It's absolutely nice with lots of cutesy fun clothing vibe & decor. The associates were all so friendly. Assisting myself and my girlfriend sizes of jeans to try on: The Boutique has some unique pieces for some nice quality items. Front of Boutique shop, next to Dominos Pizza & The Wild Artichoke restaurant. In the Yorba Ranch plaza. Parking may be a little bit difficult to find since it's a pretty busy plaza. My girlfriend that i brought here, couldn't resist on shopping here wants to return and I'll definitely be returning too with her next month. Aiden listened to our ideas and we needed. He went to work to provide us with the materials we needed and was very kind to myself and my son Aiden single handedly saved our experience. From my observations the black polo shirt gentleman seemed to be management - where I think Aiden would have been a better manager. Hobby stores are hard to come by these days and this experience could have easily converted me to seek guidance online, however Aiden changed this. Please go to this store for Aiden. I rearranged my schedule and made time to come back based on what your staff told me. When I arrived today, I was told they still weren't out yet. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.

They do a decent job at restocking things. I also found some cute clothes and shoes from here. They have a variety of things at decent prices. I mean don't expect luxury since it's a decent price store. Don't expect a "Gucci" with $5 brain mentality. But you can expect to find decent items that are worth awhile.
