All of the Korean Houses are my favorite Korean bbq in Orlando. I tried one in Longwood when I was in that area and it was exactly the same high quality impeccable taste as the one downtown Orlando off Colonial. Their bulgogi meats are full of flavor. I just wish they marinated all of their meats like this one place I went to in Toronto downtown. It's rare to find a place like that in Orlando so I will still be on the hunt!

I had mixed feelings about this location. My daughter was in town on military leave and wanted some Korean barbecue. She had literally just came back from Singapore and said that it was some of the best you've ever had and wanted to try something local. Unfortunately it wasn't all that great but the experience was fun. I thought it was horribly overpriced for what you get personally. Service is super slow. We will be back. I really don't have any idea.

The more I love a place, the longer it takes for me to write a review. Seriously, we've been coming here for over 5 years now and I haven't written a review?? Words cannot describe how much I love Korea House. We come here on the regular and a good amount of my photo storage space is dedicated to pics I've taken here over time. We've mainly come here for the Soondubu because they're so generous with the tofu and it's always so comforting and delicious. But we've also gotten the Korean hot pot here, as well as the AYCE KBBQ. The KBBQ has some of the best meat quality in this side of town, but they don't have good ventilation, so the whole place (and you) can smell like KBBQ. Service is fantastic. At one point, we were going so regularly that the main auntie recognized us and would seat us at our spot. The other servers are also great in general and are very attentive. Sometimes there's a line out the door, but it's always worth it. They're closed Mondays, a travesty of which I've fallen victim many times; but they deserve the rest for serving such amazing food all the time.

Sometimes a restaurant feels less like dining out and more like coming home, and that's exactly what Korea House has become for me. From the second you step through the door, you're greeted by a team that treats every guest like family. Why should you come here? The rib eye. The japchae. The bulgogi. The steamed egg. Pillow-soft, like a savory cloud you didn't know you needed. And let's not forget the house salad that somehow turns simple greens into a crave-worthy starter. Service here is a masterclass in multitasking. I've watched them juggle birthday parties, date nights, and curious first-timers without ever missing a beat. They'll be changing grills, refilling tea, and still finding time for a friendly chat while taking your 3rd galbi & pork belly. On our first visit they slipped my boy small ice cream sandwich sealing Korea House as our go to. Korea House isn't just another place to eat; it's the happy place you keep tucked in your back pocket for any day that needs a lift. Here's to many, many more meals shared over grilled pork belly

Korea House has been a staple for me and my family. We probably eat here at least every 1-2 weeks. Their food always hits and the servers are always attentive. My go to order is their beef tofu soup. It's flavorful and very heartwarming. Plus, they have the best kimchi in Orlando. The restaurant can be full and busy especially dinner time but don't let that stop you from going. If you've never been here, I recommend their bulgogi, bibimbap, and pork tangsuyuk. We recently tried kkanpunggi and that one tasted so delicious as well. The spice was just right. I can't stop thinking about it. Can't wait to go back!

Since moving away from Orlando a year ago, Korea House is one of the places I miss the most! I just haven't found anywhere else that can do beef tangsuyuk and jajangmyeon like them. And their banchan! Anytime I'm in town, I'm definitely stopping here first.

I love it here, have come three separate times during weekdays at around 1. Service is always spectacular, when you walk in theres a man at the host stand who seats you and a server will come up and take your order. They've periodically checked my table every 10-15 minutes which I found no problem with since i had a big group I was discussing menu options with. I've opted for the dinner menu the past times i've been here and the price ($18 ish dollars) is amazing for the soup portions that fed both me and my friend yet still gave me left overs. Pork is also pretty yummy here (according to my friend) and they give you six different sides + a bowl of rice with your food. They have a freezer full of ice cream that is great! I got the corn flavor and it's pretty good. I've seen the other reviews discussing the k-bbq and service not being attentive, but thats not been my experience when I've done the regular dining option. Please give this place a chance, if not for anything else than for that spicy beef soup!!!!

If you're looking for authentic Korean food, this is the place to go. They also offer Korean-Chinese dishes if you're interested. It's a great spot for all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and takeout options. The meat is incredibly fresh and delicious. My favorite à la carte items are Jajangmyeon (black bean paste noodles), Tangsuyuk (deep-fried pork with sweet and sour sauce), and LA Kalbi. The service is amazing and friendly as well.

    Pork belly, etc.

Haggie was really great! The whole place had great customer service, and the food was really good and fun/easy to cook. Also, Haggie does a great job at explaining what everything is and has great recommendations.

Ask the Community - Korea House Restaurant

What's the current price of the AYCE menu? Haven't been there in a while and know that prices have probably gone up...

    The new price is $30

    Any vegan options?

I saw a few appetizers with tofu, and you can sub tofu for the entrees.

The AYCE has a time limit?

Not from what my husband and I saw? I mean we were there for about an hour and a half to two hours

Does this place have AYCE and if so how much is it?

They do. There are two versions. There's one for 19.95 that only includes pork belly and brisket. The 29.95 includes the galbi...bulgolgi and like chicken.

Has anyone been here recently? Do they still have AYCE?

    Yup!

Does my whole party have to do AYCE? My wife doesn't eat that much and wanted to just order an entree

Yes, the whole party has to do AYCE if you want to do that. They also do a la carte ordering for Korean BBQ.

For this night we arrived at 5:45pm, right before the dinner rush hit. We did the Bite30 menu and between the 2 of us we had the deep fried beef dumplings, the buldak (spicy chicken), the Korean bbq combo, beef tongue, and for dessert we had the bungeopang and the hotteok. Everything was so delicious! Our waiter, Andy, was really really sweet and basically cooked the first tray of bbq for us and told us how he likes to use the banchan. He and my husband, who is Spanish, chatted about struggling to eat their culture's food growing up, which made me feel a little better about ordering my kid's chicken nuggets. We basically let him choose all of our food and he was spot on with all of his recs. If you can sit in Andy's section when you come, you must!!

My favorite meal of all time is Bibim Naengmyeon. I specifically came to try theirs out. I've had it at many restaurants, and have my own preferences on it. I'm unsure the official way it should be made or prepared, so this is only based off my preference. Theirs was chilly but not cold. For example, the apple slices were room temp, but the bowl was cold to touch. It didn't have ice in it, and the noodles were very chewy like japchae. So chewy that it was difficult to bite. They did provide scissors for this reason and the waitress cut it up a bit at the table before serving. The taste was fabulous. The classic flavor we know and love. I will definitely order it again even though it doesn't fully meet my personal preferences of ice and less chewy noodles. My table also got the dumplings and the dumpling ramen. Both were delicious. The lack of a star is for the service and the smell of the place. The smell wasn't of pleasant food, more like dirty dish water. I'm hoping this was a fluke. The service was dismissive, but efficient. I was ignored to my face, but I'm not too upset because everything came out fast and fine. I know this might bothers others though.

(You know what store I'm talking about... starts with an H) Fine, but my personal observation especially based on the visit I made last week is that even though the other market is being hyped up by social media; Lotte is still a better, and more affordable market. Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.
