It's a busy and small salon, but it's very nice and they have some great nail techs there!

I've been going to this place for over two years. They do a great job, most people are very kind and gentle with your mani pedi, but today was extra strange. I've never ended up in tears at a nail salon in my life, I didn't like the color I picked and spoke up, asked her if I could change the color. I said I would obviously pay to change it., and she looked at me like I was crazy, yes I don't want this color can we please try something different? Can we look at samples again? She was obviously annoyed and bothered by her body language and her tone speaking in another language. I chose another color quickly and she went onto attack my nails like I was an enemy. She used that sharp electric nail file so fast and carelessly hurting 3 of my nails, leaving them bleeding, She recklessly pulled the foils off of my nails with an angry force that it was so obvious she was pissed she had to redo them again, while throwing them on the floor. I already had a bad day and came to this place to find peace and relaxation. Instead I ran into an entitled nail tech who belittled me and physically hurt me . Even the sweet person next to me felt weird that this lady made me feel so awful. I will be contacting them tomorrow and complaining again. I've been in her position before, but the customer is always right especially if they are offering to pay to change the mistake they made with a nail color. I would never take my anger out on a customer physically and emotionally right in front of them. Especially when I'm paying them for a service. Terrible experience and won't be returning. read more

My fiend and I had to pick a location in between homes to grab lunch & Pedi together. Location fit the bill and reviews looks promising but we're so wrong. We had appointments and were greeted and seated quickly but the actual pedicures were so half *$$ed and took a super long time because they kept sitting there watching television and we kept having to ask them in they were done. These were on the high end price wise and my feet looked worse than when I arrived. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

The pros: the lady safely and carefully removed my grown gel nail, didn't over file or hurt them at all, gentle healthy process, 10/10. Also they took me in last minute too. The cons: no English, it was hard to communicate if there's something wrong or you don't like. It does feel like they're gossiping about you in their own language, it doesn't bother me but it would be better customer service if they were more self aware. And the quality of the manicure wasn't the highest. You can see the photos. Also I was overcharged at the check out, it said it's $42 but I paid $53 (and + tips). I went in midweek for a pedicure and didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to seat me pretty quickly. The man who did my pedicure did a nice job. The gel has stayed nice and no signs of cracking after a few weeks so far. I was recommended by a family member to this place. I'll certainly try them out again. read more

This was my second visit to the salon and I scheduled an appt (dip powder mani & pedi w/gel polish) for same days i was seen immediately and Tina helped me pick a color to match my nail inspiration photo. Tina gave me a beautiful manicure and checked in with me throughout the appt to ask if I was happy with the progress of the manicure. She did a great job and was very thorough with her techniques. My cuticles are notoriously dry so they look a bit dry in the photo, but when I left my appt they were well hydrated with eucalyptus oil. Amy gave me a fabulous pedicure and took her time to remove the dead skin from my feet before giving me an amazing foot and leg massage. She is meticulous with applying the polish and she even did a final check before putting my sandals on for me. The cost was a $20 more than my prior nail salon but I prefer the service and results here. The staff were friendly, the AC/temperature were comfortable, and the space was clean and well maintained. Tina my nail technician was amazing! Her attention to detail was perfection. Had a pedicure and new set of nails. She made my man looking hands and nails look so natural and feminine. She removed all my cuticles and had to work hard with my pedicure. As a vivid hiker I always have so many cuticles and dead skin. She was professional, kind and sweet. I called before hand and made an appointment and asked the price for a full set and they said $55 which is fine and reasonable. I arrive and pick a color. The technician starts on my nails and then when I tell her I want them to be shimmery she says it will be $75... I'm not stoked about that. I don't understand why it's 20 more dollars but OK. Then she finishes and the nails aren't even straight on top, plus my cuticle beds are left so dry, as well as glue on the inside of my nails, they are uneven, clamped, dented just a lack of attention, overall. I will definitely not be coming back here. It cost me $90 because I'm nice and I still had to tip, but I honestly should not have. Embarrassing. Find another nail salon. read more

