I had some issues with my properties. Mice at one location and a roach issue with a few units at another location. B&B sent Pat out, inspected the properties, put/suggested a corrective action program for the issues that seemed very reasonable. I was very comfortable with his approach and how he explained the issues. The tech came out (forgot his name), implemented the programs needed and I have not had any issues since. We unfortunately realized we had gotten bed bugs when my youngest daughter woke up with bites on her. My wife was so overwhelmed and frustrated thinking this was our fault. I reached out to B&B and explained the situation and he after reassuring us that this has nothing to do with cleanliness of our home but rather how easy it is to get infested, It took away the embarrassment we were feeling. Jerry explained this being their busy season he could get to us within a few days and gave me a quote that was hundreds less than I expected. We had some time constraints and I explained the sense of urgency at stake because my twin daughters are horrified of bugs and we had to stay at a hotel for a few nights to curb the anxiety the girls and my wife were experiencing. It must have plucked a heart string because he asked to call me back in 20 minutes. When I answered he made an appointment available for the very next day which blew my mind with gratitude. The staff member he sent was punctual, very professional and once again explained to us not to feel ashamed. We had ants coming into the kitchen from outside. There were no complications in scheduling despite Covid-19. All went smoothly. We called, got a reasonable price quote and scheduled for later in the week. We went for a walk outside for about an hour while the technician sprayed indoors and outdoors. We got an "all set" phone call and that was that. We got an invoice via email and paid online. It's been 2 weeks and so far the ants have not returned, not even on the warmer days. So unfortunately I got what nobody wants to get...the dreaded bed bugs. UGH. I travel a lot so something probably jumped on my luggage on a plane or something. Who knows? Working in the housing industry, I know what a pain they are to get rid of. Thankfully it wasn't a true infestation, but there was NO WAY I was going to let this problem get bigger. We bought a house in June and B&B had sprayed the house before we moved in as part of a home inspection follow up, and they left their number. Thank goodness they did! I called Orkin first who gave me a quote of $750 per room. Yikes. I called B&B and they were a fraction of that. I tend to follow the philosophy of 'you get what you pay for' but I decided to take my chances with B&B. From the very first call, I could tell they knew what they were doing. Plus they talked to me like a human being, which is always a bonus. We got the appointment scheduled and they gave me a great list of things I needed to do to prepare. The very nice gentleman showed up and, again, was extremely courteous and professional. He assured me that we did not have a true infestation, but closing my eyes and hoping these bugs would disappear wasn't realistic, so he still needed to spray. And this would require 2 separate treatments. He gave me tips on what to do with my items before he came back in 2 weeks for the next treatment which I appreciated. I was pleased to see him back in 2 weeks as the bugs had reappeared. It's been a couple of months since the 2nd treatment and not one bug has been seen! Yay! They do have a 3 month warranty just in case, which eased my mind, but I highly doubt I'll need anything. I highly recommend B&B for your pest control needs. They are very friendly, very prompt, very reasonably priced, and understand that you are in a very uncomfortable situation. read more

These guys are amazing!!! I moved into an apartment in September and realized I had been impeding on some creepy crawlers. I knew that my management company wouldn't be able to have an exterminator out for weeks due to the madness that is the September move in period so I took to Yelp and saw all the rave reviews. Within two days my apartment was treated and just like that I started seeing fewer and fewer roaches. The second treatment which is included in the treatment package eradicated any trace of roaches and the three month guarantee left me feeling at ease. I received calls from the owner to follow up on the treatments and their exterminators are nothing but class and will teach you things to avoid to better rid yourself of pests. The woman in the office was extremely helpful and was able to have a tech sent to my house the very next day. Pat showed up right on time and did a thorough walkthrough in and around my house. We noticed mice about 4-5 weeks back suddenly and called up B & B and they were able to come out several days later (busy spring schedule!) They spotted an opening on the outside where the mice may have gotten in and sealed it up. And they also put out bait packs in our basement in key spots and some in our kitchen around key access points. The technicians were very thorough spent lots of hours treating inside and outside of my house for the first time for prevention.
