He presented himself as someone that was kind, caring, and one who goes above and beyond for their customers. It looked as if a pig lived in the back seat area of the car. Corn chips were scattered all over the rear floor mats and paper strewn on the floor. That is to say that they made this mess and had the audacity to blame us for it. My wife and I are two mature individuals in our late 60's and would not have done such a thing. However, I did encounter a frustrating delay at the exit kiosk. The efficiency at National locations at the exit kiosk seems to be a holistic problem, but this time the process was unusually slow. One would assume there'd be some sort of expedited "pre-check" process for Executive members, but that didn't appear to be the case. I ended up waiting behind one vehicle for nearly 10 minutes, while the adjacent kiosk processed three cars in the same time. Unfortunately, just as I considered switching lanes, they closed that kiosk off with a cone--just my luck.

Which said online that it would be revealed when I picked up the car. They gave me a Kia EV. I've never driven anEV before so I asked the about when I return it did it need charged to a certain charge... he said bring it back with at least 80% charge... after I started heading to my parents who live in North Canton, I had gone about 20 miles and was alerted I needed to charge the vehicle... THEY GAVE ME AN EV THAT ONLY HAD 8% CHARGE LEFT... I HAD TO QUICKLY FIND A PLACE TO CHARGE IT SO I COULD MAKE IT TO MY PARENTS. I couldn't find a super charge station and the only one I found had a 4 hour limit which I didn't have time for and because the battery was so low it said it would take 11 hours to charge to full capacity. My parents who are almost 80 met me in Fairlawn and we went to dinner while the car charge enough to get me to there house. I will most likely use a different rental car place next time rather than Dollar.