I always go for the spa pedicure, and Vicki does an amazing job. She is quiet and I like that as I love to rest and enjoy having my nails done. She is very meticulous and very gentle which I love. I no longer have them use the tool on my gel removal as it hurts too much. There's just been too many times where the heat from the tool literally makes me pull my feet away because of the pain. Update: DO NOT go to Kelly! My daughter showed her a pic, Kelly tried to pick the color and my daughter told her she didn't like the color so my daughter picked a new one. Instead of doing the design my daughter showed her, she did my daughters nails all in one color. When Kelly asked if she liked it and my daughter looked at me with tears in her eyes, I told Kelly she didn't do the design...She was rude to my daughter and then when we asked for someone else to fix it, Kelly tried to come to me and argue that we didn't tell her it was wrong, we clearly did and she continued to argue and walked away saying oh my god. I am updating as this has now officially become my go-to place for my nail needs. Here is a major reason why. I complained on my last review how unprofessional it was to hear the techs having long social conversations with each other in Vietnamese while working on you. The last two trips had NONE of that. I cannot tell you how so much more relaxing it was and how much I appreciated this fact. It really elevated the environment that I don't mind paying extra for. Second reason is that I have found my favorite tech Amy. I like her massages. Most of the time they are too rough or hurried but hers are very relaxing with the exact amount of pressure I like. She takes her time with me and makes sure I am happy with everything going on. TIP: Bring cash. They charge an extra 3% for atm/credit purchases. During the procedures of my Medi: - I'm getting a dipping powder and my technician was Katie.Before I started, I showed her what type of nails I want to be done and some stuff that I want.I just simply show her the pic I got from their website posted by previous customer. -I'm very impressed with how details when she does the work.The workers here is really nice and patience . Don't look at the work in the middle of the process because the real results was when they finished. It was amazing! I love it. This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I got to say the moment I walked in a had a nostalgic feeling like I was somewhere familiar. A good familiar. The place was peaceful and clean. A little background before I get into the actual service. I moved right before the initial shut downs happened and I wasn't very open to trying new places to get my nails done. I also don't get it done regularly. Maybe every season. If that. I actually live 45 mins from this place but work in Roseville. I was recommended by a client of mine and I'm so happy I made the trip (on my day off). I was greeted right away and they even checked that I had an appointment. The gentleman who did my nails was Noah. He keep checking in with me if I like the shape, the color, and how I wanted the sticker placed. But more importantly he was gentle with my cuticles. I get scared from past experiences from other places. He even mentioned if my nail breaks to come back and he would fix it. (Probably because I told him I was very harsh with my hands since I handle shipment and work on fixtures at work). The nice lady who did my pedicure was Emmy. I hope I got her name correct. She was also very gentle with my cuticles. Again I have minor trauma from past experiences at other places. My feet are extra sensitive. Although I only did the basic pedicure, which was the option #4 I believe, I was so pleased with the treatment. I didn't realized how much I needed that scrub and hot stone massage. Overall I am pleased with the service from check in to check out. Also wasn't sure who was at the front desk I didn't get her name but she deserves credit too. Went in for a mani pedi with my mom today. My moms pedicure was not good and her manicure was ok. However my manicure and pedicure was phenomenal. Katy did an awesome job. Best mani pedi I've ever had. Only bad thing was that the cleanliness was not up to state board standards, but nail salons rarely are. I'm a licensed professional and it grossed me out how little sanitation was practiced. Can't deny that you are suppose to sanitize or change gloves after touching equipment and products that are not in your original kit. And porous items should be single use. No metal instruments were coming out of sanitized packages. Just gross. read more

She was super sweet and you could tell she was putting in effort to make sure they look perfect. I showed her the picture and she kept checking with me to make sure that I was okay with how they were looking. Also, it was my first time getting dip powder, which I definitely prefer over acrylic now. The nails turn out a lot more even and cleaner. They are professional, nice, clean and my nails always last the longest here so they are definitely using good quality. Taking off one star because I don't like how they charge a 3% fee for credit card transactions or you have to pay with cash. I must have terrible luck with nail salons because I really wanted to love this place but I'm disappointed:( I got my nails done a week ago and my thumb was crooked, I pointed it out to my nail tech and she tried to fix it but it was still left pretty uneven... but whatever. The real issue happened when that same day I already had a nail chip. I ignored it, because I figured maybe it was my fault, but a few days later another nail cracked/split. Today is a week from when I got them done and a third nail is coming off, like the whole "dip" part is peeling. On another note, the place is clean, service is fast, nail techs and front desk workers are nice, and I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment which is very good considering with most places you still have to wait. I probably won't go back because I spent over $50 for a few days worth of good nails. read more

Decided last minute to get my bails done with a friend, she was looking to get a pedi and I wanted to try a dip nail manicure. Cosmo has the highest yelp ratings so that was an easy choice for us. We called ahead and were able to make an appointment fairly easily even though they weren't accepting walk-ins! Showed up a bit early to a fairly busy salon so I could see why they couldn't take walk ins, but we got seated after just a few minute wait. This was a Saturday afternoon so I'm sure it gets crazy for them! My nail tech, Tina, was incredible. The first color choice I picked was out of stock, but she was able to find a super similar option for me. She shaped my nails to the perfect length and did an incredible job on my manicure. Even though the salon was busy the entire time we were there, I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. The nail dip option is on the pricier side ($48 + tip), but as someone who only gets a manicure 3-4 times a year I'm okay with that. I had my gel polish removed from this place as this was close to where we had our lunch. Not my normal nail salon but for polish removal I wouldn't recommend it, the lady ground the side of my nails that I had to pull away several times. Also, she was pushing the cuticle too much that it just hurt. After the polish removal, my toe nails and fingernails were all hurting. Also, I expected them to be a little bit better as they charge more than the others. I gave 3 stars because she was still nice and the massage chair was a plus. read more

I really liked the service here. My nail tech was Tin. The place seemed cleaned, they had borders in between seats since there's no space for too much social distancing. The appointment, check in and check out process where easy and convenient. Tin really dedicated his time and focus to the nails. The gel nails were very sleek and not lumpy, great shape!
