My insurance company's first claim payout was greater than $10k below the estimate to repair. My North State Custom agent , Neil C., was the consummate professional from start to finish in the process. As this was first major auto insurance claim, I was entirely clueless on the process, but he reassured me (most) insurance companies will come through once their adjusters come to the shop and consult with him and his colleagues. He was absolutely correct, aside from paying my deductible, I had no other out of pocket expense and my car looks brand new inside and out. Customer service is king these days, and these people could teach a masters class on this topic.
