Such an awesome experience! Vanessa was able to book us right away. The ultrasound room was so relaxing and the staff was so friendly and explained the process so well. There are comfy couches in the room and a big screen in case someone was to bring family members along for the experience. We didn't want to find out the gender of our baby on the spot so we asked the technician to write it on a paper and she did a great job keeping that information concealed without slip ups or accidentally showing us on the ultrasound. The imaging was amazing and I was seriously brought to tears by how beautiful the moment was. I would really recommend this to anyone whose too eager to wait to find out the gender. Totally worth it! I am so happy I came across Baby Bump 4D. This is my first pregnancy and very soon Into my pregnancy I found out that only 2 ultrasounds would be done by my doctors office. Being that this is my first pregnancy and it was a challenge getting pregnant I was very paranoid. I made my first appointment at 9 weeks pregnant at Baby Bump 4D. I was able to see my little peanut and see the heart beat. It gave me a peace of mind. I have routinely scheduled appointments every 4 weeks to watch my blessing grown. At 14 weeks we were able to determine the gender and were happy to find out we are having a little girl. I can't express what an awesome experience it has been with getting my ultrasounds done. It was fine, we got probably 2 good pictures of our girl but overall not impressed. The pictures were okay, but our girl was breech and the cord was in the way so we didn't really get to see much. I have no idea who our tech was because she didn't introduce herself, but she seemed very forced and not very genuine overall. We did the silver package and I just felt for the price it wasn't worth it. Most people say that they were offered some sort of refund or additional setting when the baby wouldn't cooperate but I guess we didn't qualify for that. I guess we just expected more. Also the gift they give you is just formula- not really anything we'll use since we're breastfeeding. We won't do this again for future pregnancies. read more

I was able to book an appointment online right after Christmas, I was dying to know the gender of our baby at 17 weeks so we selected the baby bump early gender determination package for $75. It was absolutely worth the money. If your OB practice hasn't allowed your partner to come to any appointments due to this pandemic, they are absolutely welcome here! My husband and I arrived to the studio, waited for the receptionist/Ultra sound Tech Christine to check our temperature, which was great, she had on her mask, she sanitized and truly made us feel welcome. You fill out a simple form, nothing interrogating like a doctor office. Christine was the one who also performed the ultra sound. The room was dark, there were couches, chairs, a large tv to view your baby on the wall in front of you, I hate having to look sideways at my OB appointments to see the ultra sound. She didn't take long to see our baby, she showed us multiple angles, told us the gender with confidence, it was truly a warm welcome experience. I never once felt rushed or a nuisance like you can feel at your normal appointments for just wanting to see your baby. We left with a CD with all of the ultra sound photos as well as physical copies and even a welcome bag with 2 cans of Enfamil, prenatals, and 2 small bottles. 10/10 would recommend, everything was clean, music was soothing and Christine was so wonderful and truly made us feel welcome. During this covid pandemic it feels hard to connect with other people, being pregnant right now feels like you are a burden. But this did not feel like that. For 20 blissful minutes I could enjoy being pregnant with my husband and no one judged me. read more

My time there was great. My little one didn't want to cooperate, so the technician let me get up and walk around and get something sweet to drink while she helped the next person after me. My complaint is not with my experience there, my complaint is that once I got home and looked at the CD with the pictures on it, it was not my child. I was given the pictures of the woman that was waited on between my ultrasounds, and I'm assuming mine was given to her. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get MY CD mailed but it unfortunately has not been received yet. This is my first child, and I am very uncomfortable with the fact the this kind of mistake was made. Yes, I am being offered free HD Live once I'm far enough along, however, at this point I don't even know if I would go back. read more

Went for another ultrasound yesterday thinking I was 9.5 weeks, but found out the baby had passed away at 8 weeks and had no heartbeat. The tech was extremely awkward about it and didn't seem like she knew what to do. She clearly felt very uncomfortable, while my husband and I cried. It was the most traumatic horrible experience I've ever had in my life and I will never be able to return even if I get pregnant again at some point. We ended up just walking out because she kept looking around at my stomach at the dead baby. Plus after all the pain and suffering we went through today and yesterday we still had to pay the $40 to see our dead baby on top of having to go to the ER and spending thousands of dollars. read more

I have now been to Baby Bump 4D 3 times. The first time was at 16 weeks for gender determination. I was fully satisfied with that appointment, got great photos, and found out the baby is a girl. I went back at 28 weeks to get another 3D ultrasound so that I could see her little face. I cried on the way home from that appointment. I paid $115 for the silver package, which should include (per their website) a CD with 25+ images, 10+ printed images and a DVD recording of the whole thing. I left with none of these things. The technician was unable to get a single photo worth keeping. I understand the baby was facing in a poor position. At this point we just wanted a refund ($115 is A LOT of money for us and we drove 45 minutes to go to this). After several voicemails they finally got back to my husband and would not give us a refund, but agreed to reschedule the appointment. We went to the reschedule and got (slightly) better photos. However, they only scheduled us for 30 minutes to do the redo and it felt rushed. We still didn't get what we paid for: we got 5 printed photos (3 were exactly the same photo) this time and a CD with 20 images. Though many of the images on the CD are of nothing. When my husband originally called they said we could come back 2 or 3 times until we got good images. Today they informed us if we wanted to come back again it would cost us an additional $35 (we have already paid them $75 for the gender determination and $115 for this package, which they did not live up to on their end). I totally understand that the position of the baby has a lot to do with the acquisition of photos and that it's a variable that cannot be controlled. However, I also know that the photos that are constantly posted on Baby Bump's website and facebook page are designed to place a certain expectation of the experience on the consumer, and that is absolutely not what you will get. I personally feel a lot of regret about this whole experience, particularly that we wasted such hard earned money on something that was not as advertised, and that to continue to attempt to get what was advertised they want even more money now. It's frustrating. My recommendation is to save your money to take photos of your baby once he/she arrives. read more

