I've never had an unflavorful burger until today. The thousand island was bland. No flavor at all. The burger was juicy but missing any type of flavor. The fries had NO seasoning or salt. The place was packed. I was starving so decided to stop by here. Everything on the menu looked so good. I'm not sure what it was so packed. People must be getting other items. Grew up eating Andy's Burgers, my family comes here almost weekly after Church. Don't get me wrong the burgers are always great but the service could use a lot of improvement. The cashiers often seem irritated or unhappy, which can make customers feel unwelcome. During my most recent visit, the cashier even walked away in the middle of taking my order to talk to someone making drinks. Experiences like this help explain why the service ratings are lower than they should be. It's a shame, because the food is excellent and this place has so much potential. read more

You'd be mistaken if you thought Andy's knew how to make a good burger simply because "Burgers" is in the title. "Andy's Burger" with cheese: The overcooked patty looked recently frozen (II think) and was shaped like a thin hockey puck. One slice of tomato and four giant leafs of lettuce, like they were trying to make the burger more substantial. The slice of cheese and Thousand Island were fine, and I skipped the pickles. The bun was thin in size but unbelievably thick in texture with a bad taste, similar to the overall product. I also ordered tried a shake with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. The strawberry overpowered the other flavors and didn't taste very strawberry-like. It wasn't a light pink color either, like most strawberry ice cream, but more of a dark red raspberry. It was suuuuper thick and very challenging to drink through the straw . Should have been served with a spoon. Not a fan. The service was good and the restaurant was big and clean.Their menu is expansive. With regard to the burger portion of the menu, it doens't give the size of the burger (I think it was 1/3 lb) and the pictures are misleading. This place is absolutely cracked, like legit so bomb. If I lived in a world where I could eat whatever I wanted and never gain a single pound, I would honestly be here every single day to get a cheeseburger and fries. There is simply no burger like it anywhere else. It has this incredible smoky flavor, the meat is always super juicy, and they manage to get the bun perfectly crispy. It hits the spot literally every single time I visit. I have tried a lot of the similar spots around here, and I can confidently say that Andy's is monumentally better than Legends, Tams, or any other place like that. While those places are fine, Andy's just has a quality to it that puts it in a league of its own. It's the kind of food that you crave constantly after you've had it once. Even though the burger is the main attraction for me, the rest of the menu is actually really solid too. I have branched out and tried their Club sandwich, the BLT, and the chicken sandwich on different occasions. All of them were fresh and so delicious, but I have to admit that the burger is just insane and hard to beat. On top of the food being 10/10, it is also incredibly affordable, which is rare these days. The service is always impressive because they are so fast, and the staff is genuinely very kind. The interior is just your normal, standard look, nothing good or bad, but most importantly, it is always kept very clean. I love Andy's so much and can't recommend it enough!! read more

Been eating at this place for years. The food is always phenomenal and to get large portions. It's a really a great value for your money. The service is always friendly with a smile. Happy to help. Unfortunately I have to update this review to 4 stars simply because of consistency. I went back for another chicken sandwich, but this time it felt smaller and not as heavy as the first time. It felt like a crispy chicken patty instead of a crispy chicken breast. Which means no two people are getting the same thing. I couldn't help but to think of the scene in the movie Casino, where Sam and the boss got the blueberry muffins and one was less than the other. And he tells the cook to put an equal number of blueberries in each muffin. This is what happened here with the chicken sandwiches. One was less than the other. Okay, so the food is good, but they really cut down on how much food they give you instead of raising their prices. I got an asada breakfast burrito and a large coke and it was almost $19. No way in hell can I eat the whole thing, it's bigger than a newborn baby. It is a waste of food and money. I try to do an update every couple of years for places I frequent and if you see my check-ins, you know Andy's is a place I frequent. Now, I probably get treated even better than you common folk because I eat there so much that I know everyone pretty well. I always have great service. Is everything perfect? Naw, sometimes they forget cheese on my sandwich, but with the number of items I order from there per month, its not surprising to have a misfire occasioanlly, these people work their tails off! The food is good, from breakfast to lunch to massive plates I think are dinner, but that people eat for lunch too! Personal favorites are the egg and cheese sandwich, grilled cheese (just like momma made when I was just wee child), crispy chicken sandwich, fish sandwich, and LOVE the BLT... always plenty of B! Great fries, even better when you order them crispy and great fresh brewed iced tea! But, truly the best part is the staff. They are amazing. Stopped for a quick burger on the way to an appointment. Even though it was busy they were quick and service was good. The menu has a variety of breakfast and lunch options. I saw an amazing looking chicken salad that was absolutely loaded with chicken, which was priced around $12. Most of the menu item prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I've tried everything from Breakfast burritos, breakfast plates, tacos, traditional plates, salads, carne asada fries etc. Anything you're craving, they've got it here and it tastes like perfection. (Special shoutout to their regular cheeseburger & my top five favorite fast food french fries.) -1 star for the somewhat often minor errors in order taking/order packing. I am fairly understanding due to the sheer volume of customers they get especially on weekends and specifically in the drive thru but these errors usually cost them extra time and a small hassle. Well, definitely not the same since Andy passed away. I guess his family is running the place. First time I came here was at their old location across the street in 1980. He used to have the best burgers in town now you get a tasteless burger with wet, leaf lettuce used to use shredded lettuce which always was a favorite on his burgers if family doesn't want to follow the way their dad did and just be an ordinary burger joint.
