Small tossed salad a bit disappointing due to a little wilted head lettuce and little spinach, not a balance of the two. 3 grape tomatoes were good. Got dressing on the side but didn't use. Ambiance typical pizzeria but with cute mural of kids playing and walls painted to look like brick peaking through. Clean restrooms. We arrived at 7:30 with them closing in 30 minutes. This review makes me so sad. We love to support local businesses and stay away from chains when we travel but this place disappoints more than I expected for such an affluent town. Service 0 stars, online ordering was great but you will not actually get your pizza when you order it. You will stand in a half closed restaurant with other disgruntled guests all waiting for their orders while they literally sweep around you. If you ask politely how much longer it will be they say, "it's being made". I wish I would have seen the yelp reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned. read more

Typically Sundays are my pizza night. And I usually order a chicken Parmesan pizza with a similar pasta. Something a 2 liter. I called yesterday at 515 pm. Placed my order and waited. And waited and waited. At 615 I called asking about my pizza. I was told that they quoted me an hour to an hour and a half wait time. I get that in the summer that's needed. When my pizza arrived at 635. It was so cold the cheese was solid. I'm sorry to say but I will not be ordering from them again. I don't recommend anyone does. Comically bad food and service. After getting a busy signal for 15 minutes, I signed up and made an Internet order. In spite of getting a confirmation notice, the order wasn't received because the "printer was broken. The manager is getting some ink on Monday." Re-ordered the food because, somehow with the broken printer there was no record of the order. They still managed to screw up two of three items and the third appeared to have been punched (see photo). To the staff's credit, they did give me a nice break on the price. The pizza was at the low end of the corporate pizza spectrum. I was hoping for the best, but not expecting a lot from this place. Honestly, this place is hit and miss. With the only other option in town being Pizza Hut (repulsive), we end up choosing BC 99% of the time for our pizza needs. Cheese bread- Super greasy (bottom of box was saturated), not much taste Chicken sub-Not bad, but again not a lot of taste Mini cannolis- ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I love junk food, but these were gross. Ordered pizza just after 7 on a Friday night, for delivery to a hotel near by. The pizza was room temperature, needed microwaved to eat, even for the children! Ordered the side salad that is supposed to have spinach, got warm chopped romaine, and cherry tomatoes that (even though they're the kids favorite) even they wouldn't eat. Really appreciate the customer service at this location. We called close to closing (not realizing it) and they had ceased delivery but they took our order and held if for us until we could pick it up- they stayed late because we got delayed on the road !
