Plus they cut the side way high I look like a pin head. The back is inexcusable clearly a mullet, mine is faded all the way up. Plus when I brought it they kept on giving excuse and if you're unable to cut it consult me first. I scheduled an appointment for a base color, highlights, and a haircut. I specifically blocked off my afternoon because I knew it would be a longer appointment. After completing only my base color, my stylist, Maite, told me I didn't need highlights and suggested I come back in a month instead. This made no sense because the entire purpose of my appointment was to lighten my hair with highlights after the base color. She then declined to perform my haircut as well, leaving me with only one of the three services I had scheduled. During my appointment, she commented that she wished people wouldn't book long appointments on weekends because they made her less money. That left me with the impression that my appointment had become an inconvenience. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $36 for a blowout that should have been included with my color package, and my hair was still damp when I left. Although I tipped her, I did so because I always tip service providers, not because I was satisfied with the experience. When I contacted the salon afterward, I was disappointed that management relied solely on the stylist's version of events. I was told that I had decided against my highlights and haircut myself, which is simply not what happened. If I had not wanted those services, there would have been no reason for the stylist to suggest I schedule another appointment to have them done. This is especially disappointing because I have been a longtime customer. I left having paid for an appointment that was never completed, wasted an entire afternoon, and still needed to find another salon to finish my hair. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning
