She was always super responsive, willing to hop on a call to chat through things, and had a great list of vendor referrals. And let me tell you, day of the wedding, she ran the show flawlessly! They provided a questionnaire in the beginning of planning to get to know us and figure out what we wanted or what we were looking for. We started planning our big day in 2019 for a May 9, 2020 wedding. However, we ended up having to postpone our wedding in March 2020 due to COVID-19. They were so helpful in assisting with the postponement to September 2020 and getting all of our original vendors on board with the new date. Not once did they waiver in helping with this unprecedented situation. They were always by our side. When our original date came, sadness overwhelmed me.
