Always been a good spot to eat over the years. Portions have always been good. Good burgers, good fries, good breakfast and sandwich items, it's that burger shack taste you know and love. In its class this place is right up there with the rest of the burger shacks. The one drawback is that this place is a little pricey side. Very few if any bang for your buck menu specials compared to the other burger shacks near by. So when you're paying almost the same at a typical restaurant then you may start asking questions. I've been coming to this burger town for a few years now. Almost every weekend, I pull into the drive thru and order breakfast for my whole family. I have to say I have never been disappointed! It's usually Mia or Betsy that work the window. They are very polite, fast, and efficient! My order can be complicated sometimes and it's always hot, fresh, and most importantly correct! even down to all the extra condiments! I was in the Ontario area for lunch today and thought I would drop by Burgertown. Ordered the Pastrami combo. It was great as always, maybe a little bit less juicy than normal, but still great. The restaurant was clean, parking lot had no trash and everything seemed in order. By the time I filled my drink at the dispenser, my order was ready. I only ate 1/2 of my pastrami so I wrapped it in the basket liner. I topped off my drink before leaving and the lady behind the counter offered to wrap my sandwich. It was wrapped and placed in a carry out bag. That little bit of extra service and awareness is always appreciated. read more

I always like to keep a lookout for a good mom and pop burger spot. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a large drink and one side of ranch, it came out to $25.76. The burger was very good, the fries were mid and the soda was fine. Prices are high for everyone but $25+ for a burger combo is crazy. Food was definitely not the worst but I'm not paying those prices. read more

I ordered a grilled chicken salad as I occasionally during lunch hour and I noticed a hair inside it (the hair was NOT mine). I was very grossed out. Absolute worst fast food burger I've ever had. Just got done with it, fries are old and reheated. Burger has no flavor. And to top it off. 22 dollars for a double bacon with fries and a drink. That's ridiculous for a fast food burger. The staff was nice and when she told me the price, I was okay with it to give it a try but man, never again. Burger town is what you'd expect from a mom and pop type of burger spot. However I will say their burgers are always delicious. I wish their fries were thicker, but that's just my preference. They have really REALLY good breakfast burritos, I like mine with beans when I order their chorizo burrito, but you have to ask. Their chicken wraps are delicious and I ask them to put cucumber in them. So good! Totally recommend to ask for light sauce or the sauce on the side. Always great service! When we go to Spectators bar next door they actually delivery it to you free of charge. read more

I came here for the first time only recently. My cousin was under the weather and wanted some of their Albondigas. Was I surprised to be picking up Albondigas at a place called Burgertown USA? A little, but I figured they were versatile. Oh, my goodness! Upon walking in, the clever and well-thought out decor was a pleasant surprise, but so much fun to examine! Then, the most amazing thing on the walls was. . . the menu! They have everything, it seems. It will take many many many visits, but it will fun to explore the various menu options. We have tried the fish tacos so far, and they were delicious--crispy without being greasy, and flavorful! My friend had one of the burgers and said it was cooked perfectly! The set up is counter order, then the server will bring the food to your booth. The young man who helped us was very helpful, answering our questions as we ordered, and he was very kind with providing us with boxes, as the serving sizes are large and we ended up taking some home to enjoy later. I had low expectations just because of the general area and look of restaurant outside. It didn't look like they were very busy either. But what struck me first was the friendliness of the staff. Which is unfortunately rare nowadays. I wish I would have taken a picture of my food. It was so good! I ordered a pastrami cheeseburger and it was amazing.
