One of the best breakfasts around! Fast and friendly service, tasty dishes and well worth the long lines!
Fast service and delicious comfort food. I do suggest they toast the biscuits before putting gravy on.
Went on a food tour with a chef and he recommended this place. We had passed a few days in a row and there is always a small line out front. The day we tried it there was the same line. I thought we'd have to wait a while but a guy came out and took us from the end of the line and sat us. I guess they had some spots open up and we were seated. There seems to be 3 areas to sit, outside, inside by a bar and and a second inside place. Menu looked great. Plenty of options. From Yelp it looked like omelets were the way to go. The chef said they did dunngeoness crab well so I ordered it. I learned, I don't like dunngeoness crab however, the omelet portion was good, the side salad tasty and the biscuit was just amazing!! My partner loved their omelet, chose the potatoes and also, thought the biscuit was outstanding. They also raved over a pineapple flavored juice they ordered. I would definitely return to get more of those biscuits and to choose a different omelet. Service was fast. ambience inside is okay. If we had had time I'd imagine it would be nice to sit outdoors or the other indoor area.
We took a brisk walk over to Bacco Cafe & Bistro for breakfast and initially thought we'd have a long wait since the dining area looked pretty small. To our surprise, we were seated right away. We later discovered that there's a second dining area next door that's part of the cafe, which helps accommodate more guests. We ordered the Chorizo & Eggs Burrito, Ham & Cheese Omelet, and a Quiche Lorraine (I forgot to take a picture), along with a coffee and an Americano. Service was friendly, efficient, and our food arrived surprisingly fast. The food was good and satisfying, but nothing particularly stood out as memorable or unique. That said, if you're looking for a quick, reliable breakfast before heading out to explore Seattle, this is a solid option. The location is definitely a plus--it's conveniently situated just down the street from Pike Place Market, the waterfront piers, the Seattle Aquarium, and the famous Gum Wall, making it an easy stop before a day of sightseeing.
Cute, cozy cafe with street view. Indoor and outdoor seating. There's a main area and a smaller or cozy area. Customer service was amazing. Fransisco was my waiter. The food was hot, delicious and very flavorful. The portion size is generous. I had the Belgian waffle and the corn beef hash dish. The waffle was pretty standard not much to it. The corn beef hash was the star of the show. It comes with corn beef hash, potatoes, onions, scallions and a biscuits or toast and two eggs. Very reasonable in price. The corn beef hash dish was all cooked to perfection. I'd travel for this dish alone. Added strawberry jelly to my biscuit. Some of the better food in Seattle. Located near Pike Place Market.
While just getting into town and arriving near Pikes Market, we needed lunch/dinner. We sat outside here and every server passing by us stopped to help us. We immediately got menus and waters. I ordered a grilled cheese with creamy tomato soup. My husband ordered a dungeonous crab sandwich. Both sandwiches came with a side. Mine was the soup, he got fries. The grilled cheese was made with a very thick bread. It was really tasty, but could have used a bit more cheese. The tomato soup was amazing. My husband loved his sandwich, although was wished there a bit more inside. The fries were coated and crispy. Very good. It was a good stop.
Bacco Cafe was a great breakfast experience! Being in Seattle, I thought it'd make sense to order a salmon omelette, and I'm glad I did. The salmon itself was delicious - it was so fresh, and the portion of the fish was very generous. My dad also liked his crab Benedict. The place itself is a typical diner - it has a relaxed diner vibe and feels chill. The service was good - the food came out at a decent time and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed my breakfast here!
I was very pleased when my meal came out and had actual pieces of corned beef rather than minced corned beef. They seasoning on the beef was very good. The workers were very busy but our water and coffee remained full. The service was great. Location is also excellent since it's so close to Pike place. They have a fresh juice bar.
Stopped in on our way to Pike for a quick breakfast. We went in on to the building on the right and it was pretty small and busy! We grabbed the last table and the service was super quick! Ordered the bacco breakfast and enjoyed it! Classic diner food, nothing surprising about the food. Yummy, classic diner breakfast plate! We had somewhere to be so we split the food and a coffee, but would love to try a fresh juice in the future! We didn't get any of the more exciting plates so no info on those! A bit spendy but we understand that it's in a touristy spot so no surprise. Solid spot!
