Oh what a treat! I may have found my favorite Korean restaurant in Orlando! Took a quick Memorial Day holiday getaway to Orlando and wanted something a little different. We found it! This place had charisma, excellent service and absolutely delicious food! We had pork dumplings, Korean corndog, passion fruit iced tea, lychee soju, beef bulgogi, and a host of side items that came with our meal. Sooooo good! Excellent seasoning and flavors. Love the K-pop music playing. Gave the place an extra vibe. Also can't say enough about the service. So attentive and super fast. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Cafeteria style decor. You order from your phone and they deliver to your table. Service the day I was there was quite slow. The food was great. Build your own bowl of bibimbop (brown rice was no extra charge) was great. So was the bulgogi kimpap, ttoekbokki and tteok guk. Would pass on the LA Galbi expect time. Great comfort food

Great place for korean food! There was one server and she worked her butt off to provide service to everyone who was dining at the restaurant. Since she was the only server, she also bussed all the tables too. When it got busy, you can tell she was a little overwhelmed but she kept her spirits up and provided good service to the best of her ability. The restaurant ambiance is hip and happening. There are flat panel screens to watch KPOP videos. Restaurant is clean and looks fairly new. We ordered korean pancake, soondubu, pork belly plate, tonkatsu kimbap, galbi plate & korean chicken wing. I kid you not, we loved every single plate we had. Nothing was disappointing, every bite of food was flavorful. For 3 adults and 1 preschooler, we had 1/4 of pancake,3-4 chicken wings and some kimbap leftover. Highly recommend this place for Korean food! Shoutout to the girl working her butt off. She was so patient and friendly. Thank you for all your hardwork!

Ok so I've been to Babbi Babbi a few times now... and for a small quick service Korean spot it had all the necessities you might need to feed your Korean cravings. Now this location is located within a shopping plaza in the Dr. Phillips area. There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot and the restaurant is pretty spacious with a good amount of tables for dine in. When we first arrived we were greeted immediately and were allowed to choose our seats. Our server was super attentive and very patient with us as we were making our selection. For food, we both ordered the build your own bibimbap (Korean Rice Bowl). We were given the option to choose a rice base, protein, toppings and additional add ons. The food came out in a hot stone bowl still sizzling when it got to our table! Our meals also came with bonchon (Korean side dishes) and miso soup. Overall,I think the dish was very delicious! The only thing I would say is that for my protein... I chose the fried tofu and it had an unusual slimy/chewy texture... even though the flavor was good... I might choose another option for protein next time. For the price, this is a great option if you are looking for a quick bite to eat!

This was soooooo good. I got this as take out and even with an 1 hour drive, it was still hot and amazing when we got home. There really isn't any Korean food near my house and we were up in Orlando and had read great things about this place. We were not disappointed. Where to begin: 1) The Bibimap - I had it with white rice, chicken and garlic shrimp and had all the add-ons except the egg and spinach. It was devine. 2) The Kimbab - we tried the original - generous portion, nice amount of filling and super tasty. 3) Kimchi fried rice - large portion (lasted 2 days) - spicy and perfectly moist. 4) Tteobokki - we got the regular one, not the Rose one, and my daughter loved it. She said it was a bit sweeter than she's use too and not overly spicy, but she really liked it. 5) Pork Mandu - we got these pan fried and they were perfection, including the sauce. They also included several little "sides" - kimchi, radish kimchi, and some other things I wasn't sure of, but we tried everything anyway and liked them. And they gave us Miso soup also, which was good. It was a large order - we wanted to try a bunch of stuff. We had leftovers for a few days, but we ate everything. I will DEFINITELY go here again. They also have fun street food type options, such as cheese corn, Korean corn dogs, etc. I've had those in the past and didn't think they'd travel as well but I saw people eating and enjoying them. The vibe inside is super fun and modern. LOVE the ambiance and they have K-Pop playing on a big screen. Definitely would be fun for a family or group of friends.

Spicy Pork hot stone bowl

This place hit the SPOT!!! After spending a whole day at the park, we really wanted some warm and comforting food. We were also pretty hungry so we wanted something that was also semi fast. Thankfully Babbi babbi was it. I would say this place is somewhat a mixture of a sit down and fast food style restaurant. We ordered the following: - spicy pork hot stone bowl - corn cheese - bulgogi kimbap The side dishes were also really good. Portions are great for sharing and the place is chill. Service is fast and attentive without being intrusive or one to hover over you while you devour your meal. And that corn cheese is soooooo goood!!!!

We stumbled upon this restaurant which sits in one of the many shopping centers in Orlando! We wished, we had one near us! It was amazing!!! There is no hostess, therefore we sat in one of the open tables; we were immediately approached by very attentive waitress, who after providing with Menus took our drink orders. After scrutinizing the great food choices, my hubby chose the Kimchi Fried Rice and I, the Pork Belly bowls. A great selection of sauces and dressings were placed on the table before our food came out. We were pleasantly surprised to get a side of Miso soup which comes with dinner. The bowls came in a sizzling hot pot! Another surprise! The food, oh my!!! So tasty, fresh, amazing!!! Hefty portions! I could not finish but took it to go!!! What an amazing find! If you are ever in the Orlando area, close to Sea World; visit BaBbi BaBbi; you will love it too!!!

