They were very upfront about the surface being a tablet and any repair would not make it useful anymore. For the laptop, PC, they were able to restore the operating system, and it got it back to me cleaned. Even the WiFi issue was resolved. Most impressive was my MacBook Pro. It had been dropped, so there was a dent in the chassis. This time the battery was not working. In replacing the battery repaired the chassis as well. They have a plethora of other laptops and monitors that are heavily discounted. I strongly suggest taking a look at the options and any repairs to breathe new life into your computers. The…read moreprocess for replacing my tablet screen was very quick and easy, with Matt explaining everything thoroughly so I could understand what was going on. The replacement only took 1 hour, but he wanted to keep the tablet another few hours to make sure the glue stayed on well, which is fine by me! He also threw in a screen protector on the house, which was very much appreciated. The cost of the screen replacement was lower than I was expecting based off what I was reading online for other stores. I also want to commend him for his honesty: after I told him about the problem my Nintendo Switch was having, he explained that he might be able to fix the GPU problem, but he wasn't comfortable doing so and taking my money when it may run into the same problem again in a few days or weeks. I highly recommend having your electronics repaired here and will definitely be taking any future electronics to him for fixing!

Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
