about until the end of a two week rental..... I rented a car from them through my dealer, since my own car had some warranty issues. My car was ready on a Saturday and I went to the dealer to pick up the car and return the Enterprise rental car. I did return the rental car, picked up my car and drove off home. The following Monday, I received a phone call from Enterprise, telling me that I damaged the rental and they wanted me to pay for it. I told them that my car was not damaged and was returned in a pristine condition to the dealer's rep. They told me that unfortunately, no Enterprise reps work on Saturday at that Dealership, so they would consider that the car was returned a day later, on a Monday, and it was returned damaged. I was outraged. I contacted the dealership, who confirmed to me that the car was returned on a Saturday and in a pristine condition. However, Enterprise would not take this for an answer, (like it was my fault that no Enterprise reps work there on a Saturday.) I tried to resolve the problem with the manager there, a lady, but she was rude and unprofessional. I ended up paying for a day late of the rental (which wasn't my fault) and also paid for the repair, which weren't my fault either. I will never use this particular Enterprise, as they are unprofessional and do not put their customers first. Furthermore, the staff there always seems to be changing, so there is always a mess to find records and/or to know who said what. Do no recommend them. read more

The vehicle's worked fine, and for that I am grateful. However, when it comes to customer service I have definitely had way better service at other Enterprise locations, I am an Enterprise plus member. The manager of this Thorton, CO location needs to be replaced or re-trained. He is 26 and does not have a lot of experience. He treated his employees very poorly. He used foul language in front of several customers including myself. He generally lacked the servant leadership skills that make customer service great. I found out he is up for promotion and I would caution regional leadership to re-evaluate this. The other employees were great. I would only add that when it came to adding insurance I felt the employee that helped me was really pouring on the guilt trip for not obtaining their coverage. It was a bit immature. I get that enterprise wants you to get their coverage. But give me a break, no means no. BTW, here in CA I have been able to cut deals on insurance rates. The employee I worked with in Thorton did not seem willing to cut a deal. So the poor management took off two stars, and the guilt trip and inability to negotiate insurance rates took off another. read more

I had a car reserved since 2/22/16 for today. I called to arrange a pickup as I had done previously with this location and was informed be Bella Kenny, one of the Managers at this facility, that my address was outside of the five mile pick up radius by two miles. I had previously reviewed this facility on 2/23/16 with a four star rating, which I had no issues in dealing with another manager. Bella said that she would transfer my reservation to another location which was close and it was actually farther away. She also failed to check to see if the other facility had a car available, which they did not. My trip today was scheduled for two days and I had another reservation for the entire next week for my business. As a result of Bella's actions, this left me without a rental car today and I ended up using my personal vehicle. I will cancel my reservation for next week and will not use this facility, nor recommend this facility if this is how they treat customers. My company does a lot of business with Enterprise and will inform our travel agency about this lack of service and use another company. Thanks Bella! read more
