Armed with this information, I posted pictures and exactly what the "diagnosis" said and asked for emailed quotes...to be clear I said EMAIL only. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. Victor was our service technician. He arrived on time and was able to process payments via phone. I am an active Solider not in the area that was extremely important to me. Our 94 year mom found herself without heat on one of the coldest days of this winter. She called Custom Seasons and Chris was out within the hour. It was discovered that her 30 year old furnace might be fixable but questions were raised if that was the wise choice. Chris asked that mom talk it over with family and then took a call from a family member to answer questions and discuss options. No hard sell; just straight answers that allowed us to make our own decision. After we decided to replace the furnace Custom Seasons had it ordered , delivered, installed, and working 24 hours after the initial visit. Needless to say our mom is warm and relieved, and we are all very happy with the experience.
