Perfectly cooked and the flavor was perfect. It was thin, light, crunchy crust but not too crunchy, dough nice and soft at the same time. Highly recommend it. Pasta: A bit underwhelming. I felt it could use more sauce and a bit more flavor as it was bland. Portion was decent. The pork should have been cooked more as it was chewy and in a carbonara, i expect the pork to be a tad crispier. Dessert: I am a tiramisu fanatic and I was disappointed when i took a bite of it as it was more like a slice of cake pretending to be a tiramisu. It was yummy but i would not consider this a slice of tiramisu. You can see in my last photo where you see the cake style parts of it. While i do love strawberries, they were an odd touch considering it's supposed to be tiramisu and not a slice of coffee, chocolate flavored cake. Overall i believe that we overpaid for dinner. If i were to return, I would probably just stick to the pizza. I love that they have vegan and gluten free options so that's a plus but other than that, i can't say i will be returning soon. The marinara sauce was slightly sweet and delicious. The meatball dish was rather small. The meatballs were smaller and somewhat difficult to find in the small dish that was covered in marinara sauce and cheese. The meatball often broke apart which made it easier to put on the small crispy pieces of bread chips. I didn't detect much seasoning in the meatball...at least not enough to make it stand out. Head north on 327...about 15 minutes north of Dupont Road. They are located in a strip mall, just as you get into town, on the west side of the road. There is plenty of easy-access parking. Only two items on the appetizer menu - the beer cheese is a MUST try. The pizzas seem pretty reasonable priced for a 12 inch stone fired pizza - $13.45. Coterie has self serve beverage service. You can choose from one of five local beers - and pay by the ounce. Or you can fill up your cup at the soda/tea center. The team here is very friendly and helpful. They all work hard to make sure you have a good customer experience - which we did! Plenty of kitchen help to keep the food rolling..especially at peak diner time! Here is a run down on the items we ordered: -Caprese salad: smaller dish for $5.99. All cherry tomatoes and basil were very fresh and cool to taste. The carnivore medium pizza was dry and overcooked, and when you grabbed a piece, all of the toppings fell off. The small Thai chicken pizza was overcooked, dry, and hard to eat.
