Typically Sundays are my pizza night. And I usually order a chicken Parmesan pizza with a similar pasta. Something a 2 liter. I called yesterday at 515 pm. Placed my order and waited. And waited and waited. At 615 I called asking about my pizza. I was told that they quoted me an hour to an hour and a half wait time. I get that in the summer that's needed. When my pizza arrived at 635. It was so cold the cheese was solid. I'm sorry to say but I will not be ordering from them again. I don't recommend anyone does. Comically bad food and service. After getting a busy signal for 15 minutes, I signed up and made an Internet order. In spite of getting a confirmation notice, the order wasn't received because the "printer was broken. The manager is getting some ink on Monday." Re-ordered the food because, somehow with the broken printer there was no record of the order. They still managed to screw up two of three items and the third appeared to have been punched (see photo). To the staff's credit, they did give me a nice break on the price. The pizza was at the low end of the corporate pizza spectrum. I was hoping for the best, but not expecting a lot from this place. Ordered the side salad that is supposed to have spinach, got warm chopped romaine, and cherry tomatoes that (even though they're the kids favorite) even they wouldn't eat. Really appreciate the customer service at this location. We called close to closing (not realizing it) and they had ceased delivery but they took our order and held if for us until we could pick it up- they stayed late because we got delayed on the road !
