Charles called me within the hour and let me know that my Jeep needed a transmission. He sent me a picture of the transmission fluid and explained that he had discovered that the transmission fluid was a pink milky color; water had gotten into the transmission and ruined it. The Jeep was initially supposed to be out by 1/20/24 but, due to inclement weather and delivery issues with the transmission, it took a bit longer before I got my Jeep back. I picked up the Jeep as soon as Charles let me know that it was ready. I am happy to say that the Jeep is running like new again. Thank you Charles, for getting my Jeep on the road again. Also, thank you for deducting the extra amount that I spent for the rental, from my final repair bill. If you're not going to bother working on a warranty job, quit accepting new repairs. Don't recommend unless you're ok without a car for months on end!!! I can manage a week or so without a car but they have no sense of urgency!! Don't use them!!!
