I had some extra time and was prepared to go with additional services like parafin and extended massage, but she was so efficient that I was like, okay, I guess I'm done! Came in in late evening, looking for a pedicure. Everything else was pretty much closed, but they were still open. That alone was impressive to me as most nail shops are closed really early. Friendly service did not make me feel like I was running them too late! They took me right in and got to work on my toes. I don't get this done very often. It makes me nervous, but I wanted to treat myself to something. I am happy. I stopped here. The pricing was the same as most with options vary from $25 up The vibe here was very good, it was clean and well kept. They had a man in the shop cleaning as people got out of the chairs. They took care of all the things that they take care of on my toenails, trim, cut out the corners, remove any hard spots on my feet. Also, it came with hot stones and a massage. I was very well pleased. I highly suggest this place for your pedicures. It's been a while since I've been to this salon, and honestly I'm very disappointed. I came in for a gel mani-pedi and was sat immediately; great start! Kim was fantastic, she did my pedi and was very thorough, she even offered to add acrylic to a nail that had broken off a while ago, so my pedi would look even! I really appreciate the time she took to do my pedi! However, my mani wasn't as successful. Linda, was very nice after she had done my nails, but she was very rushed doing my mani, and you can unfortunately tell. She was very fast, but not in a good way. She trimmed my cuticles very sloppy, didn't even really take the time to file my nails, and she didn't even let me look at a color book, she just asked me what color I wanted. Thankfully, I already knew what color I wanted, but every salon I've been to always gives you option before; the other ladies that walked in got offered a book. After Linda had put my gel on, she spent more time trimming around my nails because she had let the polish dry onto the skin around, seems like something that could've been avoided if she didn't rush. It does seem like the overall vibe of the place does have a family feel to it, just not to outsiders. Overall a decent job, but I will not be coming back. read more

It used to be my go to , unfortunately these past visits have been bad . Lisa and Nancy are great! The pretty lady that dresses nice is too snobby for me . She does what she wants, doesn't listen . I hate seeing when people snap at these ladies on social media . But today was the day I should have , what I did do was NOT tip her . That's not like me but she needs to know her work isn't good , her laughing when I suggested she washed her hands -because of all the dust from filing . Now my nails have bubbles and she doesn't like it when you mention a flaw in her work. So I'll take my business elsewhere, they might not miss it but I don't need to leave the place upset. It's suppose to be a nice evening of pampering and relaxing not pissing me off and making me want to yell at the top of my lungs because I've been soo nice and patient . The owner of the nail shop is very very very rude, she thinks because she did nails for 35 years she can do what she likes to do on your nails despite you being the paying customer. The very first time I came to this nail salon JOANNE was ever so sweet and she did my nails and eyebrows so fabulous. Mind you the owner of the salon was walking around with this prideful attitude like she is the top of the top nail artist and was talking down on Joanne's Work and discouraging her to use a different color base which I did not like and I loved Joanne's idea first off. Second time I went to do nails the owner actually did my nails but was so rough and telling me what to do on my paid nails I want it how I want it she doesn't get that, so she thinks she can talk crap in her language and keep repeating "what what what" to me she kept using the drill so hard and was burning the sides of my nails but she managed to finish my set, now today was the icing on the cake as I would NEVER EVER bring my hard earned money there and on a Sunday where I wanted a relaxing spa day and get my nails and toes down but guess what I walked out of their without the service being done because why ? She tried to down right be disrespectful by putting the new acrylic nail on an UNcleaned, cut down, filed nailbed, what she did was take my old nails off and just straight out put the nail on it without cutting my nails down and filing them to a nice clean base and she got frustrated because I made her cut them down I like to have my nails and toes cut down so my acrylic nails and toes will take a little longer to grow back... now back to This rude witchy owner who her employers seem to be AFRAID of because after she was made to cut my nails down she had a down right nasty attitude and was being highly hostile and disgusting towards me by using the file hard on my nail and pulling my hand rough and not cutting the nails down properly so I refused to continue to have her do my nails and she did not request for anyone else like I asked but sent other waiting customers to who else was available. if I didn't speak up she was going to leave my nails just like that with glued nails and nothing else, but the only man that works there he was decent enough to take them off and file them down I was STILL highly upset that I did not get my nails done like I anticipated too and after saying the price was $55 they charged me an extra $5 just to be evil and petty I'm starting to think this place is racist . She's going to mention how she does my nails but I'm still not happy in the end? no no not true at all, im just literally letting her know to cut them down please and that was it, if I'm the paying customer I should want my nails cut down to my liking? I hadn't had a pedicure in almost 2 years so maybe things have changed. The tech did not file my nails nor did she cut my cuticles. They really don't look awesome. Was not impressed. Nail tech kept cutting my cuticles. I can see once or twice but 5 times ..what the hell! Then she was going to use a file that was already used. Thats is how nail fungus travels...that is so unsanitary. I told her I wanted a brand new one so she got a new one out. Her thumb nails were dirty..not sure if it was from polish from the previous customers...but i was a bit grossed out.. I realized after i sat in her seat that, after she finished with another client that she didnt even wash her hands. Ewww i better not end up with some sort of nasty infection. This place is unsanitary and has filthy practices. Never going back. She was nice older lady but not worth catching something. $40 for fill. read more

