Charles called me within the hour and let me know that my Jeep needed a transmission. He sent me a picture of the transmission fluid and explained that he had discovered that the transmission fluid was a pink milky color; water had gotten into the transmission and ruined it. The Jeep was initially supposed to be out by 1/20/24 but, due to inclement weather and delivery issues with the transmission, it took a bit longer before I got my Jeep back. I picked up the Jeep as soon as Charles let me know that it was ready. I am happy to say that the Jeep is running like new again. Thank you Charles, for getting my Jeep on the road again.
