Quote of the price of the car from our bank for financing.
    Olga K.

SCAM! BULLYING! UNPLEASANT PEOPLE! 2015 Audi Q5 quoted as $13,995 on axis site and our bank's site for the financing. The actual price we were presented with upon arrival was $14,675. So that's $700 in the pocket of the dealership. Then we got $895 document fee (this is the breakdown: clerical, documentation transmittal, and computer). Then they charge you for tracker--$995-as a non-negotiable. Then obviously tax. And then: price of service contract of $2500. That's a NVP warranty they sell you and will refuse to take it off if you ask them. So the price went from $13,995 to $20,919.20. Insane, right? Now financing. This F###rs ran 14 (!!!) inquiries! 14!!! When we specifically asked them to run one inquiry with our bank Capital one, for which we were already approved! Instead, they went ahead and ran additional inquiries from 14 other institutions! We obviously, as I said, got approved with Capital one and took the car. But here's a SCAM: the dealership tried to tell us that Gap Insurance and NVP warranty is mandatory to get approved to finance. We objected and they removed Gap Insurance but kept the $2500 NVP Warranty. Only to find out the next day by receiving a call from my bank that these F###rs lied to us!!!!!! The bank doesn't require this NVP warranty to get us financed. We called the dealership and asked to remove the warranty from the contract. To which we received the most nastiest bullying assholish speech from their "finance manager" (old wrinkled armenian guy who smokes like a chimney). He overtook the conversion and literally would not let us talk. The most intimidating nastiest ugliest person there is! He demanded to bring the car back and refused to take off unnecessary fees. We kept the car and sucked up $2500. We needed a vehicle so we kept it. Lastly, the dealership sold us a car without gas, with gas meter broken, tires filled up 18 psi instead of 32 psi (!!!), windshield wipers broken, coolent fluid below visible minimum! There was no inspection done! None!! The meter will cost us $500 to replace, tires $800, windshields $70. Coolent fluid $10. They refused to do anything about it!! Stay away from this place at all costs!!!!

Base fees, docs, DMV, PDSI (low Jack) and tax. Imagine a 5k markup for something you can buy online for less than 1500.

Should be zero stars but can't do that. When you ask out the door cost before getting to the dealership they give you a quick calc but when you sit down to review the numbers be prepared for a minimum $5K markup for a "low Jack device" that's "for your benefit". They preinstall and refuse to take it off the car. Three different sales went south over this in a matter of 10 minutes. Don't worry though, the sales-fools told us they don't need the commission since "they each sell 300 cars a month". They also tried to claim there was "no interest" in the vehicle I was looking at. Yet, every other lot has these FLYING off the lot as quick as they get them in, yet this vehicle had been there over 100 days. Their "finance manager" refused to come off numbers to make a deal so I tossed the keys back to them and bounced. Run the other way and don't look back.

The price Axis post online to lure customers to their lot then they say the real price is 17,895. What a shame!

They tried to add an obscure $1995 fee to a car that was priced $1000 higher than anything on the market, walked out. Buyer beware.

Summary of Complaint: I purchased a transmission from Axis Auto Parts for my vehicle. The transmission they sent me was defective and did not work. I immediately contacted them, and they instructed me to return it so they could send me a replacement that worked. I returned the transmission and they acknowledged receiving it. However, for the past four months, they have failed to provide the replacement. Instead, they have repeatedly lied to me, given excuses, and made promises that were never fulfilled. I have kept detailed records of phone calls, emails, and text messages where they assured me the replacement was "on the way," yet it never arrived. Impact & Damages: As a result of Axis Auto Parts' actions (or inaction), I have suffered $7,806 in documented damages: Rental car costs Mechanics labor costs Storage fee Lost wages Resolution Requested: I am demanding a full reimbursement of $7,806 for the financial losses I have suffered, as well as a working transmission or refund for the original purchase price. This situation has caused significant hardship. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing legal action -- a process which I have already initiated. Just went here today to check out a Ranger. It looked exactly like it did in the ad and they had…read moreit.... however the prices were all conflicting. Craigslist has it listed for 5,6k and their website says 5,4k. I get there and they tell me if you "buy it online, than you get that price. If you come here to check it out it's more expensive." Yeah, okay buddy... I have to pay more because I'm trying to make a rational decision, sure. Anyway, they would let me test drive, but wouldn't let me take it to a local mechanic... For a place that only accepts cash this is not what you want to hear. I would go elsewhere.

