An ABSOLUTE favorite of mine!! I will go here at anytime of the day just invite me!!! They offer parking in the front and in the back, for free. It's right on RT1 so you'll be turning directly into the parking lot in front or the driveway to take you to the back. The wait staff is so nice and helpful, especially at the bar. The space is really big. Big enough for events and birthdays. There's nothing that I don't like on the menu. It's one of my favorite places to eat. Are you looking for the best deal when it comes to a Brunch buffet in this area. For under $20.... I was in the area on a Sunday around 12p decided to check it out, came here years ago for dinner You get greeted by friendly staff that introduces you to the buffet and the dishes, they have live music ( guy playing keyboard classic balads) so thats a cool experience. A personal cook that makes egg omelets, or pancake. You get Ceviche, a Seafood soup which is like fishing for crabs, clams, shrimp, etc (great for a hangover) They have fried shrimp, platanos, rice, fajitas, beans, quesadilla, desserts, and more. Will come back for more, Im curious about Happy Hour

Fantastic and affordable brunch experience. It was $30 per person, including soft drinks and desserts. Food options are plenty; don't be surprised if new items are added in the middle of the service. The seafood soup and the paella were delicious, as well as the mushroom steak--classic brunch items like waffles, pancakes, and omelet stations available as well. The entertainer was singing classic Spanish love songs the whole time. He was not loud, mellow background music; he was charming. We had a great time; all the servers were attentive and friendly. 10/10

The bartender was very attentive and friendly, but the house margarita needs some work. It was literally 99% over sweetened mix and 1% Jose Cuervo. I didn't see him pour the tequila and I would have guessed it was a virgin margarita. Chips and salsa are good. The Shrimp appetizer was meh.

Overall - a decent place that you can't go wrong with but don't expect your socks knocked off. Needed a place for dinner on a Saturday night and came across Azteca Restaurant. We arrived around 8pm, there was plenty of seating in the large restaurant and we were seated quickly. We were provided a food menu and a drinks menu. One thing that gets me is when there are no prices on the drink menus. My husband and I ordered a single house margarita and it was huge when it came out. Our server didn't speak much English, so didn't ask if this was normal or a double. Did note that other drinks were in smaller cups but were possibly flavored margs versus the house marg. Either way, the mix was delicious. I'm not always a fan of the house margs but man, I couldn't stop sipping on this one. We also got free chips and a liquidy salsa at the table. For dinner, we opted to split the fajitas de res. The food came out quickly and we were shocked by the size of the food. Normally we split the $24 fajitas and take some home or at least have tons of excess rice and beans - not here, there was little of everything. While there was a nice amount of meat, it was cut in huge chunks and we had to cut it in to smaller pieces. The meat also only came with a few sauteed onions - no peppers or other veggies. We were also only given 3 flour tortillas even though the menu says you get 4. Did we have enough toppings for 4? Debateable. The marg was $13 which was on the high end but fair enough. Our bill for the two items was $39. Overall the experience was fine and I wouldn't be against going back if hungry and in the area again. There is a teeny bit of parking in the front and additional parking in the rear.

Food and Service was quick Can't go wrong with Fajitahs. We had the fajitahs with steak chicken and bacon wrapped shrimp. Will return for buffets

Not bad but not great. We ordered the steak fajitas and the chicken enchiladas (but they gave us pork enchiladas by mistake). Both dishes were pretty good, but neither of them were anything I would write home about. The tortillas chips were good, but the salsa was not so good. All in all, our meals were okay.

Stopped here before a basketball game. Close to stadium and easy parking so that was a plus. Restaurant is clean and staff is nice! Had queso and chips to start. It was tasty and chips were good. Our group ordered tacos Azteca, burrito supreme, enchiladas verdes, and trio enchiladas. Food was average. Everything came out as ordered, but seemed very salty and just ok. Not a bad meal if you need a bite to eat, but not worth an out of the way trip.

Drove by for another to-go order in months. There was a decorated Christmas Tree in the hallway. Ordered an appetizer and two combos. To-go was ready in about 20 minutes. The ceviche was fresh and juicy. The combination #3 was in good price and made a fit dinner. The kid's enchilada with chicken was quickly taken.

Do they still have a lunch buffet and is it daily?

They used to. We were there today (Jan. 13) & while the sign is still there (lit up in neon) it is no longer available. Pity, as it was pretty good & cheaper than most menu items.

I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. First off they have no prices posted, secondly they only have about 8 items that they sell. I don't understand how they could mess up tacos to the extent that they did... I ordered 4 tacos (2 chicken and 2 steak). The tacos were $5.00 a piece and the quesadilla was $13 I believe. This was the worse $34.00 I've ever spent. The steak tacos were so small and they were dry but, they did have a little flavor to them. The chicken tacos were like dry shredded rubber--horrible. I couldn't even finish them, even after drenching them in all the sauce I had. The lime was so hard I had to fight to get juice out of it and when I did get juice to come out it was bitter--yuck! They doubled up on the wraps like most places do, but it was useless since the tacos were dried out. The cilantro and onions tasted fresh but that's about it. I removed the extra wraps and they were clean and looked unused. I thought the reason for the double wraps were to help support the first wrap so the taco doesn't come apart..... The wraps weren't even warmed together, they were literally separate--ugh.. The quesadilla was huge until my son opened it and looked inside. There wasn't much filling at all.The wrap was big and soggy--matter of fact I think it was a burrito instead of a quesadilla. It didn't look like it was heated nor was it cut. Everything is wrong at this place, I would avoid at all cost. This has to be the worst taco spot in Maryland.. I am very disappointed in this place, it was the worse experience ever. I've attached the pictures of all the bs they sold me. I

El Taco Rico has some tables outside of the small restaurant, and there are a few inside. When you walk in, tables are to the left, and the register is to your right. They have a plastic screen up, and you can see their small menu... there are no physical ones, and I had to ask what their taco types were. From anyone just passing by, the place honestly doesn't look like much, and everything looks kind of old. I opted for 3 chicken tacos... which came to $12, I was surprised they were $4 each! Around my way I usualy expect things like tacos to be way cheaper lol. So I was a tad concerned... I went to sit down outside, and when the plate was brought to me (I chose dine-in) my jaw almost dropped when I looked at my plate. The tacos were bigger than I expected and they were loaded with chicken! They brought out 3 bottles of sauce and veggies to put on the tacos too! Presentation and size immediately took my concerns away. When I took a bite... yes. The pulled chicken was tender and I was STUFFED after I finished all 3.

It's a hole in the wall! But hole in the walls are sometimes gems! I was the only female customer at 6ish. Quite a few men in the restaurant. The ladies working there are super nice, and attentive. Let's Get Into It! Cheese Enchilada - Met expectations. The chili sauce is not spicy and they made that enchilada cheesy! Fajitas- Met expectations. I have had better fajitas honestly but these weren't bad. Price point: Very Inexpensive for the amount of food! Overall, the place is decent. It has a El Salvadoran menu and Mexican menu, which for me I'm not a fan of. The Mexican dishes were okay but their tortillas were more thick and El Salvadoran style. I wouldn't return as the food was just okay for my liking. There were loud men singing at the top of their lungs like they were on the Latin Voice and that was off putting. I get it, they are having fun, but it wasn't karaoke night and was disturbing. I left after two songs of the man singing, thankfully I was already done. Definitely worth a try though for others.
