I decided to give this new nail salon a try. My usual nail lady was off today and I really needed to get my nails done. I was a walk-in and my wait time was not too long, about 15 min. Would have been quicker but the lady available did not know how to do ombré nails. I had Jan do my pink and white ombré nails and they came out great! I'm very happy with her as a nail tech. She really wanted to make sure i was satisfied with everything before she continued on. The shaping of my nails I must say is the best I have ever had as well as the powder dip color selection. The most colors I've seen in any salon as well. I thank Jan for making me comfortable and being sure I was completely satisfied. I would have given 5 stars but the reason I gave 4 was the simple fact that they charge extra for removing powder dip from your nails. I'm not a fan of that because I think if they put it on then they should take it off as well. Overall my experience was great! Will definitely return with Jan as my nail specialist read more

I called this place literally 30 minutes before they closed and they were nice enough to take me. I arrived at 6:45 and they kindly asked me to pick my color and have a seat. I desperately needed a pedicure. First thing that caught my eye was how beautifully decorated the salon was. Turns out they had only been open for 10 days. They did a beautiful job on my pedicure. Took their time and were very friendly. Jan, one of the partners of the new salon, was very sweet and told me that this place was her "dream" and she was looking forward to taking good care of her new clientele. While they are not the least expensive nail salon around, their prices were reasonable. I always believe you get what you pay for. As a bonus, they are offering 20% off all services to their new clientele. read more

This review is for the pedicure ONLY. I have gotten a dip powder manicure by Jan and it was perfection, she is friendly and takes her time so I figured I would give the pedicure a shot. BAD IDEA. The gentleman who did my pedicure did a horrible job. He barely touched my cuticles and when I asked for him to check for an ingrown he said he already had and that nothing was there, bro I can feel it and I literally watched you do nothing. As others have mentioned the pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes. This place is a little on the pricey side - $15 more for gel as opposed the the average $10, so I expected a little more. I would not come back for a pedicure. read more

Well this was upsetting. I stopped int to get a pedicure. I had a friend with me. He asked to sit in a chair beside me while waiting, and was told that it was fine. There was one customer aside from me sitting in the room. After 5 minutes of sitting beside me the woman that gave him permission yelled across the room for him to get out of the chair, that they are for customers only. And then instructs him to sit in the tiny pull out chair that the technician would use... it was bizarre and rude to say the least. I felt embarrassed for my friend and angry about the woman's bad behavior. I asked me friend to go ahead and wait outside and then I mentioned to the woman that it wasn't nice how she handled the situation. She didn't handle the feedback well and basically yelled in my face. On top of this, the nail color was not the same as the one I chose, the shape was pretty crappy and haphazardly filed and cuticles remain. Overall I am frustrated at the lack of skill or effort and the bad behavior towards customers. I still tipped 20% because I've worked in hospitality industry for enough years that I just can't not, but I would advise looking elsewhere for a nail spot. Actually, there are a lot of nail spots in the area; I would recommend trying one of them. This place left me feeling like I just burned my money. read more

First time costumer and will be back. This salon is clean and has a great selection of colors to choose from. Customer service was great and I really appreciated the input from my nail technician. Nice place but most likely will not go back. Did not get great service and it was expensive. The lady was sweet but she ripped off my acrylic nails and made me bleed then I got dip nails so she dipped my nail that still had blood on it in the dip powder (unsanitary) then didn't clean up my cuticles or anything. And then it came out to be $51 just for removal and dip powder on my natural nail. I love that they have so many color options and all that but I probably won't be going back. read more

Never again. This place does not sanitize or disinfect their tools or work spaces properly or give clients enough space to social distance from each other. I am a former manicurist so I know what to look for as far as proper sanitation and disinfecting goes. They used the same towels on multiple clients, were pulling used dirty tools out of boxes and then returning them to the same boxes just to use them again on the next client. There was only 1 other client in the spa at the end of my service, yet they had us sitting right next to each other instead of allowing us more space to social distance. I got a full set of acrylics put on and they left them extremely thick and unnatural looking. I would have said something while I was there but I really just wanted to get out of that cesspool of germs. I was lucky enough they didnt cut me, but the other client who was there was not so lucky. Hope she didnt get an infection from their dirty tools. This place should be shut down by the health department. Dont risk it, find another nail spot that actually cares about their clients safety and well being. read more

This salon is clean and has a great color selection. I went for a gel fill. The fill was poor. My nails were cut shorter than requested and the fill is bulky on several of the nails and the shape poor. Gal who painted nails though did a good job. read more

Giving this a 5 stars despite they didn't give me the hot stone massage as advertised. It was $32 for a regular pedicure and 2 add ons. Add ins includes the callous removal, sugar scrub, and 5 min massage. Amy was my manicurist and she was very good and friendly. She was very patient and took her time with my pedicure. We like to go to places that have people that show they enjoy what they do and make us customers feel like we are not bothering them. This place is so nice and relaxing. Great nail place. I went for the grand opening and I've been back twice. I had a gel manicure by Angel. I also had a Babylon pedicure by Sandy. The pedicure was so relaxing and they really massage you for as long as they are suppose to. I have taken my teenage daughter for acrylics she loved them. Jan shaped her nails really well. My 7 year old daughter got a manicure by Sandy too. She was very gentle and didn't cut her skin at all. It is very clean, very relaxing and they are all really friendly. Sandy and Angel are both wonderful. Everyone complimented my nails and I'm excited to go back again. Gel lasted and they have a lot of color options. read more

okay so saturday i went to get my nails done here and they are cute of course, but then the other day i carried a box and the box slipped out of my hand and broke my nail so i went to the salon after work and was already in a bad mood cause my damn nail broke so i'm literally admitting on my part that did i give attitude, i already said my reason.. the lady was nice at first telling me to always make an appointment first then of course she didn't like my attitude and just told me what time best works for me and i told her 4 and she said okay.. but didn't wanna write my number or name down.. i even asked her if i needed to write my name or anything and she told me no .. so already 1 red flag .. the next day i told my boyfriend about how i'm supposed to have an appointment, and REMINDER: i didn't ask him too he just called them , also i was there the entire time he talked to them and there was not even one single attitude from him lol but anyway i waited went in and i'm already getting an attitude from the lady that did my nails "Sit at the table" wanted me to tell her what happened to my nail so i told her and right away she goes "then that's your fault" like obviously it's on MY finger ya know ? telling me no charge this time but next time it will be and i said okay i'm sorry .. and she told me it was fine but LITERALLY this lady was still so mad at me that she was being rough on my damn nail and let me tell you i DID want to leave but i wanted my nail done to remind her of how rude and rough she was so she doesn't do it to another client and the funny thing is i confronted her NICELY LITERALLY!! but she was shouting at me after how i was telling her that she was rude and rough.. doesn't that say a lot now ? telling me how my boyfriend was rude to her when he wasn't he just wanted to make sure if i still had the appointment or not cause the lady didn't wanna write my name down LMFAO another funny thing apparently you have to make an appointment but as soon as a girl steps in she says "wait 10 min for full set " so literally this place will try to cut your finger if given an attitude (the lady has a boy cut , has a tattoo on wrist, wears a silver watch) read more
