The facility is clean, scheduling is great. Yes, they are booked weeks in advance but the team is willing to work with you and your schedule. Liz has accommodated me early too, which I appreciate. Music is always good here. Location is super convenient - just a block up from IKEA. Ample parking. Prices are higher than what you may find for some other artists, but for quality, retention, service - I am happy to pay $150+ for a hybrid set and refills. I've gotten lashes done for cheaper but the artist ends up using too much glue, scheduling is a headache, lash quality a bit plasticky and heavy. Found my lash spot and confident to recommend them.

If you need to get extensions in order to grow your nails longer under the Japanese gel, the first appointment will be pricier than the rest, but if you take care of them and use the nail oils (either your own or the one that Christy was so nice to give me) each appointment will be less than the first, given the range of designs chosen. The salon itself is a bit tricky to find if you're unfamiliar-- it is inside the 99 area mall, to the left of 99 if you enter from the front. It's its own storefront and is pretty quiet and calm inside. First appointment after tip was close to 300. After I've had a range of 130-200 after tip depending on design. I've tried other salons for less that provide acrylic or gel tips that have good reviews and techs but I've always had a nail break or my natural nails would suffer. I've been every color except for orange. Who knows maybe one day I'll go orange. My normal go to colorist/ stylist is Lam. She also waxes My brows and lips. I only trust her with my face waxing. But if she's not in town, the owner Haley will take over. That's when she's not busy. They have created a color that I've been wearing since the pandemic. I've gone back with black hair in between, but they know me so well that they know I'm not happy without color in my life, so after a year they brought me back to blue. Everywhere I go, different states, across the borders either Mexico or Canada I get stopped and complimented on my hair. I don't get the complaints on here. When I read the complaints it reminds me of legally blonde where the step daughter said she took a shower after getting a perm. When you darn well know you're not supposed to wash your hair after a perm. Maybe it's not the girls at the salon, maybe it's your fault. However, once I got done with the lady who washed and conditioned my hair (who did a decent job, a little rough though) another lady came to help her blow dry me. I will mention I have long thick hair, so I wasn't surprised. They didn't even brush my hair first, NO heat protectant and instantly started blow drying! When I asked about heat protectant the lady said because it was a ceramic curling iron "it wasn't necessary" I had to end up de tangling part of my hair myself, my ends were fried and really dry and my hair was not smooth at all. While I did have curls In my hair, it was not evident I had just gotten a blowout at a salon. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and will not be returning. While it was an affordable price, I do expect good quality service. The lady kept complaining about how thick my hair was and it just didn't make me feel comfortable. This was supposed to be a self care treat for myself and my experience was ruined.
