Amongst the ones nearby this place had amazing reviews and a solid price point for 90 minutes. Upon arrival, you're greeted with a new member form with an image of where you want them to concentrate during the massage. Being in tech, I chose my upper back. Loveeeee the entire massage, she was sweet and adjusted pressure accordingly and upon ask. I've had every tight area pushed out and my calf muscles (super tight bc I'm a runner), rolled out. My hips feel loose and my shoulders no longer pinch. Overall a 10/10 experience ! I'd definitely come back for sure

Actually relaxing rather than energizing but still effective after you walk out the door. Everyone was very nice, and we received services for the full hour. Given the cash price, this was a very good experience for the value, and I would definitely consider coming back the next time I'm looking for a more relaxing massage rather than an energizing one.

I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. Went for a 60 Min swedish style massage.. added the deep tissue option... and enjoyed a free Steam shower afterwords. It's a nice place... stylish with a cozy relaxing atmosphere. My 60 minute massage was interrupted three times; twice for the telephone to be answered and once for my therapist to help someone change the receipt printer paper. The massage itself was lacking. I was never asked about health concerns, sore spots, or my desired level of pressure. There was about 40 minutes on my upper back and the rest was spread around. No facial or scalp massage, which is one of my favorites. Very very little time spent on legs, feet, arms. This place does not offer convenient appointment times. Most people work during the middle of the day and there were very few evening appointments. When we did finally agree on a date and time I was supposed to receive an email confirmation. That NEVER came! I called a few days before my appointment was supposed to be scheduled to confirm, since I didn't receive a confirmation. Again, I left several message and waited two days to receive a return phone call. The girl I spoke with, Amber, states that they did not have me on the schedule. WHAT!? all this hassle and they LOST MT APPT!!! I cancelled the entire thing. If they can't even schedule an appointment correctly, I am afraid to see what type of massage they would provide. Needless to say, I got my money back from Groupon and found and even better place in the process.

I had a poor experience at My Spa. The massage itself was pleasant. I paid upfront for my hour long…read moreappointment, and immediately after changing back into my clothes I tipped my masseuse 17% - I have never had anyone ask me for a larger tip, but that is what happened at this business. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and taken advantage of. I called the business shortly after this occurrence, and again, I was surprised to hear the manager chuckling/laughing on the other end. While she did apologize for the experience, I really did not feel she was genuine. And to make a short story, a little bit longer, my pushover self gave in, and gave her ten more dollars.
