All I had to do was to call this office and tell them that I was ready for the rental. I tried to set it up a couple of days ahead of time, but they said "Just call us when you're ready." I was skeptical, but when I called, they sent a Lyft to pick me up within ten minutes. There were three guys that afternoon and they seemed busy, so it took about fifteen minutes to hit the road. Not effortless but not painful at all. Drop-off took about ten minutes, plus a drive back to the body shop. The guy that I dealt with both times was cool to chat with. He was working by himself that second day--with another customer ahead of me and the phone ringing off the hook--but totally kept his good humor. Great customer service. I had the car for a week and a half and didn't have any problems. As a side note, I will never buy a Kia Forte, but that's got nothing to do with Hertz.

I have had black cars before and none had the deep gloss of my GV60 with Gtechniq Crystal Serum. The finish repels water and dirt. Super easy to clean and then dry with a leaf blower. Like RainX, the coating on the windows sheds water with little need for wipers. What I was very pleasantly surprised by is how effective the ceramic tinting of windows and windshield turned out. It is not just hype. This stuff really blocks the heat. If you hate getting into a hot car in the summer, this is your solution. I was suspicious of putting it on the windshield, but the ceramic tint does not impair visibility in any way and blocks the infrared as advertised. To comply with Chicago regulations I did 50% on the front windows. Once again blocks the heat but not the view along with sufficient privacy when viewed from the exterior. Not cheap, but a worthy investment on an expensive vehicle. I highly recommend.

We talked about this should have been addressed before I got there. I was hesitant to leave the second car but thought they would take extra care after the issues with the 1st car. I was wrong. I picked up the second car and saw lots of missed spots and I had to again wait until they finished. Overall, very disappointed with the poor or lack of quality control and lack of detail orientation and passion to do the job right especially considering the price i paid. I will never go back, ever.

Upon leaving we couldn't get the Bluetooth to work on bus, radio was static the whole time and Sharon couldn't help us with that issue. The ride was rough and honestly this has to be the worst party bus I've been on.