Bacco's Café - Seattle Darrin ordered the corned beef hash, and WOW -- this was one of those dishes you're nervous to order because it can go so wrong... but this one went very right. The corned beef was incredibly flavorful and tender, served with perfectly cooked eggs, thick grilled onions, and delicious potatoes. Even the sourdough toast was perfectly golden and tasty. Every bite was on point. I had the brioche French toast, and it was just right -- sweet but not overly sweet -- topped with honey and maple butter. I can tell it's a favorite because I saw several plates heading to other tables while we were there. Apologies for the photos -- we completely forgot to take them before diving in! That should tell you how good it looked. We were seated around the corner in the downstairs area. I would have preferred the cute, cozy upstairs space, but we didn't want to wait -- and it was still comfortable. Like many Seattle spots, the tables are a little close together, but totally manageable. Service was great -- Adrian was on par and took good care of us. Would I go again? Absolutely. Next time I'll just request upstairs seating.
Unfortunately, this wasn't a very family-friendly experience. There were no baby changing tables in the restrooms, and reaching the restroom required walking outside and down a flight of stairs through what appeared to be an employee area, which was inconvenient with young children. The menu was quite expensive, and while the presentation of the food was beautiful, the flavor didn't live up to the price. The location in Seattle is definitely cool and worth exploring, but the restaurant itself didn't meet our expectations. If you're visiting the area with kids, I'd probably recommend trying one of the many other nearby restaurants instead.
All three - food, service and ambience top the list. The cafe is along the main street near Pike place market serving great food. It has two - three areas catering to the public, so don't be fooled in case you do not find a table once you enter from the main door of the cafe. Negative points- although the menu has typical with added exuberance of crab or salmon etc. the overall receipt is steep high. 100+ (you can pay by cash to avoid taxes) Good food, heavier portions. Do indulge in their French toast, Irish coffee and freshly squeezed juice, refreshing to the core. Better visit the cafe when on foot at the Pike place, searching for a free street parking spot is difficult.
Given the hype and the reviews, I was a little disappointed after visiting Bacco Cafe & Bistro. The service itself was great, the staff were friendly, answered all our questions, gave recommendations and checked in on us throughout our meal. The restaurant itself was a little small inside, the tables were a little too close to each other and would have felt too cramped if there were more people dining. The food that we ordered was only okay and wish that it was presented a little differently. We ordered the Palerno Juice, Corned Beef Hash, and Biscuit & Gravy. Their homemade juices are fresh and made ready to order. The food itself was okay, good taste but nothing special and a little heavy. The food were served in bowls and each ingredient piled on each other which made it hard to see what the dish was and what the food looked like underneath.
I had a gorgeous breakfast at Bacco! I am a big French toast fan, and I prefer regular French toast over stuffed variations. I had the Ravenna juice (carrot, ginger, and apple) which is fresh and a great way to start the experience. The French toast was divine and filling. I did get a side of bacon for some protein, but you'd be fine without it. It's a busy place, but you don't feel rushed or bothered. Everything comes out quickly and hot which makes a big difference. Visiting Seattle solo for the first time, I came to Bacco Café on a Saturday morning, the day before running the Iron Horse Half Marathon. There was a line when I arrived, but I only waited about 10 minutes before getting a table outside. For juice, I ordered the Genova with pineapple, orange, and pear. It was freshly made and pretty good, but not outstanding. Given the price, I'd probably skip the juice next time. For breakfast, I ordered the Brioche French Toast with vanilla, fresh berries, and maple butter. It was also on the pricey side, but I could see why it was popular. The maple butter was interesting and gave it plenty of sweetness without making the French toast overly sweet. Overall, I thought the sweetness was just about right. I'd give the French toast a 4/5 and Bacco Café about the same overall. In my recent visit to Seattle, and on my last day of sight seeing, I wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast! Yelp suggested Bacco Cafe & Bistro. The restaurant seemed small and we almost walked away because there was a line and we were cold. We were attended to right away by a friendly man and to avoid a wait, we went with outside seating. I didn't realize there were two parts to the restaurant on street level and around the corner, just a few steps down is another area of seating where the restrooms were located. Our waitress was great, friendly and quick! I needed to change my drink because it was too sweet and was very good about it. Didn't charge me and gave me the new drink. I ordered the crab omelette and it was very good! Everyone at my table enjoyed their drinks and food! Their coffee is really strong! Presentation and portions were also incredible! Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area! read more

