I was set to pay a reduced insurance claim rental at $73 per day for a mini van even re confirmed the day before with Libby. When I went to pick it up they did not honor it. The manager said they had too many people renting minivans for college moves and that I could rent one but not at the pre approved insurance claim rate of $73 instead I would have to pay $125!! Oh the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IS GOING to have a field day with this one as I have everything documented including my insurance company backing me up! BIG mistake Enterprise! BIG!!!

It still was a pain trying to park in monthly garages. Carlease called and again compensated us for the hassle. After some back and forth it really sounds like this business model is make or break on which dealership the car is coming from. Again, Carlease is probably good for luxury vehicles but not sure of the feasibility of the service for the rest of us peasants who want regular cars.

I was skeptical, but when I called, they sent a Lyft to pick me up within ten minutes. There were three guys that afternoon and they seemed busy, so it took about fifteen minutes to hit the road. Not effortless but not painful at all. Drop-off took about ten minutes, plus a drive back to the body shop. The guy that I dealt with both times was cool to chat with. He was working by himself that second day--with another customer ahead of me and the phone ringing off the hook--but totally kept his good humor. Great customer service. I had the car for a week and a half and didn't have any problems. As a side note, I will never buy a Kia Forte, but that's got nothing to do with Hertz.

I have had black cars before and none had the deep gloss of my GV60 with Gtechniq Crystal Serum. The finish repels water and dirt. Super easy to clean and then dry with a leaf blower. Like RainX, the coating on the windows sheds water with little need for wipers. What I was very pleasantly surprised by is how effective the ceramic tinting of windows and windshield turned out. It is not just hype. This stuff really blocks the heat. If you hate getting into a hot car in the summer, this is your solution. I was suspicious of putting it on the windshield, but the ceramic tint does not impair visibility in any way and blocks the infrared as advertised. To comply with Chicago regulations I did 50% on the front windows. Once again blocks the heat but not the view along with sufficient privacy when viewed from the exterior. Not cheap, but a worthy investment on an expensive vehicle. I highly recommend.
