Excellent steamed 4lb lobster. Cooked to perfection.
    Adam I.

The food here was very good, the atmosphere was not bad either, the service was very good and attentive, we had a 4lb lobster and an 9oz fillet mignon, sautéed spinach and a crab cake appetizer, it was all pretty good, the filet was not rare as ordered but more like medium rare, but was ok, it also did not retain its juices which tells me they par-cook some of the steaks, but it was still a good cut of meat, I did not want to hassle with sending it back, we enjoyed our meal and had a piece of chocolate cake at the end that was abiut 6 inches high. I would give B prime another shot in the future. The wait staff and the hostess and manager were very nice and helpful when I came in to pre order my lobster, they were all very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with, thank you again for all of your help and making it a good experience.

I have to say that the service was awesome , the food not so much, it started off good with the French Onion soup it had good flavor and was served hot. Now on to the entrees, my wife had the NY Strip 20oz steak and I had the 16 oz veal chop. My wife steak was cooked with the medium temp and my veal chop was cooked with the medium well temp. Both came out though and it was hard to chew. We waited over an hour for the entrees and to have it come out like that was annoying. I had a better steak at Texas roadhouse. I heard great things about B- Prime so I decided to give it a try. I think when I want steak in the Borgata I will stick with Old Homestead. If the food would match the service it would be a winner. I will never dine there again.

    Surf and turf roll

Ordered the oysters and the surf and turf roll. Oysters were good. Surf and turf roll was excellent. It's lobster in the middle with wagyu beef wrapped around the lobster with horseradish on top. It was excellent Got the rib cap which was cooked perfect. Got the truffle Mac and cheese as a side and that was excellent too Our two waiters were excellent. Very informed about the cheeses that were in the Mac and cheese and asked for what allergies (some restaurants do not but I tell them anyway). They were joking around too which sometimes you don't get which I liked The ambiance was nice. Nothing over the top but it was nice lighting and had a cozy feel which sometimes you don't get in casinos Been to a lot of good steakhouses and this one is certainly in the top tier

We made it to the Happy Hour and Matthew took excellent care of us. We had the surf and turf sushi and the tempura shrimp sushi. Both were delicious. Matthew was very attentive and made our experience extremely enjoyable. He's also a great bartender! We can't wait to go back!

First time at the Borgata- We came for a Timmy Trumpet show (had a blast), and left with a review in a celebration of food!! B-Prime Steakhouse, we WILL be seeing you again. Absolutely delicious! We did not have reservation and took the Borgata on a walk around whim and came upon B-Prime. It was rather busy at 9pm on a Saturday, but fortunately the delightful lounge area had seating. Such a wonderful option to come as you are and have a meal. Ok, before the food (which was Outstanding!), also need to review the table, lolol. The flatware was stunning (I had to Google Image search) and the chairs were so comfortable and great for posture. We decided on a table full of apps for our meal. Our true app, we started with Oysters. Fresh, medium sized with a mild brine, good! Then for the table we got the Wagyu Cheesesteak Bites, French Onion Soup, Tuna Tartare and the California Roll. The cheesesteak "bite" was a sandwich, legit. Nicely filled with tender meat and runny cheese sauce atop. The roll was thick and buttery. French onion soup was great proportion of onion to broth. Did not taste of sherry, which was a plus. Cheesy and bready, but still gave love to the soup. The California Roll was real crab pieces of large size. The rice was sticky, so not crazy fresh. But the taste of the crag leg made up for it. The food star (because we haven't talked drinks yet!!!), was the tuna. Fresh!!!! Crisp wonton chips accompanied. The aioli, yuzu and shallots tasted delicious alone and only heightened the dish with the tuna. Now the BEST PART (in making me thirsty as I write)- drinks! I have written reviews before including thoughts on my signature dinner drink- A Dirty Sapphire Martini with Blue Cheese Olives. THIS martini at B-Prime......knocked it out of the park!! PERFECTION. Period. No vermouth, the olive juice was fresh and perfect proportion. The olives were recently stuffed. Impeccable. I want this to be the martini I have forever!! My husband is a bourbon guy and was so excited to see their selection. It is wonderful! Some of the greats. So he was happy to have some of an old fav and a tried new. If you are into whiskey, B-Prime is a hero. Also to note, the service in the lounge area- Multiple servers checked on us regularly. All smiley, kind and attentive. Did a great job. Next time in AC, we'll be at the Borgata for B- Prime. A must do and must dine!!