Tiffany is my backup when Ann is very busy (because she is soo good and at high demand by customers) Lisa is my favorite pedicure technician but I do love the way they ALL do my toes i'm very picky with beauty services as well as everything and i've let each pedicure technician here do my toes and i absolutely trust and am comfortable going to any of them I recommend people here everywhere i go all the time. I have been searching for a good nail place that is not super expensive with little success. Most places have very low quality, I am often cut and my gel nail last only a week or less. So, when I read the reviews for Top Nails and Spa and decided to give it a try for a manicure. I did not make an appointment in advance, but I called to see if there was availability and was told I did not need to schedule an appointment since they were available at the time. I was also told they do not take appointments, and I found that a little strange. Once I arrive, minutes later, I was surprised to see the salon was packed full and there were several people awaiting their turn. Again I asked how long was the wait and was told it would be about minutes. I sat down and waited for half an hour and there were at least three ladies waiting ahead of me. I did not have the time to wait for much longer so I asked again how much longer would I have to wait. At that point I was told to sit down at one of the manicure stations. I waited there for another 10 minutes. Not happy. Finally, one of the nail technicians came over and started working on my nails. I was very happy since she did not cut me at all. The nails looked shinny and slightly thicker than most other nail salons, which I loved. Kim, my technician was pleasant and very skilled. I asked her if it was possible to schedule an appointment in advance and request her services. She said I could. So, I am not sure who was telling the truth, but I will give it another try next week when it is time to schedule my next manicure. Something else to note is that their menu, which I took at photo off, indicates that a gel manicure is $25, whoever, I was charged $30, for a single color, no frills, nothing extra manicure. The work was good, so I didn't complain about it, but I don't believe it is right to advertise a price and change a different one. All together I would give Top Nails and Spa a 3.5 due to the communication issues, but would give them a 4.0 based on quality. So far it has been 1.5 weeks since my manicure and my nails are still shiny and nice, so this is definitely a place to try at least for the second time. read more

I understand miscommunications happen, especially when there's a language difference, but I don't think it was fair to be charged for something I didn't want or authorize. My pedicure was satisfactory, although the technician dropped my foot scrubber on the floor and reused it without rinsing (eeek!). However, my daughter (a young adult) had a frustrating experience. The nail tech repeatedly pushed services she didn't want: she wanted short nails, lady did not want to cut short. She wanted regular powder, lady said no pink powder, lastly my daughter wanted regular polish and the lady insisted on gel. I had to intervene multiple times as my daughter was visibly stressed. You get what you pay for. I went here because the prices are lower than most places I have been to. However, they do a very poor job. The chairs don't all work when getting a pedicure. So it's unfair that some people can get a chair massage and some can't because the chair is broken. The girl that did my pedicure scrubbed my feet for like 4 seconds and that's supposed to remove my calusus? She was very quick and didn't take her time. The nail tech doing my full set acrylic nails did them all crooked, some were different lengths and not filed down enough. Again, very rushed and didn't take her time to notice that the nails were not even or done properly. I will never go there again and will let anyone I know how terrible this place is.
