We talked for 3 hours while she tattooed one of her flashes on my right shin and it was all around pleasant getting to know her. She is so sweet, professional and such a joy to be around. She really took the time to get the placement to my liking, and I'm very happy to have her original work on me. It is so beautiful!!! I love the vibe of the shop as well; very clean, artsy, spacey, and comfortable. They have multiple artists here and everyone is so nice. They have T-shirts, original art pieces among other things for sale too. :) Definitely will return in the future!

Tracy at the front desk was super helpful with check in and my questions about jewelry and what not. My one feedback and note would be to mention that visitors do have the option to "try-on" jewelry if they are torn between sizes or colors of jewelry because I think some newcomers wouldn't be aware they could do that if it's not mentioned. My friend asked to try a couple of jewel sizes and that was really helpful with decision making. (By try-on, you are just holding the jewelry piece up to yourself and checking yourself out in the mirror :P ) They offer titanium and gold jewelry here. Many beautiful pieces. They also sell saline spray (for $15 if I remember correctly) which I picked up since I was traveling and will be traveling again. Lacy pierced me and she was soooo amazing! She was really through with her explanations and I felt very comfortable with her. Everything went so smoothly and it was mostly painless - only a pinch in the process but no discomfort after the jewelry was already in. My friends and I left with super cute nostril piercings! When leaving, i was asked for my information & to enroll in ur $5 off coupon which was at 8:16pm on 4/11/26. almost exactly two hours, not sure which manager looked into that but i did not randomly chose that number. Consultation - Tabitha asked via phone if i was given the option or made aware of threadless vs threaded jewelry, i was not nor was I given the option between the two. (Im assuming since you guys only carry threadless anyways.) Lacy said the piercings could get expensive when downsizing multiple sizes & when custom jewelry becomes a thing (she gave me an example of hers that have a wide flat back) which i understood. I was never told the jewelry on hand would be so flimsy or else i would have left with a spare set. or why wouldnt that be offered if its a known thing that theyre just going to break soon after? "our management team has reached out multiple times" - Tabitha called me on 4/20/26 at 2:03pm post yelp review & asking me to elaborate which i did. she apologized & said she would investigate & immediately followed up asking if i could "take down the yelp review" I initially agreed but im so glad i didnt. All that was asked of me was to pick a date & time & she will have someone replace the jewelry that broke at the el monte location but she would have to call me back & let me know if there was someone at that location who COULD do it & that she would call back. when she called back at 2:38pm 4/20/26 she stated ordering a threaded set would take 6-8 weeks & that she will order my downsize. we agreed on that solution & hungup. Then 4/28/26 Tabitha texts me & there was no solution so we could agree on so thanked her & left it at that (screenshots attached as well) "waived fees" - crazy cause you guys swear this is something special. when i get my nails done & one breaks theyre quick to fix it FOR FREE & not keep reminding me that breakage could happen nor badgering me that IM at fault for it/knew the risks. Theres no fee to waive if i want to put the jewelry in my own face for free which you guys denied me of because u didnt want to mail them to me. "we offered appointments at our other locations with free parking lots" - text attached of Tabithas convo but she definitely stated STREET parking, exactly how the LA location is so.. not sure where the "Convenience & Options" were. sorry it came to this Leo, maybe ask both sides next time instead of just listening to one.

This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. I will update this review once the tattoos heal completely.

He explained the process and aftercare which made getting a tattoo seamless and less daunting. I was on the fence about getting a tattoo but my friend said if he got one I would have to get one too. I decided to get a runner with an ekg as I thought it was fitting for me. I wanted something small for my first tattoo and easily to keep hidden from my mom (sorry mom). He asked me to send him a picture of what I wanted and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 11am. Once Monday came I walked over and signed the consent form. He then printed out the tattoo and placed the outline on my chest and asked me if it was where I wanted it. Being a tattoo noob I trusted his judgement. After letting the outline dry I laid down and he began working on the piece. He said since it was a small tattoo and mainly lines there shouldn't be much pain and the healing process wouldn't be as long. It took about 30 mins to finish up the tattoo and the quality came out amazing. There was no pain at all and he went over the aftercare as well. I showed Sam this other tattoo I wanted and he said he would be able to do that as well. He says his art style is realism and anime so I can't wait to get more work done by him. He has been tattooing for 2 years now along with his apprenticeship. He told me to message him when I'm ready for my next piece. Maybe this tattoo thing is an addiction and will keep you coming back for more.

