Literally fuck Avocado Burger. I've tried so many things and everything is disgusting. My coworkers go there so I've given them plenty of opportunities, but nothing is ever good. I got a grilled cheese with spongy bread that looked like it was dipped in water. How do you mess up grilled cheese?! Today I ordered what my co-worker usually gets and got something entirely different. Which, surprise surprise, was not good. I should have just eaten the $9 I spent. No more tries. This place has lots of options and for some reason I requested something they didn't have on the menu. Everything was good, but I requested a carne asada burrito with a chile relleno in it. If I could give zero stars I would. First off, the service there sucks. The owner is very rude. She walks around acting like she's rich, and treats the customers like they're beneath her. I was a regular customer there and ordered the same thing usually every visit. I added guacamole to my order the last time I went and they charged me but left it out. So when I went back I let them know and asked if they could add it for me since I did in fact pay for it. The owner got her nasty attitude and started treating me as if I was trying to get food comped. All I asked for was what she left out. I had no idea there was a statute on calling the exact same day they screwed that up since I was at work. This was a Thursday, and today is Monday. So she said no.. but then she snapped and said fine.. but her attitude was terrible.. and I'm sorry, to act that way over .70 is so pathetic and she's a sorry business owner.. obviously she doesn't know anything about customer service and business. I'll be spreading my opinion to anyone who will listen. You're a horrible business person with a bad attitude and also a crook for charging things to customers and not giving to them.. and then saying you have x amount of time to call. Please. Every time I come here. It's like they try to see how bad they can mess up my order. First off it takes like 15 minutes to get your food. Second, there is a 95% chance what you ordered isn't what they re-tell you at the window. Which then they seem annoyed that you "changed" your order. When you get a burrito you're supposed to get a sauce. Which Every time I have to ask for. Or they just jip you out of it. They also charge you 25 more cents if you want an extra one. Really? I just spent 5 bucks on a burrito. Give me 2 sauces. If you get threw ordering and get to finally eat your food. It's delicious. Great food. During this pandemic this place takes into account hygiene really well. The food is as great as ever no change there. I've been coming here for about 8 years now and the food never gets old. Priced really well and the staff are always friendly. There's a really cool manager there his names Leo who's been running that place the whole time great dude. My son brought me here for a burger. Very nice restaurant but it's hamburger patties are very thin. I enjoyed it with cheese bacon and avocado. They have a small salsa bar with free serve yourself chips. The fries are delicious and cool horchata free refills. They need to improve the meat in the burger . I'm actually sitting in their parking lot waiting for my husband to bring out a Strawberry Colada smoothie that we have been waiting 15 minutes so far for. Mind you there were NO CUSTOMERS. They were not concerned about making our drink at all. Ok just got the drink. It's supposed to be a smoothie but it's more like a drink. One other thing why do places (like this place) put a trash can in each bathroom stall?? People need to learn to flush their toilet paper. It's ABSOLUTLY gross and smelly. I went through the drive thru and asked about their combo burrito and the lady explained to me it had tomato, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole I also ordered a Jamaica which was really good. When I pull out the wrapped burrito it started leaking all over my shorts. I go inside for a plate and fork and they were really nice and gave them to me no problem. The burrito was tasty but it wasnt the one she had described to me, so tell the only lady working there that I didnt receive the combo burrito as I had ordered, then she tells me the one I wanted was the supreme burrito. So I was like.. ??? So why were you selling me on the supreme and calling it "combo burrito"? Anyways so she ends up fixing my order and said dont worry about paying the difference and serves me what I wanted and it was exactly like the previous one but with a little of the ingredients that were not added to the plain bean and cheese burrito I received prior and leaky as hell. I wasnt about to go back in and ask for another plate and fork so I just ate it like the savage I am, hand to mouth like a champ. I'm a huge fan of any place that serves breakfast all day. I don't know why most places don't. How hard is it cook eggs after 10:30 am? Anyways this place is great if you're flying out of or into Ontario airport since it's less than a mile away. The gas station next to it is cheap if you have to refill your rental car too. If you're on a diet pretend you never read this review. The food is awesome but super fat ass style. Get the breakfast burrito, total gut bomb but amazing. I work next door -so blessed to be that close to them! The food is great, the service is fantastic, and if you want to just go watch how people used to work "in the old days" then this is your place. I have only been to Avocado Burger 4 times in a about a 5 year span. Their food is good, not amazing, but good. Their customer service is the worst! I find it interesting that in a five year span and only visiting 4 times, each time was I was met with hostility. It's in their work culture. I could go into detail but after reading some of the other reviews, it's really just redundant. They are rude, it's that simple. So if you want good food that is average in price and don't mind the angry faces and rude comments then, Avocado Burger is you're place! I prefer to drive about a half mile south to Titan Burger where the food menu is similar and just as good, if not better where the employees are pleasant and happy to serve you. read more