To good to be true…read more.. Let me first start by saying that I drove about 3 hours to get to this place. I seen the ads on this website about his trucks. The parking at this place is slim to none, I over shot the driveway and went to the next car lot which is right next to auction direct auto sales. I walk over to the lot and didn't see the trucks. I then noticed a second section of the dealership across a steep driveway that was all broken up. I looked at the 2008 Ford F-150 4 Door Extended Cab STX 4WD. Stock# F74A49 VIN: 1FTRX14W48FB37474. At first glance, the truck looked really nice. A guy walked up to me with a heavy Spanish accent, but, he spoke english very clearly. The impression I got from this man, was that he had a head strong demeanor about him. By headstrong, I mean; he's isn't budging on his prices or on how much he sells his cars/trucks (There's no negotiating with this guy). He said to me, "Before I get the keys...if you take a drive down the street and you want to buy this truck, would you buy the truck today?" I said, "Yes" He then got the keys for me and I started the truck up. It sounded nice and strong. I turned the truck off and plugged in my code reader (Which you can buy from Walmart for 20 bucks). There were no codes on the truck. I then hop into the truck and restarted it once again. I put the truck in gear and it engaged perfectly. I got out of the truck and proceeded to look the truck over to see if there were any signs of an accident, and to my surprise, there was none. I then looked under the truck and every seemed pretty great. I felt like I was going to finally buy a truck after looking so long. The Spanish owner/salesman went and got the dealer tag to the truck and he back the truck out for me to drive it out to the street. I was so excited, but nervous as well, could this be the truck I buy? We both started heading down the street (Yes, he got in the truck with me), and I noticed that the gas gauge was low (REALLY LOW), but no reserve lights were on (Strange). I asked him, do you think we should pull over and get gas. He said, "No, if it turns off, we're close enough to tow it back." I didn't like that he allows his vehicle to get so low on fuel. Not a good practice for any car/truck to be on empty, especially with 98K. We get back to the office and he says, to the old lady behind the front desk. "Write him up for a bill of sale on the silver truck, I said, "Aren't we going to negotiate? He said, "Sir (arrogantly), you told me that you seen the car online, right? You then told me that your credit union was going to give you a check to pay for truck, right?" I know what he was saying wasn't so bad, but, I felt like he was talking to me like I'm a little kid. I had to stop him in his track, and I said, "Sir, you don't have to repeat everything I said earlier, I know what I said. I asked him, "So, you're saying the price isn't negotiable? He said, "No...I was a bit set back, because the guy walked away and told me to talk to the old lady behind desk, which I found to be a bit of a snob. I took at seat in the front lobby next to old lady and her desk. I thought long and hard about buying this Ford. After all he ran so nice and was beautiful inside and out. Should I buy the truck,(I repeated this over and over in my head) I thought I would try one thing before committing to buying this awesome truck. I got on the phone and called my brother. I asked him, what do you think about this truck. He said, "Did you look at the engine and did you pull the dip stick out to check oil?" I said, "No!" I was so excited that I forgot to open the hood of the truck and check the dip stick. Normally that's the first thing I check. I went back outside and opened the hood, and pulled the dip stick out of the truck engine! Finally, the answer to whether I should by this truck, was in the dip stick! After a closer look at the engine, I noticed there was dirt in the groves and metal shavings every where. The dip stick had rust on the top of the hole (See photos) and the dip stick itself was partially rusted throughout the length of the stick. I knew then, this truck must of been under water or driven through salt water at some point. I did not bother to look at anymore trucks from this location. I took my code reader and got in my car and took off. On the way home, like my day couldn't of gotten any worse; I get pulled over by a police officer because my signal light wasn't working (Bulb was out). I reached into my glove box and all my paper work on my car was gone. No insurance or registration card were in my glove box, someone had stolen my documents. I can't say that it was this place because I did park on the other side of the dealership. Which, by the way, those guys can't even make a full sentence in the English language. I don't even know how they sell cars, without being able to speak or understand English. That's another review...
