My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

I take back every nice thing i ever said about them. told me. no. you don't need a tire. just…read morethe stem with sensor since my dash lights up saying low tire pressure. then. no. you have older car. just stem. sensor not in stem. so. went from $180 on that part of my repair. to $20.. now. next day. as i want to go home. at 5pm.. my tire is flat and won't pump with the portable pump i have. now i have to wait until close to 8pm to get triple A to tow me home. Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work.

One shop said $45 check out fee and they couldn't see it until Monday day so we called this Darwin & Matt was very nice, said he just opened and could look at it right away. AAA towed it there and I signed a paper so they could look at. My boss came and got me & my kiddos and before I got to work the shop called and said it was the alternator. Cost $404 for everything with labor plus fixing the connections on my battery. I asked how much labor was $90. I was surprised it sounded like a great offer. Talked to my Hubbie since he was at work and we told them at 12 told them to go ahead. By 2pm my car was ready!!!! 1 year warranty on parts and labor, fast work and they weren't charging an arm and leg. I am from Cali where all shops were trying to charge women WAY more then what we should have. This place has been around for 40 years, I thanked them and grabbed some cards. We found our go to shop from now on thank u Matt!!!

if you value your life you will choose a different tire shop to go to. not only did they fuck up…read more our car but the reason it was fucked up was due to their lack of competence. how does a tire shop manage to forget to tighten the lug nuts on all the tires that were changed? not only that but put the wrong tread of tires. so my alignment was off due to that. do NOT shop here if you value your life, money and time. their half assed job will lead to you spending more than than they initially said but else where so the job is actually done right. as of 2026 this business is awful. what should they improve on? maybe looking for a different job since they clearly don't know what they're doing.

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. I was able to get a fix on my wife's location and immediately reached out to local repair shops, only to find, as expected, that many were closed for the holidays. Dynamic answered the call and provided the most needed assistance. My wife arrived at the location an hour before opening. Once the mechanics arrived and opened the doors, they quickly evaluated my wife's car. The tension in the situation was relieved when the concern was identified and its severity reduced. We cleared the EVAP system error code, and my wife continued her journey home. There were some complications with administering compensation for the services, but we worked them out.

While one guy was doing the oil change and another guy was at the computer the last guy just seemed to be standing around lost. I was the only car there (now I see why). They took 10min just to take off my rear wiper blade and then another 5min to put a new one back on. When they put the new one on I also heard a crack. Luckily my rear wiper still works but I'm not sure for how long. With how unreliable the employees seemed I just didn't have any confidence in the service and I left more worried about my car than when I entered. Also, they're over priced like crazy. With just the oil change and $20 wiper blade, the bill was over $150-160. Then when I asked why it was so expensive, since Valvoline would be about $70-80, the guy at the computer input a "Promotional code" and lowered the price to $130ish. Like why didn't he put in the code at the beginning... After I asked again why it was so expensive all he said was "That's Jiffy Lube prices." There was no price break down at all. He also sighed and did a fed up look downward. Granted I'm sure he was tired since it was 2 hours before closing time on a Tuesday but there wasn't even any BASIC customer service. I don't know Jiffy Lube as a whole since I only ever go to Valvoline but I'll never go back to that Jiffy Lube on Pendleton Pike ever again. Like I said before, I left more worried about my car than when I entered.