Japchae

Great stone bowl restaurant. I recommend the visit if you visit Orlando. It is about 4.5 stars. This restaurant value vs price is good on value side. I would visit again if I am in the area. We got Japchae Mandu with chicken. This sweet potato noodles is unique. It is something new to us. The second dish is build your own hot bibimbap. I have the grilled pork with added Galbi. It was delicious. Especially the crispy rice at the stone wall bowl. Service is good. It is affordable. I also like banchan they have. All is come together while enjoy my lunch there.

Marinated Pork
Deena J.

Loved our meal! We got the Marinated Pork, Spicy Pork Kimbap, & Japchae with Fried Tofu. Korean food is not normal on our going out list but we loved the dishes and the use of fresh vegetables. Marinated Pork was scrumptious. The other 2 dishes were good but we were hoping for a little more heat in the Spicy Pork Kimbap and a bolder flavor in the Japchae. Service was genuine, helpful, and quick. We will be seeking out more Korean cuisine.

Miso soup

Service was awesome!!!!! and the food too !!! the short ribs are so good, the place was nice and services was very good, the server was very nice

Pretty tasty and large portions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not fancy, more so fast food meets sit down vibe. Casual, definitely. Enjoyed it and would go again if I'm in the area.

I was in the mood for some Korean hot stone food and this spot was super close to my hotel while I was in town. Parking can get a little crowded and limited in front of the restaurant so you may have to park beside the Whole Foods parking lot area. We were greeted right away and I put in my order right away. We ordered the kids meal beef bulgogi, hot stone bowl beef bulgogi, and soft seafood tofu soup. We also ordered some water. Not knowing that they came in water bottles and are $1 each. So this is definitely a first. lol The complimentary side dishes were good. I enjoyed the kimichi cucumbers and seaweed salad. My hot stone bowl was amazing. The portions were extremely big for the price. The kids beef bulgogi was pretty big as well. All in all, this place was definitely up to par with the Korean spots in GA. If not better. I highly recommend this spot if your in Orlando.

Build your own
Heidi B.

Food is always great here. Hostess said to seat anywhere we want, service was fast with the build your own bowls arriving before the pancake we ordered as an app. I was surprised and think they may have been short staffed as none of the tables were cleared while we were there. Otherwise it was a great experience as alway.

Is there no cold tap water available? I read that in some one's review the only water available was bottled?

On my recent visit (April), they only had bottled water. My guess is that it is Covid-related.

We came here for my husband's birthday. He loves Korean and we had tried to come here years ago but…read moreit was too packed out. For this night we arrived at 5:45pm, right before the dinner rush hit. We did the Bite30 menu and between the 2 of us we had the deep fried beef dumplings, the buldak (spicy chicken), the Korean bbq combo, beef tongue, and for dessert we had the bungeopang and the hotteok. Everything was so delicious! Our waiter, Andy, was really really sweet and basically cooked the first tray of bbq for us and told us how he likes to use the banchan. He and my husband, who is Spanish, chatted about struggling to eat their culture's food growing up, which made me feel a little better about ordering my kid's chicken nuggets. We basically let him choose all of our food and he was spot on with all of his recs. If you can sit in Andy's section when you come, you must!!

My favorite meal of all time is Bibim Naengmyeon. I specifically came to try theirs out. I've had it at many restaurants, and have my own preferences on it. I'm unsure the official way it should be made or prepared, so this is only based off my preference. Theirs was chilly but not cold. For example, the apple slices were room temp, but the bowl was cold to touch. It didn't have ice in it, and the noodles were very chewy like japchae. So chewy that it was difficult to bite. They did provide scissors for this reason and the waitress cut it up a bit at the table before serving. The taste was fabulous. The classic flavor we know and love. I will definitely order it again even though it doesn't fully meet my personal preferences of ice and less chewy noodles. My table also got the dumplings and the dumpling ramen. Both were delicious. The lack of a star is for the service and the smell of the place. The smell wasn't of pleasant food, more like dirty dish water. I'm hoping this was a fluke. The service was dismissive, but efficient. I was ignored to my face, but I'm not too upset because everything came out fast and fine. I know this might bothers others though.

I wanted to write an update mostly because of the fact that another, very popular market opened…read moredown the street and a lot of people have been bypassing Lotte in favor of it. (You know what store I'm talking about... starts with an H) Fine, but my personal observation especially based on the visit I made last week is that even though the other market is being hyped up by social media; Lotte is still a better, and more affordable market. Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

Lotte Plaza Market is not your typical supermarket--it's an entire experience. From the moment you…read morepull in, one thing becomes clear: this place operates on a completely different scale. The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.
