The salon is family owned and operated. They are all experienced and help each other where needed. I like to do my nails and pedicure at the same time. Amy does nail art and i've used her husband to paint more complicated designs. Their pedicures are the best...they do all the steps every time. Alright, here's my take on the quality of the work and service. Upon arrival, as a walk-in, I was warmly greeted by all. I came in for a "clean-up" on some work done (on my natural nails) by a different establishment. Julius consulted my needs and got to work in less than five minutes. He is attentive and asks questions to ensure my satisfaction with the work being done. He even won my business on a pedicure that he personally worked on to ensure I am also content with the result. Thought it was fine. They had one woman do my pedi and a different woman do my mani at the same time. Should have been ok. However, I had them done right before a trip out of state. And within two days of having a gel manicure, the gel polish began to lift on one finger. Of course, it then peeled completely off. I was not even in California, much less close to have them fix it. So, I now have had to remove all of gel from the other nails so that I can paint them myself to have nice looking nails for our Christmas gatherings. Very frustrated with this. I have normally been able to go from 3 to 5 weeks with a gel mani and thats what I was expecting. Looking good for the holidays through New Year's. The total for my visit...$90 before tip. read more

Very nice and clean nail salon. Same high prices like all the other nice salons in the area. Kills me to pay $48 for a pedicure but this seems to be the standard now. They gave great massages, did not scrub the callouses on my heal for very long though and they did not put any clear coat on my toes before or after putting on the color polish which I thought was weird. Overall, the service here was very good and we also were able to get in on short notice. The nail work was precise and my expectations were met. I think I might have been helped by Annie? That is what the lady's led nail light said on it (label with a name). A gel manicure and gel pedicure came to $115 (minus 5 dollar discount for paying with cash)... then tip off course. Overall, I would recommend them and potentially come back again. I don't really get my nails done much because I do my own, so that is the reason. If I did get them done more often, I'd most likely be back. read more

I took my daughter and myself to get a regular manicure, essentially the most basic service you can request from a nail salon. We were both very disappointed and commented to one another that our manicures didn't look any better than the ones my 10yr old gives us. Maybe they do better at all the fake nail stuff, but if all you want is a quality polish job I would look elsewhere. read more

The staff was really friendly but I'm just not happy with the results. I brought it to their attention and the only thing they tried to do is file away the sides of my nails and kept saying it was because I had white tips.....but she just didn't polish all of my nail and around the edges like you're supposed to. I really wanted to give them a good review but at this point I won't be going back. They should have made more of an effort to repair once I complained and better yet it should have been done correctly the first time. read more
