This is one of the best things about this place for me because I can pop over after work and get in for their last appointments of the day during the week (6PM). They are also open on Saturdays! My first time in I was about 10 minutes late (gasp I know, I hate being that person) because of the insane snow storm that touched down in Columbus. It took me 45 minutes to drive what should have been 15. I digress. They were SO nice about me being late. They didn't rush me, they did my full service, and even stayed to answer some of my questions about packages / memberships. I saw Sarah while I was in. She was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She talked me through each stage of my service. Afterwards she even sent me a list of products that would work best for my skin to try out before coming back in. I received a derma-plane treatment. Sarah was gentle and careful. I walked away with silky smooth skin. From what I can tell their memberships are the best possible deal you can get there. There is a lot included for what you get, especially compared to if you were to just get the services on their own. In order to get their membership you have to sign up for at least 6 months (with a 2 month cancellation period). I'm excited to try this out. Hoping to get my skin in a good place with Sarah's help and then, fingers crossed, be self-sufficient to maintain it with minimal appointments.

I am new in the Columbus area and after a friend suggested Gahanna Skin Care, I decided to give it a try. I booked at appointment on a Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. I couldn't find the place and ended up there at 6:40 pm. I called them to let them know that I was running late. When I got there, I was greeted by a lovely lady and an older gentleman. They were super nice. Don't expect one of those fancy spas! This place is small but the owners are very particular about cleanliness and hygiene. Also, the prices are very reasonable. My esthetician, Cheri greeted me and I apologized for the delay. She was super cool about it. :-) She cleansed my face and applied some liquid to wipe it clean (I guess a toner). She explained to me the entire process and asked me if I had any questions. I told her about my concerns - blackheads on my nose and chin and large pores on my cheeks. She offered to extract my blackheads and assured me that i will see fewer pores after the process. She also gave me some witch hazel before I could go to the store and buy some! She finished the session by applying some witch hazel and then some spf. Next day, my friends said my skin was clearer and looked more vibrant! I have always been very particular about using a sunscreen. I have been trying to take extra care since the first treatment (Cleansing/Toning/Moisturizing etc). It's been two weeks since my first session and I am going today for my second session. I am going to go for 6 sessions placed 2 weeks apart. Cheri suggested that I should do this every year. I am extremely happy with the results and with Cheri. She is extremely professional and excellent at what she does. The best part about her is she genuinely cares about her clients and she is super nice to them! If you are thinking of getting a microderm, I would suggest you try Cheri! :-)