We had a wonderful experience doing the gender package here today. They were very prompt and saw us exactly on time for our 8:30 appointment. I believe it was Holly who was our sonographer, she was so delightful and knowledgeable and we just had a wonderful time watching baby. She was able to tell right away it was a boy but spent the rest of our appointment taking pictures and pointing out different angles. I will definitely be a returning customer! I came in for my 15 week gender scan and my little one was SO STUBBORN!!! The ultrasound technician we had (I believe her name was Christine) was absolutely phenomenal. She was so patient and literally did everything in her power to help us find out that day unfortunately my little one just wouldn't cooperate lol. We came back about a week later and with a A lot of patience by our same technician yet again she finally got the gender!!! Even had it confined weeks later at my anatomy scan by my doctor. Loved Baby Bump 4D! The studio is very nice and welcoming when you walk in. Cute waiting area. The ultrasound room is comfortable and cozy. They have plenty of room for guests. I went with my husband and the two future grandmothers. It's such an exciting time and the staff seems to love what they do. We got the silver package and left with prints, a photo CD, and a DVD recording of the entire session. Holly is amazing and even followed up with us after the appointment to ensure our satisfaction. I made an appointment here shortly after moving to the area for my gender reveal scan at 15 weeks. I was able to make said appointment the same week for a convenient time for both my husband and I which was wonderful. We arrived on time but ended up waiting a few minutes. The owner was so incredibly apologetic for making us wait (it really only ended up being about an extra 10 minutes) and was so accommodating, even going so far as to offer us discounts on additional services and extra time in the room seeing our son (!!!!). The ultrasound room was spacious and relaxing. It was just my mom, husband, and I, but there were a few oversized leather couches so you could bring the whole gang. The tech kept saying things like, "Look how cute! Look at his little nose!" etc.- she was super sweet without going over the top, and seemed genuine even if she sees these things all day long! Haha. We received printouts of the photos, a CD with the photos, and a DVD of the whole session for a very reasonable price- definitely comparable to other places in the area. I don't think you can get this charming, boutique-like feel elsewhere, though! Would highly recommend and will most likely be back for another session in a couple of weeks before our little guy gets too smushed in there to see his face :) read more

An A+ experience! Very affordable for what you get.... And they went above and beyond for us. We knew a 3D ultrasound was risky for us since I have an anterior placenta, but decided to try it anyway. We went to our first appointment with entire family and unfortunately baby girl was facing back and we didn't get even a tiny glance at her sweet face. Lucky for us, they offer a complementary 2nd visit if that is the case. We went today for our second visit. I followed the advice and drank a ton of water the last 5 days. I also had a sweet snack right before walking in and had a cup of ice cold drink with me as well. At first she was facing back again, but our ultrasound technician did everything humanly possible.... And I got to see my sweet baby. Can't say enough good things.... It would have been very easy for her to just say I'm sorry, it's not working out again today. The facility is also very nice with a very good sized area for family that may want To come as well. read more

I upgraded to HD and still did not have a single shot I could send my family. Holly, the manager was kind enough to offer another scan but it turned out my baby was still breach. She refunded a large chunk of the money I spent on the silver package and offered to do another scan if it showed the baby was head down at my next Dr. appointment. Great experience! Small price to pay for not only the images of our baby girl we left with but the goody bag we were gifted! My wife and I called Baby Bump 4D this morning but the schedule was full. At 1pm, Holly, the owner called back letting us know she could fit us in at 6:45pm! Upon arrival we were greeted and presented our package options. We went with the HD Live package for $115. The images we received of our daughter in 4D/HD were incredibly clear! Our baby is breach so Holly worked with my wife for 20 minutes moving her from side to side in hopes of getting a better view, even going as far as encouraging a bathroom break and eating a sugary snack to get our baby moving in hopes of better images. Holly was extremely informative and overly welcoming! The environment was clean and comforting. The GE sonography machine used is top of the line, state-of-the-art and is what set sBaby Bump 4D apart from the other 4D imaging business who revealed our baby's gender to us in week 19. Overall, I would highly recommend Baby Bump 4D and this experience! Even if you are not able to get the perfect image of your baby, being able to sneak a peak at your little miracle will be a very special memory! read more

I've been to several different imaging places since living in North Carolina, and was least impressed by Baby Bump 4D. Not only did we feel rushed, but I felt like I was being jabbed by the ultrasound wand the entire time. The tech was very forgetful, and I had to go sit down twice and get re-gelled because she forgot to record the heartbeat and make a gender determination. It was pretty awful. I understand baby position counts for everything, but the pictures that were printed were terribly dark and you can hardly tell they're ultrasound pictures. The cd wasn't a lot better, and we only had 10 pictures. Given we paid almost $100 this was definitely not worth the money. Furthermore, I was 15 wks and the umbilical cord was never accounted for (even though in previous ultrasounds it's been tucked between the legs). When the gender was guessed, the cord seemed awfully close to what she was willing to pin as boy parts. When I asked she said, "No...not the cord..." and gave my husband and I little to no confidence that we're expecting a boy. We should have waited to go to our place in North Raleigh. Too much for too little, and definitely not great service for being so far out in Morrisville. Definitely wouldn't recommend. read more