I was recommended to this place by a friend because I like wet burritos. WOW! They have a huge selection of food ranging from breakfast to dinner with well served portions for a good price. I've ordered their pastor wet burrito with sala verde to go and it was huge, delicious, amazing, cheap and made quick. The portions remain the same for dinning in or if you are getting it to go. This place also has drive thru so it's convenient if you don't want to get off. Their quality is just as good as a Mexican restaurant with the title of a burger shack. I will recommend this place if you are in the area and would like to try some good food for a cheap price. You can't go wrong and is definitely worth checking out. read more

April 13, 2018, 3:00pm...having lunch, notice outside patio caution taped off. Why? Bees! Unfortunately the bees followed the queen to end up in one of the stucco pillars in patio. I just overheard an employee state to a customer that Avocado Burger is going to kill them! Horrible. What if they are honeybees/pollinators? Okay, this place that I've passed so many times on my way home has some seriously good grub!! My kids and I stopped at this place late tonight on my home after using Yelp to find something good and close. The lady in the drive through was super sweet and she confirmed and described to us what we ordered without us even asking her, that was 4sure a first!! It took a little longer than usual in the drive thru but not excessive but any means. One of my sons got the avocado burger combo that comes with fries and a drink and it was a good burger(of course I stole a bite) and the fries were fresh, hot, old school cut...soft potato consistency with a crispy outside and salted just right!! My other son got the enchilada chicken burrito which was a monster, meaning it was HUGE!! The sauce almost spilled out of the container because their was barely any room!! I tasted his burrito and it was burrito like but the sliced onions that were cooked slightly and the sauce gave it an enchilada kick. He and I both agreed it was good!! His combo also came with a drink but chips instead of fries. He ended up taking half home because it was just too ginormous!! I didn't taste the pop but I heard no complaints. My sons loved this place and want to come back again to try other things..their menu is crazy awesome in options!! I ordered a small side salad with blue cheese dressing because I wasn't really very hungry but was so surprised when I was handed my food and the lady confirmed once again our order that flat bread came with my small side salad!! I was also pleasantly surprised that the salad which came with the dressing already on it not only had tomatoes, but leaves of spinach and other greens, not the typical ice berg lettuce you'd expect from a drive thru. What impressed me more is they also added a hard boiled egg to my small side salad!! You know they really care about their customers when they make a meal out of a small side salad by adding a whole piece of flat bread and a whole boiled egg!! I was not even hungry after that!! Not knowing it came with all that I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich. It was a big size on long bread and cut in the middle. The turkey was the thicker size seasoned turkey, not the thin packaged deli stuff you often get in a dive thru. Also on the sandwich was avocado, lettuce and tomato and some mayo. It was an above average, good sandwich and I will enjoy the rest of it tomorrow!! We will definitely be back to this place, it was unexpectedly good and fair on price. If I had to pick something to make it even better, I would opt for different containers, other than the Styrofoam and serve the dressing in a side container rather than on top of the salad. Almost forgot to mention, I also ordered the mango blended drink..It was totally a winner and my sons went back in for a soft serve ice cream cone, only a buck 39 and the perfect size after such a big meal!! read more

This place is awesome the hot Latino burger and the chilli cheese fries are amazing! We used to go this place where we used to live and never thought we would find someplace that could compare. Well avocado burger beats them by far! The breakfast burritos are amaze balls too! The only complaint we have is they hired new staff that works the drive thru and they r rude and horrible this is the only thing that makes us hesitant about going there. The old girl that used to work the drive thru was awesome super friendly and always got our order right. I think they need to get rid of the new girls they r horrible thAt is why they only receive 4 stars :( read more

Went here yesterday omg freaking bomb!! I got the pollo asado plate but asked for a grilled breast instead it was delish, the salsa bar is goooood the girls were nice spoke Spanish and English. They have a decent Mexican menu for being a burger place. I am coming back for sure I really enjoyed it. Oh and p.s it was clean and nice and open didn't go to the bathroom tho. I love Avocado Burger. I have diverted my travel path by 20 miles before, to eat lunch here. Everything I have ordered here, including the Avocado Burger, the Tuna Sandwich with added avocado, and the various flavored frappuccino styled coffees, was delicious and well worth the drive. I always suggest out of town visitors try this place as I haven't seen anything like this restaurant elsewhere. Would give it six stars if it were possible, yum ! :-) read more

I watched the cooks prepare my Greek salad. At the end the cook used his bare hands to put the chicken from the spatula on top of my salad. I used to be a food inspector and this is a violation.
