I started seeing Sarah about 10 years ago to treat decades old cystic acne scarring (i.e. icepick and boxcar) left on my cheeks and temples that were visible in photos. She recommended microneedling because I was not a good candidate for any kind of laser treatment because it would exasperate my melasma. (Thanks Asian genetics!) While it took some time and about 7-8 treatments in my case, I would say almost all of my acne scars have been greatly minimized or completely disappeared. I was and still am extremely pleased with the results. A few years ago, I went back to Sarah to treat fine lines that were starting to develop on one side of my forehead and the 11's. She suggested a small amount of Botox and showed me how much and where she would inject for a natural result. She was right - the result is completely natural looking. I told a couple close friends and they all said they couldn't tell I had anything done. I have always found Sarah is happy to discuss various treatments if I ask, the pros and cons of each them, but she has never pushed any services. I've appreciated that.
