I give two stars for the timeframe and customer service: Bike was brought in Friday afternoon, I was told by the mechanic it would be started/looked at over the weekend, -then I was told monday, -then I was told later in the week (his reason was "it is a long job so we need to set time aside") I called them to check when it would be done and if the parts I brought were compatible however they had not started yet, so I called a second time to see. **The man proceeded to yell at me over the phone, he repeatedly told me: that he "works 100 hour work weeks," I need to stop asking him for a timeframe I should "take the bike back now" and that I waste "10 minutes every time I call him" He was not able to give me a timeframe and told me to wait to be called when he gets to it. However, she can be a little short with you especially if she is trying to work on something in the back that she has to get to. she doesn't have any employees so if you want to walk in and window shop forget it because she will kick you out because she has a project in the back that she needs to attend to. very old school but not in a good way. there's not much shopping you can do online here and like I said, if you make the trip all the way out there and do a walk in, she won't be happy with you if she's busy in the back and you're trying to shop and spend money.