I love classic corned beef hash classic homemade corned beef hash contains finely diced or chopped cooked corned beef, diced potatoes (like Russet or Yukon Gold), and sautéed onions,! That's not what they serve at Bacco! The dish I was served was stringy, shredded corned beef and cubed potatoes! Very disappointing! Stick with the Eggs Benedict! read more

There was a line at 930am on a Saturday (rightfully so), but it moved fairly quickly. We ordered the Ravenna, Palermo, and Modena juices, Dungeness Omelette, and the Salmon Benedict. For a $28 omelette, I felt that there should've been more crab in it; it was very much on the light side. The biscuit was delicious and so were the roasted potatoes, seasoned very well. I wasn't a huge fan of the Benedict sauce, I felt it lacked flavor and the egg wasn't very runny. I thought the juices were very good and you could definitely tell how fresh they were. read more

I was walking around Seattle trying to find a good breakfast spot, and I saw this little café and decided to stop in. The quiche was unbelievably crumbly, buttery, and perfectly flaky. The menu has incredible drink options, but it was breakfast. I'd highly recommend this place because you get to see the view of the buildings while you eat! read more
Spot that is near the Pike Place Market with friendly staff, ample seating, and good walkability to nearby attractions. I would say the breakfast food we had was mediocre. The quiche Lorraine was very underwhelming and soggy. French toast was decent with maple butter and maple syrup but nothing super special. read more
Started with coffee and then thought to try one of the most popular breakfasts the Dungeness Crab Benedict w/potatoes. The service was decent enough, quick with our beverages, but slower with refills and much slower upon receiving our food. Several tables around us were seated after us and received their food quicker before we did. The restaurant appears to be split into two locations near each other and there are several tables outside along the street, but we dined indoors. It's tiny and you are super close to other tables. The Dungeness Crab Benedict disappointed...it was light on the crab, very sweet (given it also has avocado) and the English Muffins were not toasted. I feel the presentation wasn't so impressive given the price and other reviews online here. But I was disappointed and most likely won't be returning. read more

I went here because several people recommended it. There was a long line to be seated. It went fairly quickly, though. I wasn't terribly impressed by the menu. Once I picked an item, it came out quickly. All of the menu items that my party got were good, but I wouldn't say they were great. The bathroom situation was interesting. Long lines for one. Down the street and around the corner for another. You had to know where they were in order to use them. read more

We were actually in Seattle to try Ludi's but they were closed for a family vacation and we parked near Baccos and decided to eat here since we were there at 7am. Service was great! We sat down, given time to look at menu and ordered. The breakfast potato was just that potato's (no seasoning) The biscuit tasted like the Pillsbury. We were at the smaller part of the restaurant (corner) they probably have about 6-8 tables. read more

I ordered a bacon cheddar and my brother in law order a salmon omelette, the food was amazing!!! Service was so nice and the ambiance is perfect for a Saturday or Sunday morning. Really enjoyed this spot! First off, I got the hot apple cider--10/10 so good! I loved how they add a lemon and cinnamon stick to it!! it was such a comfort drink!! I also got the French toast. I liked how it came with fruit on top and the toast was not dry! My server was also very nice and I loved the interior seating. Sitting by the window was such a nice vibe and the inside was overall very clean and pleasant! read more

I ordered the corned beef hash and it was absolutely delicious. The servers were very helpful with drink suggestions. I was able to sit at a window seat and have a nice brunch before going for a walk. I would definitely recommend this spot. The sourdough is amazing! read more
The food was good. Chilled just like We like it. They had fresh juice. Everything was fresh. The Service was great. Everyone was so very nice. We waited for seating for about 15 only because we wanted to sit inside (It was cold outside, it was July) and we were a party of 4. But it was great. The ambiance was poppin. It was early morning and full if turist and a few locals. It was worth every minute. I will be back! read more

Honestly I don't remember , I was there by myself. It was packed. The food was great as well as the service. I would call.
Do you take reservations?
They do not. Usually there's a line on the sidewalk for walkins that moves pretty quickly.
