It took about four weeks to come in, the installer showed up right on time, and this is a blackout shade that looks so elegant and modern - I am thrilled. It rolls smoothly, and as it rolls down it seamlessly glides over the sliding glass door handle. Their quote was fair and in the middle of 5 quotes. They came back out to final measure before placing the order for the solar sun screens. Once screens were completed the install went quick.