Could not recommend B36 enough. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and helpful, and the shop was clean and the music was vibey. I don't usually write reviews but this experience was one of the best I've had at a tattoo shop. I originally had jumped at the chance to get one of Deniz's flash pieces as soon as he had posted it. He was immediately helpful from the start and made the whole booking process smooth. I was actually referred to THS by multiple people so I looked into them and found Endry. His work really impressed me and my boyfriend who was also a tattoo artist back in the day. So I booked an appt to have a very simple roman numeral tattoo done under my collarbone. The booking process was actually very easy and the shop worked with me. There's a $200 minimum and there's a $100 deposit that you Venmo before the appointment is made. I honestly found the booking process super smooth and easy. If you can find it, there's metered parking right in front of the shop which is super convenient. I honestly love the vibe of this place. Endry was so kind and welcoming and made my first tattoo the best experience it could've been (also want to note I have a needle phobia so this is a legit compliment). I have since seen Endry multiple times for more extensive work. Endry is truly an incredible artist who really puts care and consideration into each piece. You can tell he really cares about his craft and I have so much respect for that. Working with him has been a pleasure and I look forward to my next session with him. I actually recently got my forearm done with a beautiful fine line floral wrap and I am still in awe at the photorealistic detail in the flowers. I found my artist and my place and I would 100% recommend going here whether it's your first or you're looking to continue on in your tattoo journey.

Showed him a few AI examples and he had me send him one that he/we thought looked cool. I didn't really put a ton of thought into it just figured "sure. Do your thing with it." I probably should've noticed the AI flaw in the stencil, but, as my regular artist pointed out, he definitely should have noticed, especially since he had the original photo. A little miscommunication but oh well. On top of that it's really really light so I'm going to have to have my normal artist fix it and touch it up. I wasn't even going to leave a review because it's partly my fault, and I don't really care that much, but like my normal artist pointed out, he's supposed to notice these kind of things. Then I realized the only reason I don't really care is because it's somewhere not normally visible. If it was on my arm I would be horrified. Other than that, they were cool, the booking process was easy, and reasonably priced. Also the shop was super clean which is important to me so 3-stars

I chose an artist at random. I waited for about 2 hours which was not bad at all for a flash tattoo day! Artists came to check on the guests throughout that time as they took their customer in. The waiting area was nice with a comfy couch and chairs but you can always let the artists know you're going to grab coffee etc while you wait. I got MJ. MJ was super professional and nice. She answered all of my questions and did a wonderful job on my flash tattoo!

Overall the quality of work from the artist I got was decent and the work I saw from other artist was good too but not as great as it could be. The binders needed more clarity and better choices. If an artist says they will be there that should be the professional thing they do. I'd probably go back for a small tattoo but other than that I hope they keep these much needed improvements in mind to provide better experiences.

She's incredibly patient and takes the time to print multiple sizes, go over different options, and make changes or redesign things based on what you're looking for while also giving her professional opinion. I really appreciate that she wants to make sure you're completely happy with the design before getting started. What I appreciate most is that she truly stands behind her work. From the beginning, she was completely transparent with me and explained that because my tattoos are small and fine-line, I may need a touch-up to get the exact look I wanted. She told me to simply reach out if I felt I needed one and that she would be happy to touch them up at no additional cost. I did end up wanting a touch-up, and she was completely understanding and accommodating without any hesitation. The shop itself is clean and has a really calm, relaxing atmosphere. When I called High Seas Tattoo Parlor I was delighted to find out that they accepted walk-ins and could get me in that day! I'm not going to lie- I was super nervous. The tattoo I wanted is something deeply personal and important to me, and I waited 6 years until I allowed myself to get it because it represents a major part of my life. So having a tattoo artist I spent months looking for not show up for it, and going to a studio where I didn't know who would be doing my tattoo set my teeth on edge a bit. Let me tell you, I had NO reason to worry! All of the employees and artists at High Seas Tattoo Parlor were so kind and instantly made me feel so at ease. My tattoo artist, Niko, was so wonderful and personable, and I felt all my anxiety melt away. He was super attentive when I explained the design I had in mind, and was eager to lend his expertise on positioning and composition. I knew when I walked in that I wanted one of Rick's flower ladies. He worked with me to choose elements of stencils he had, then he went back and drew me a custom one on the spot! It was exactly what I wanted and I think it came out looking great! I will definitely be back to get some of Rick's sick designs in his flash book. The shop itself was very clean and simple. Everyone in shop was nice and made the whole experience more comfortable.

When she started tattooing it was so easy. She is a beautiful soul and made the experience so nice and easy. I will be so proud to wear this art every day. The shop is easy to find and has convenient parking and a ton of great restaurants near by. You can make an a whole fun day of it. I would highly recommend coming here.
