This is my new favorite nail spot. It's located next to Hawks in Granite Bay off of Douglas Blvd. Ten is very meticulous and really takes the time to make my nails look perfect. He doesn't cut corners and does a great job every time. I don't really get my nails done because of the cost, but their prices are very reasonable for the area and I get so many compliments on my nails. They have a wide variety of colors and also do special designs. Whenever I come in I show them pics from IG and they turn out exactly like the photo. I love the shape and it's not bumpy or have bubbles like some other places do. It's very clean here and they offer drinks like wine whenever you get your nails done. What a treat! I have found a new favorite nail salon. Tia was so welcoming and warm. Here, they take their time and make sure your nails are perfect. After my nails were finished, Tia massaged my hands, arms, and neck. It was all part of the service they provided. Like the vibe, it's a spa experience for sure. No massage chairs, the armchairs they use slide a bit while they work on your toes which is odd. Nicest people ever. Gel chipped super fast but my nails do that if I don't get double top coat and I didn't go back to give them a chance to fix it so that's on me. read more

Wonderful nail spa! I've been going here for quite some time now & everyone is so nice & friendly! They have great options, i choose lemon grass & it is so refreshing for mani's & pedi's! And wow, their leg & arm massages are amazing, especially relaxing with ione of their glasses of wine. Tracy knows what colors I like & isn't afraid to suggest a new one. I can't say how much I enjoy being pampered here! Yesterday's visit left me feeling very sad for those that were working so hard to finish up for the day & there were a couple of very needy & rude customers that wanted more than the time they wanted to spend getting it. And I want to think the best of them that they tipped but I do have my doubts. You all do a great job & I hope more of your days are filled with good happy customers! read more

I have been there several times over the past 3 years where people with appointments have left because the shop overbooked. The last time I had a pedicure there, there was a pile of toe nails sitting on the table next to me. Unfortunately, their time management and lack of professional guest service has led me to find a new salon. My last attempt to go there was 4 weeks ago. I had a 9:00am appointment with a specific person. No one arrived to open the doors until 9:30. The technician I had an appointment with I was told would not be there until 10:00. This place used to be so nice and relaxing. They are so desperate for clients yet they do not respect appointment times and would rather take walk-ins and make appointments wait. read more

This Last time I got a infection in both toes on both sides. He took so much cuticle off inside my toe it was unnecessary and now painful. Be aware. read more

The good: This place is beautiful, clean located in a nice shopping center in Granite Bay. I called the day before and they were very accommodating getting me in early the next morning for a mani/pedi. I was satisfied with my manicure and pedicure. I actually messed up my nail and they were very kind and fixed it with zero attitude. The bad: This business offers a free service via yelp and the offer was sent to my phone as a text. When I got to the business and mentioned the free service the attendant called the owner who said that offer was only good if the owner was there. That's not what the offer said...For that reason I won't go back, I didn't ask for the free service, it was offered to me. If they would have given it to me as promised, I would go back there, but I don't appreciate the bait and switch. I get it- businesses need to make a living, but don't offer a free service if it's a lie. read more

Horrible customer service, nails were done wrong and fell off after 2nd day. owner claimed that we tried to get free nails done by my 13 yr old because she refused to redo them .There's only one tech there who will do nails correctly, if you don't get done by him then poor results. I will not be going be there again ever. read more

I made an appointment for my daughter and I. They called to confirm the time and number of people twice. We arrived and were kept waiting for 15 min. When I asked how much longer I was told that a lady came in before us. I reminded them we had an appointment and they told me it would be another 20 min while they finished up their current people. My daughter brought me here today for a belated Mother's Day pedicure post COVID. Cabernet is decorated beautifully, their nail polish color choices are superb, their pedicure selections use actual ingredients and Amy's massage was fantastic! The aromatherapy was fabulous and I could even smell it through my mask! This nail spa is incredibly clean it does not smell like most you will experience when you walk into. It is super clean in all areas. I will definitely return for another wonderful pedi here and so encourage you to try them as well! read more

I've had acrylic nails for 31 years. I just moved to Folsom from Napa looking for the best nail shop. I tried 4 in Folsom, and one in El Dorado. Needless to say I was unhappy with the results. My sister recommended Cabernet Nail Spa because she gone to them for a long time. First time visit to Cabernet, and all I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!! I just left and I absolutely LOVE my nails!!!! I took off the acrylics and now I have Gel X and I'm so overjoyed that I made that decision with Tia (the owner) recommendation. "Ten" did my nails and he is a master!! He is a perfectionist and so creative! Tia did my pedicure too and it was one of the most relaxing pedicure I ever had! The shop is so Beautiful as well!! I personally won't be back. Making appointments mean nothing when you have to wait 45 min after you schedule days in advance. Then to have people in and out during your "45 min session"(your massage is paid off time) =doesn't add up to the time spent during your added on massage. Then when asked about the "standard massage" given at every other salon or if not providing paying to give chairs to meet that need. They say you have to spend $70 for that service... If looking for a salon... check out "o nails on Folsom" none of this will be an issue and save the money. So disappointed . You can have wine, great service , massage and no attitude. Other reason for the stars is unless you get 1 of 2 people your nails will break , fade and not last. Quality has gone way down and I exclusively have been here 2x months all year.. disappointing but happy to take my business where appreciated! read more

