Apps were tasty, and server was great. However, I ordered the burrata antipasto salad. When I say I had to search for the "Italian meats".... it was ridiculous. Had a late lunch here and was very happy with everything. Our waitress was great and recommended a couple seasonal speciality cocktails that did not disappoint! We ordered the potato chips with Gorgonzola as a start, fish and chips & ribs for our mains. All three were delicious, even the French fries were fantastic. read more

Great meals (take-out)! We enjoyed a lamb and risotto special and the seafood risotto from the dinner menu. The preparation was superb with all fresh veggies and the lobster tail was excellent. Tonight is the second time we dined at B2 Bistro. We enjoyed the Sunday Brunch over the weekend. The portions are generous and delicious. No diner bacon served here, they serve thick cut, delicious slices of bacon. We enjoyed Brunch so much on Sunday that we decided to return for a quick bite for dinner tonight. My husband had the fish and chips which he raved about and I had the French dip sandwich. My sandwich was equally deserving of rave reviews!! Service is excellent, staff is friendly and attentive. We held a surprise 50th anniversary for our parents on the second floor this past weekend (about 60 people). Amazing job by the entire B2 team, we could not have asked for a better night. The room looked great, food was delicious, and staff was extremely attentive and helped make the night a success. We dined at the TR location on a Wednesday night. The bartenders were great and so accommodating; however, our server Casey was less than attentive. In total, we sat for 3 hours. In that time, we saw her 3 times. We were halfway through asking for another round of drinks when she ran off on us the first time. After food was dropped, she didn't come back for a half hour. A guest at my table needed a side of sauce for tacos and wasn't able to get it until everyone was done eating. We had to approach the bar twice to get drinks and the bartenders conveyed our issues to the front of house, but we were never addressed by anyone. By the end of our meal, we were the last table and still we never saw her. I understand gratuity is added to parties of 6 or more, but it's extremely unprofessional to add 20% gratuity when service was sub par. read more

Dined here for the first time on Saturday. The location is under renovation and though they have plenty of signs that state they are open, we definitely sat in the car 2nd guessing our choice for a few minutes (My guest and I had also had a poor experience at a different B2 restaurant previously). They are definitely mid-reno, with mismatched dining room furniture and holes on the ceiling but it didn't effect much for me. My guest and I shared a "Tom's River" pizza and a side of brussel sprouts. I ordered a glass of wine but it didn't arrive until after our food. I personally like 1/2 to one glass before eating usually. It had appeared that the waitress or bartender just forgot. The food was good and the service was friendly. The fire place is cute. The menu has a tons of seafood which I don't recall being the main themes at the other locations. But, then again, I didn't dine out much in 2020 so maybe I'm no longer in the know. It definitely limited our opinions as my guest doesn't like seafood or sushi and didn't expect that from a "bistro". read more

So the waitress and host were amazing and the appetizers we had, the chips And calamari were good but the dinners we had were not good at all. They lacked flavor, like there was absolutely none. and I don't have covid and do have my taste buds I ordered the shrimp and pasta with lemon butter sauce and it was like eating wet noodles and shrimp that were cooked in water, even with a ton of salt and parmesan cheese that we asked for it still was no bueno. Let me start by saying the food and service once we were seated were excellent. 5 stars for food and service by the servers we had. With that said, we had a reservation for a larger party and waited nearly an hour to be seated. We watched several parties of 4-6 arrive after us and sit before us... This after originally being told upon arrival..."we are getting your table ready." After the 45 minute mark we asked the hostess again, indicating again we had made a reservation well over a week prior and were told "well, I don't have a table." Seeing us begin to consider leaving, one of the servers stepped in and got creative with a couple of tables and rearranged them so we could sit together. We are not the type to show up and expect to sit right away, believe me, particularly not on a Saturday, we get it. But to simply be dismissed by the hostess after being more than patient was not good customer service by a long shot and tarnished the whole experience for our entire party. Food was decent. Nothing overly special. Not worth the prices at all. We were a large party (11) ordered food drinks appetizers came out to around $800. Waiter doesn't bother to mention the kitchen is closing soon, so they excluded us completely from any desert. Not to mention the other people in the restaurant. Mind you these are all cold deserts and don't need a "chef" to make, but instead of just saying "hey guys the kitchen is getting ready to wrap up would you like some desert?" They just ignored us and said nope not available. Manager came around did not mention it either. She disappeared when it was desert time and we wanted to speak to her. This was a huge turnoff and likely wouldn't not be in the list of places we would come back to. We wrote in the check very clearly how to divide the two cards and of course that was wrong as well. Food was decent. Prices are way to high and the service was lacking. Will not be back anytime soon read more
