They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. I went to the store on a Wednesday and they fitted me for a larger size. When I asked if it will be ready tomorrow Karen responded with "maybe" and I said what about Friday, Karen then responded with "it should be, is there something special you need it for". I explained I am going on vacation and I would like to wear my ring on vacation. Linda chimed in with "why would you want to wear it on vacation". I became very upset at this point and it showed on my face. Karen then said to me, "what are you going to do? Cry about it. I went back Friday and they claimed they "fixed it" not even a week later the diamond FELL OUT. There were many other unprofessional events that followed this interaction.
