I have been coming to this spot for years while I get my car serviced near by. I like to come in for breakfast while I wait for an oil change. Today I came in to get an omelet. The service is fine. The workers were pleasant enough. They were polite, and I was able to get a refill on my coffee before I left. The establishment is pretty clean for the most part. The only thing I didn't care for in this regard was the cleaning bucket with water and rag that was right next to the drink area. The water gave an unpleasant odor. The omelet was decent. I didn't care for the fact that they put to squares of cheese on it. I haven't seen that before. Last time I came it was unmelted cheese sprinkled. This time it was the two pieces slightly melted. The omelet was over cooked a bit, but the flavor wasn't bad. The bacon, ham, and sausage tasted fine but nothing special. The hash browns tasted a bit undercooked and was a bit soggy. Overall, the quality of the food was good, but I did notice that most of the dishes were a bit under-seasoned for my taste like they were missing a little salt or MSG . Luckily, that was an easy fix with the salt packets they provide. Now, the chili cheese fries with pastrami were perfect, definitely the best part of the meal. The place itself is nice and clean, which is always a big plus, and the service was pleasant and welcoming. Overall, it's worth checking out if you're in the mood for a solid burger experience. This is one of those places where I wish I lived closer and could try a few more times before I truly make up my mind. One thing it has going for it (besides plenty of parking) is options. They have breakfast and lunch and dinner and burgers and Mexican and pastrami. I kinda assume though it's like Los Angeles where it has a bit of everything but the best of nothing. The fries are mid. The burger I had was good but again not mind blowing. It's the type of place that throws the cheese on after it leaves the grill which means the food is fast but that takes away from the overall experience. Came in to Ontario burgers with my girlfriend for her meetup event. Very close to the auto center, just off the I 15 at jurupa. Nice and clean with posters promoting numerous offers, specials, and bulk order discounts. Ordered and paid at the counter and our food was brought to the table when it was ready. My girlfriend ordered the Denver omelet and I had the French toast combo. Both were good, served hot and made to order. I also opted for a small chili, cheese, and pastrami fries because I really wanted to try their pastrami and it wasn't offered as a side dish. The crinkle cut fries are crispy and tasty. Their pastrami was pretty good, slightly dry, but that was probably because i ate the French toast combo before I started on the pastrami fries. It's a little far out of my normal area but I would definitely stop by Ontario burgers again when I'm out this way. read more

This place is far from basic. They are making classic charbroiled burgers. They are keeping it simple and not doing anything extra. The burgers are filling and flavorful. That double cheeseburger will hit the spot all the time. The loaded chicken bowls are a must. My favorite were the ranch blasted ones. It is rationally portioned with good size chicken cuts. And believe it or not they have great tasting chocolate chip pancakes that are fluffy and sweet. First visit, what brought us here was a IG post. Plenty of parking, I used woman's restroom and well maintained. Staff acknowledged our presence upon arriving. Didn't wait long to place our order. Employee who took my order might have been new, needed assistance from another employee on how to place order. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst burger experiences I've ever had. The burgers were bland, soggy, and had almost no flavor at all. The chicken tasted like cheap frozen microwave chicken, and the burger patties tasted like low-quality processed frozen patties straight from a box. This is the second time I've been to this place, the food is very good but I will not be returning due to lack of customer service. I spent $45 on 3 plates but they left off one whole plate because apparently they didn't see it and it was off to the side and didn't bag it. When I called, and told them to please refund it, they informed me I had to go back in person or they offered me "credit another day" I told them I wasn't driving back to just refund that order back to my card but they stated they only do in store refund via cash, not to card. I then asked them to just Zelle me the money I paid for that order and again, they told me their policy of only in person refunds and returned via cash only. So basically, if I want my $15 that I paid them for the food they left out, I have to drive in my car about 15 miles round trip when gas is already $6.50 per gallon. I asked them how is their incompetence my problem? They refused to budge so I will not be going back any more or giving them any more of my money going forward which is a shame because the food is really good.
