This company is your worst nightmare: they are predatory towers who apparently hire only people who live under rocks. Cambridge regulations supposedly require companies to accept credit cards-they do not. They illegally towed me and charged me $140 when the rate posted by the city is $100. They are rude, unprofessional and downright scarey. read more

Tow driver and staff were very pleasant in an evening AAA tow. Fuel problem was fixed the next morning for a reasonable price.

I had my car towed twice in one day that totally sucked but B&B was amazing very professional and polite. They showed up the first time within a half an hour and I was not close to them the second time same thing . They did everything they could do for me. I completely under stand tow truck drivers get a bad rap no matter what but when you need them you need them ... Thank you so much B&B I will definitely be calling again!!!! read more

I had the rudest encounter with the driver of one of your tow trucks. He pulled in front of my neighbors house where my babysitters car was parked. I happen to be outside so I very innocently approached his window to ask if he was towing my babysitters car. He said "I don't need to talk to you, walk away" I tried to ask him a second time and he was even ruder. I said to him "you don't have to be so rude" He repeated to me to walk away from him - shutting his window. I will be contacting Triple A to recommend this company be taken off of their list of companies. read more

B& B Towing illegally towed my car from the Trader Joe's parking lot at Fresh Pond. I was a customer at CVS and Trader Joe's, then Genki Ya and TD Bank. B&B Towing service has verbally abusive, rude, tow truck operators. I waited for 2 hours to get my car back. Awkward office people playing video games while I was upset in their office. They only take cash because they don't trust hard working honest people. Call someone else if you need help, they are horrible. read more

I believe B&B Towing stole my battery charger / AC inverter from the car they had towed and stored in their lot. I don't know whether to go to the police or just cry about it online. I'll start with the latter. read more

Absolutely terrible company. Had me wait for 3 hours when I was 7 minutes from there shop. Then when they got there the driver was stoned out of his mind and said he couldn't make the swing wouldn't even attempt it. So he said he send us a different truck that would be here in 20 minutes. 3 hours later no truck. He left an 85 year old woman and a five year old kid standing on the corner at 8 at night till past 3 in the morning. Terrible read more

Zero stahhhs for B&B Towing. BEWARE! My car died and I called AAA for a tow, and they sent B&B. Anyone who lives in Cambridge will be familiar with the ubiquitous B&B tow trucks that hover in your neighborhood on street cleaning days. The surly and aggressive driver tried to pressure me to take my car to Fresh Pond Mobil, telling me that the garage I wanted to go to had some "crazy sh%t going on there" and that they would "rip me off". While he was at it, he also badmouthed another garage in Somerville. When I insisted he tow my car to my preferred garage, he immediately became sullen and stopped talking to me completely. He then threw my car onto the tow truck and peeled away like he was driving the Indy 500, before I even had a chance to give him the key. It was so obvious that this guy was getting a kick-back for delivering cars to Fresh Pond Mobil and when he couldn't strong-arm me into going there, he treated me and my car like crap. It is a shame that both AAA and the City of Cambridge have contracted with B&B Towing, so now they have a monopoly on the entire city. AVOID B&B IF YOU CAN!!! read more

horrible, lousy, rude service. mass ave had already been plowed clean when we arrived. the snow had stopped. there were lines of cars parked cleanly w/o any snow on either side for our 1-2 inches of powder light snow today (meanwhile the side streets had not yet been plowed at all. they towed us while we were visiting and patronizing one of your local businesses. when we called to see if they had our vehicle, the man said they couldn't tell us based on a description if they had it or not and they hung up on me because i unlike him didn't have my plate # memorized. when we finally tracked down our plate # after a $30 cab ride back to our hotel, b&b said they didn't have it. after repeated calls to all three towing co's and repeated declinations of possession of our vehicle by all three -- including b&b towing, the police finally tracked our vehicle down at b&b who had written recorded possession of our vehicle since 5pm and were just lying to us for over two hours about not having it in their lot as we have been calling for over 2 hours to find our vehicle and it only takes from what we've been told by other locals at most 20 minutes to get to the lot from mass ave in cambridge. in other words --- they suck! don't hire these bottomfeeding offensive jerks by choice - they ciphon and feed money off of the locals and are beyond rude to unaware victims during light snowfalls. suggestion to all - only park in paid lots when it snows - even if there isn't a flake left on the ground to plow.... highly recommend pat's or phil's towing, as they were at least professional on the phone, and tried to help us track down our vehicle, with or without a plate #.... read more

I was driving down Harding Ave in Belmont, MA on January 14, 2011 at 2:42 PM as a B & B Towing flatbread truck picking up a van. It was parked on the side of the road waiting to lift the van onto the flatbed. I have a small car and the driver signaled me with his hands to drive around the truck. As I was pulling around the truck, the driver with the clipboard and a name tag on his blue jacket "JOE" started screaming profanities at me. He asked me "What the f**k do you think you are doing?" "What are you, an idiot?" As I rolled down my window to find out what the problem was, he kept yelling at me saying, " You are a f**king idiot, that is a hundred thousand dollar truck and you are going to hit it". He kept swearing at me.I tried to explain to him that I had plenty of room and that I wasn't even near the truck. This driver was so irrational and unprofessional. He had no right to treat me and act the way he did. If I were the owner of the van that was getting towed, I would not trust him or his company to tow my vehicle away. The company is obvously not very responsible because they are employing a man that is rude, arrogant, disrepectful and irrational. When I called the dispatcher at the B & B Towing Company, they were somewhat apologetic. I would never recommend this company to anyone even if you are stuck on the side of the road in a blazing snow storm. If a guy can get THAT upset about a person driving near is truck, I can only imagine what he would do in other situations. read more
