The customer service was good but I got cut multiple times on both my big toes. it is a few days later but they still hurt.

    Lifting nails after 3 days

I got a full set done by Kathy. They were lifting after 3 days. Went to get them removed and asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund, said they would redo my nails. I declined. Why would I want my nails redone at a place that gave me poor service?

I do like this new nail shop a lot. I've only come for pedicures thus far, and I've always been happy with my service. The price is good, they don't charge an arm and a leg for good service. It is smaller than some other places and at times can get very busy so it's best to make an appointment. They're a very clean shop as well. They always open the sealed tools in front of you. Four stars for this place and a repeat customer. :) I may add a star after I begin getting acrylics again. Hopefully that service is good too.

Have had multiple techs all seem to be well skilled. Have always left very satisfied with my service

A Deeply Concerning Experience - Proceed with Caution I initially visited this newly opened nail salon on Mother's Day for a pedicure and was quite satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a completely different--and deeply troubling--experience. I returned on a Sunday for both a manicure and pedicure. While the pedicure was once again done well by a skilled and professional technician, the manicure turned into a distressing ordeal. A different nail tech, a man (mr. v), was assigned to me for the manicure. During the process, he severely cut my left middle finger with a nail tool--deep enough to draw significant blood. What shocked me most was his complete lack of accountability: no apology, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no sense of remorse or concern. The situation was poorly handled not just by the technician, but also by the management. There was no proper response or effort to remedy the situation. I had to stop the manicure midway because I was more concerned about getting home to clean the wound--and ultimately ended up needing to visit urgent care for a tetanus shot due to the depth of the cut. This was not a minor mishap--it was a serious lapse in safety, hygiene, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this salon. A relaxing self-care visit should never end in an emergency medical visit.

I was seated right away for a gel manicure. I was greeted and everyone was friendly. During my gel manicure I was cut on three different nails. The nail tech did clean each cut and stopped the bleeding, but overall I feel like my nails looked worse as I left then when I came in. After I left I even noticed dirt still underneath my nails. Probably one of the worst manicures I've had.

The pedicure was done with excellence and Lin was excellent too. She was kind and courteous and the cost was reasonable. I will return.

Overall, my experience was very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon…read more The woman who worked on my toes was more considerate, and I do take responsibility for not clearly explaining that I wanted acrylic on my toes as well. I only said I wanted acrylics and didn't specify that I wanted them on my toes too, so I understand how that misunderstanding happened. However, when I brought it up, I immediately felt like both employees became annoyed. It wasn't my intention to be difficult--I was simply trying to explain what I wanted. After seeing their reaction, I felt uncomfortable speaking up for the rest of my appointment because I didn't want to seem like a bother. Throughout the service, they kept bringing up that different things would cost more. The cost was never the issue for me. I was willing to pay for the service I wanted. What made me uncomfortable was that it felt like they were more focused on the price than on listening to my concerns or making sure I was happy with the service. The man who worked on my nails was, in my opinion, unprofessional. I showed him an inspiration photo with soft, light pink flowers on the sides of the nails. Instead, he painted bright neon pink flowers that looked nothing like the reference photo. I had to ask him to make them lighter because I genuinely couldn't imagine leaving the salon with nails that looked like that. I understand that inspiration photos can't always be recreated exactly, but if he wasn't able to do that design, I wish he had simply told me. He could have explained that it wasn't something he was comfortable doing or asked another nail technician for help. One of the reasons I chose this salon was because I had seen very similar flower designs on their Instagram, so I believed it was something they were capable of doing. I also couldn't help but wonder if my age played a role in how I was treated. I felt like because I was younger and not very confident about speaking up, my concerns weren't taken seriously. Every time I tried to say something, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. There were multiple times during my appointment where I honestly felt like crying because I could tell they didn't want to work with me. I'm an emotional person, but more than anything, I felt unwelcome and like I was being judged for simply asking for the service I came in for. I wasn't trying to be difficult--I just wanted my nails and toes to look the way I had asked. I believe good customer service means listening to your client, communicating honestly if a design isn't possible, and making them feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Overall, I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon.

I was a customer for over 3 years and experienced many things. I will not be back…read more In December, my nail tech of 3 years, Judy, was unavailable so I received services from someone else. Judy knew this and said it was fine. When I came back in January, she was cold and hostile toward me for it. Mid-service, she disappeared for 25 minutes with no explanation. She also cut my fingers during the appointment. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. That was the last time I saw her. I switched to Kristen. My recent appointment was genuinely frustrating. I had a 2:00 appointment, arrived at 1:50, and Kristen did not come out until after 2:20. A basic solid colored manicure on my natural nails then took an hour and 20 minutes. I did not leave until 3:45. For a manicure. On natural nails. I also had my two young daughters with me that day. They were incredible. They sat in the stroller, watched a show, smiled at strangers who stopped to talk to them, and held it together for nearly two hours. In the last 15 minutes, my youngest started fussing because she was exhausted and ready for her nap. That is completely understandable for a baby who had been sitting in a stroller for that long. That is when Tracy decided to insert herself. Tracy has always made rude "jokes" and snide remarks. It has been an ongoing pattern that I have brushed off in the past. But this time she crossed a line. She came over and spoke to my children in a sharp, condescending tone, telling my baby to be quiet and snapping at my toddler when she slipped out of her chair and tried to climb back up. She mean-mugged my 10 month old and continued to give her the death stare for the remainder of the appointment! She also made comments in another language that caused the staff around her to laugh. When I asked what she said, she did not respond. I should not have to wonder what an adult is saying to my children in a nail salon. My kids were fine. They were tired, not misbehaving - there is a big difference. There was no reason for any adult to speak to them the way Tracy did. There were also three other mothers there with their children - none of which Tracy spoke to. When I brought it up at the front desk, the response I received was, "Yeah, Tracy is rude. She's really mean." That was it. No apology. No accountability. Just a casual confirmation that this is simply who she is and apparently that is acceptable here. It is not acceptable to me. My children deserved better. I deserved better. I hope management takes a real look at how their staff treats customers and their families, because right now the experience does not match the years I have invested in this place. This is partially why their ratings have dropped.
