I went to the place three times. The first time was great even though the price was expensive. I got a pedicure manicure and I paid $115. The second time is when I noticed that their prices don't match with is posted on their references, I got a manicure and pedicure. I went real short on my nails and the pedicure was $45 while the Manicure was price at $50 which adds up to a total of $95 however they charge me $105 and I don't know where the $10 came from I paid and let it go. However when I went back just for a fill on my nails they charge me $45 which is outrageous and I swear if I would've paid cards, she said $20. I do not recommend. They cost lest than 5 cents at the nail supply stores I came here after all the good reviews, with people saying its "clean" as i watched them use the same cuticle nippers & callus remover on two separate clients without cleaning in between. They dont put any sanitising tabs in your water. I guess we all have different standards of what clean is. Dip was bulky and thick, no lotion on your hands or cuticle oil after manicure services. Went here on Sunday and got a gel manicure on my nails on toes. My daughter got acrylic nails. I also got a wax eyebrow. After spending $200 on services and tips I am not happy. I am generally a positive review person. I got gel done on my nails on Sunday at 1pm. It's Tuesday at 4pm and 1 has completely lifted off and both my thumbs have chipped. Also, there was no clear coat added to one of my thumbs which is driving me absolutely crazy. My daughter's acrylics were so-so. She got French tips and some of the polish was not cleaned on the top of her nail so she has polish not only on the french tip area. Good news was they got us in quickly so that was a plus. Although I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone wouldn't even listen to my request and basically just told me to come in. I should have known to go somewhere else by the phone call off the bat but, it was a Sunday and many places were closed. Also, one of the ladies (the one that did my pedicure) patted me on the butt 3 times when I went to go into the waxing room. My daughter was this and looked at me shocked as I'm sure my face was unsure what to do. It was hard to understand her but I think she said my butt was cute? I am so confused. I will not be coming back and I definitely won't be recommending them. I found them on Yelp from good reviews so that's why I went there. I am unfortunately underwhelmed and usually Yelp reviews are spot on. Just want to put in my experience if someone is looking to go here maybe think again. Quality is my least favorite. Honestly, I don't like the service from BB nail and spa. They are rough on your Nails when you're getting a pedicure or even doing your nails in general. I tried to like this salon but me going already three times I have told myself this is the last time I'm going for sure ! When I arrived for my pedicure appointment I entered a bright, beautiful, salon with all new equipment including new pedicure massage chairs. The salon is new and was established after the pandemic. The nail techs are friendly and very attentive. They have you choose from a menu of different pedicure options so that there are no price surprises. The environment and the massage chairs are relaxing and the salon is very clean and sanitary. My nail tech was Trina and she did an excellent pedicure including handling a nail that was starting to become ingrown. Trina did not hurry and also did a very relaxing foot massage.