I found this dream salon after having been to 2 others that didn't have time. I was not disappointed or broke after leaving this fine establishment. Since I'm on vacation visiting family I have come back with my Son, my brother, and my 2 sister in laws. I have gotten a different one of their many amazing and Luxurious services. Gel pedicure and gel-x manicure; great job done - very helpful with color choices. It was both my adult daughter and I. They were quick and precise. On my daughter's extensions Tia would have her look at them and tell her if anything was amiss or looked wrong and she filed it or did what was wanted until my girl was totally happy! I really enjoyed the service itself, but I'm not impressed with my nails. I've never broke a nail in my life and within 24 hours my nails that have DIP on them broke. I'm confused as I've gotten dip at several places before and never have had a issue. It's suppose to be stronger and etc. my nails are thick... you'd think spending $60 on a manicure would be a good one, when I've frankly feel like I've had better ones for $20. Now of course the massage they give you and all the fun additives are extremely luxurious and totally make you feel relaxed. I just with my nails matched how I felt during the service. read more

The idea of this place is great. Fun and relaxing environment. But don't come here to get a good quality mani/pedi. I had my nails done on Saturday at 4pm. This photo here is from Sunday 9am. Just disturbing. My manicurist just WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE THAT SHE WAS DOING A FAULTY JOB. After it was completed. I asked her to fix every nail.... this was the result. Very disappointed. read more

Absolutely glorious place! Made an appointment for 1000 for my wife and myself. We were greeted and accommodated within minutes. The atmosphere is tremendously relaxing with classical and smooth jazz music playing in the background. We had the red wine pedicures done and were treated like royalty. I just had the most relaxing pedicure at Cabernet Nail Spa. First of all, the spa is beautiful with aged brick and reclaimed wood on the walls. The light fixtures and decor are super cool and I loved the copper foot tubs. (Best part is that they use a plastic bag so it is hygienic) I got the wine soak with load of herbs in the foot soak. Amy did an amazing job with massage (my favorite part) and they include hot stones as part of the treatment. They also massage your shoulders if you purchase the higher end treatments - very nice. There are so many chairs - 11 chairs and tubs for pedicures!!! I highly recommend this spa!!! The staff is very professional and nice. If you are looking for a super relaxing and quiet pedicure - come to this place. I will be back! read more

This place is very nice, looks like a spa but the acrylic nails are the worst I've had in many years and the price is very high... I thought that for paying more they would be better than elsewhere... it was a man I didn't even see that he wash his hands nor did he ask me to wash my hands at any time... like they do in other places... Very sad about my experience today. I went in to get a gel pedicure. Ended up getting a not great gel manicure with leftover cuticles and gel on my skin. One of the girls that worked there spent the whole time talking extremely loud on FaceTime with her significant other so it wasn't even a relaxing time. It is dusty everywhere inside with dirty windows. Very disappointed with my experience. read more

I came to get a set removed from another shop and wanted to preserve my natural nail as much as possible. They recommended a layer of builder gel to minimize breakage, which I appreciated the insight because I wasn't too sure what I needed for my natural nails to be their best in between sets. Unfortunately the place I went to before to get a full set wasn't as careful with application so my nails had some damage but Amour saved my life! I wish I lived closer so I can come more often but I will definitely be back for regular manicures at least. Their interior and the equipment they use is very well kept. My hands looked so refreshed and revived after my manicure, I felt like I had barbie doll hands. Services are also reasonably priced and the staff is very nice :)

The place was empty which was very surprising but later I learned that most of their business os appointment only which to me seems less chaotic and less rushed for the person receiving the treatment. Quan started my pedicure right away. She asked what scent I would like for the pedicure package I chose (I picked thr bliss and watermelon scent). She was very considerate about the water temperature and the pressure of her hands when she was massaging my calves and feet. She took really great care of my toes. I can honestly say that this was the least painful pedicure Ive ever had and she got my ingrown out and really cleaned up my toes. They look fantastic. For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. I picked a color an Thuy did a great job matching up my longer nails with my broken shorter nails so they looked more uniform. We had great conversation and I felt really comfortable. I left feeling really satisfied with my experience and knowing that I just found my new nail spot. If you're looking for a new spot that will really take care of you and you're in the Orangevale/Folsom area, look them up!

Quan did my pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time -- even asking how I prefer my water temperature (warm or hot!), which I've honestly never been asked before. It's the little details like that that make such a difference. The massage during the pedicure was incredible and they didn't rush it -- I got the full time, which is rare these days. This was hands down one of the best nail salon experiences I've ever had. I'll be telling everyone I know to come here!
