We were told by the veterinarian that the surgery had gone well and that everything appeared successful. However, our dog was released to us approximately 30-45 minutes after surgery. After bringing her home, her condition quickly deteriorated, and she tragically passed away in front of our children. Watching our beloved family pet die in front of our kids was one of the most heartbreaking experiences we have ever endured. We understand that surgery carries risks and that complications can occur. However, we are struggling to understand why our dog was discharged so soon after a major procedure and whether additional monitoring or post-operative care could have changed the outcome. Beyond the financial cost, the emotional toll on our family has been overwhelming. We trusted this clinic with our pet's care, and we are left with unanswered questions and profound grief. We hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and reviews its post-surgical discharge and monitoring procedures so that other families do not have to experience a similar tragedy.

First, I walked in to verify this was a clinic I would be comfortable bringing my pup to. I was greeted by the front office staff who welcomed me with a smile, answered all my questions, and then arranged Molly's spay. She also had a couple of other features done, and because it was done during the spay time, it cost a bit less, which was an added bonus. On the day of the surgery, we arrived as they requested, spent about 45 minutes waiting (not bad), and I walked Moly back into the surgical room. This allowed me to visually confirm the cleanliness. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! At that time, I met and spoke with the Vet who patiently answered all of my clinical questions, walking me through their procedure, which included placing a small tattoo on the belly so it is known that she is spayed. Molly was absolutely relaxed in their atmosphere. When I came to pick her up, there were the afternoon f/o staff, and they were just as nice! I recommend this clinic for either cats or dogs and feel that pet guardians (owners) will find this a great and caring place for their animals.