Let me begin with the ambiance , lovely. Service, well, for that alone they get 5 stars. Staff was super friendly, profesional, courteous, attentive, I can't say enough. Oh, there's food too. Fantastic! Very good portions and food was just delicious and even got a free dessert and some bread and butter to enjoy back in our room later. Can't wait to go back.

Booths line the edges like polite sentries and the bar itself is lined with slot/video poker machines in case you feel like doubling your disappointment. I arrived with a party of four just 45 minutes before last call on a Tuesday. You would think that would be enough time for a few drinks and a few laughs. You would be wrong. There was a man in a suit behind the bar doing what I can only assume was performance art meant to mimic sabotage. There was a bar back who had the dazed expression of a man recently asked to name all the moons of Jupiter in alphabetical order. The bartender moved with the speed and confidence of a tortoise delivering bad news to a hungry bobcat. Service was a game of drink-by-drink roulette. He took our orders one at a time in the most literal sense. One person would speak. He would leave. He would return eventually with something resembling said dink. Another person would speak. He would leave again. Rinse. Repeat. We might have been speaking in code and he was off deciphering it at the opposite corner of the bar. The drinks were okay. Not good. Not bad. Okay. The menu was fun to look at though. They called them potions. In the VooDoo Lounge. How clever. It was the highlight of the visit and the only reason I gave them a second star. That and the fact that I did not actually die there. Oh and the prices. Nineteen dollars to sip Instragramable mediocrity from a glass shaped like regret.

I entered and made a beeline straight for the restroom because I had to gooo . I quickly discovered the bathroom doors were locked and required a key code. Next thing I know, the bartender, Domingo, starts yelling from behind the bar and then comes around questioning why I was in the establishment. He made it very clear that the restrooms were for paying customers only. I firmly replied, "I plan to dine in, but need to use the restroom first. Is that a problem?" He didn't seem too happy with that response and walked away. As intended, I sat at the bar and ordered wings and truffle fries. The food wasn't particularly memorable, but the wings were a decent size. The truffle fries were fine, but nothing that stood out. Antonio clocked in about halfway through my meal and was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, attentive, and completely changed the tone of the experience. Overall, it was a good visit with decent food and great service from Antonio. Unfortunately, my first interaction with Domingo left a poor impression and took away from what otherwise would have been a positive experience.

Coastal Craft Kitchen & Bar, located inside Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, managed to accomplish the latter before our breakfast had even arrived. A group of ten educators arrived on a Saturday morning to consume calories before walking around the corner to the convention center. We were greeted promptly and seated without delay. Initially, this felt like a triumph. Then the drama began. While we were waiting to order, a spectacular shouting match erupted between a customer and a food runner. The argument spread quickly, drawing in a server and the hostess. The customer appeared to be the primary author of the hostility. Nevertheless, watching uniformed staff members engage in a loud, public shouting match is an uncomfortable way to begin a morning. It is disconcerting to sit at a table wondering if you have accidentally wandered into the climax of a workplace dispute. Order was eventually restored and the food arrived. In my home state of New Jersey, pork roll is treated with near-religious reverence. I ordered the Pork Roll, Egg, and Cheese, which cost eighteen dollars. What arrived was a small, sad slab of meat and egg resting on a roll of questionable freshness, accompanied by a modest pile of uninspired breakfast potatoes. A neighborhood bagel shop five minutes away routinely prepares a far superior version of this exact sandwich for less than half the price. My nine companions were similarly uninspired by their plates. People understand that casino establishments charge extra for proximity and convenience. However, paying a high premium for mediocre food served alongside screaming matches feels like a poor trade agreement. We were seated quickly, which was nice. But an eighteen-dollar disappointing sandwich and a front-row seat to verbal combat do not equal a pleasant morning. Next time, I will seek my morning pork roll elsewhere.
