Looking like 10 piece nugget combo with Dried rice and wedgies

Bachiyaki is no longer in La puente . March 7th 2026 . There is a new truck that's working with Bachiyaki called Flamin Hibachi . Relatives or pals ? Who knows but from their bold statements on Instagram stating that food is "made to order " it's completely false . This truck is not cooking fresh food . I'm not going to say it was Horrible but being in the food industry myself ; stuff like that stands out as a profit business rather than a people's business . Yea we purchase from these food trucks to support the Owners of the company but to serve the people with premade food that's been sitting out and reheated isn't necessarily for the people . It's just a money grab . We want hot fresh food not left overs from the last batch . Rice was sitting Veggies aren't that flavorful I got more fingers on my hand than I got chicken in my bowl Ontop of the food sitting out ; so was their sauces . They aren't refrigerated in order to preserve its flavor . They just marinate in the hibachi heat the truck produces . I ditched "mihibachi" that's down the street ( by the dmv ) for "Bachiyaki" but after this experience with the new chain "Flamin hibachi" I know if I go to "mihibachi" I'll get some fresh food . I expect more from a truck that was blessed by their peers with a permanent spot to set up shop .

Love this place!!! I came here with my bf because he's been wanting Hibachi we haven't came because I tried it once before and I did not like it. I decided to give it a try because we had seen this place when we've came to Aldi. I was a bit unsure at first when I looked them up on Yelp and saw a few bad reviews. Glad we still gave them a chance, Jackie took my order, amazing customer service (: she patiently waited for us to be ready to order and answered all of our questions. Now to the fooodd, Ruben prepared our food and it was fireee, I'm a picky eater, and though I was giving it a chance I was not expecting it to be this good. The mushroom and squash were perfect everything was perfectly seasoned. Huge portions!! Worth the price, check it out you won't be disappointed.

Truck parked up a little before 5. We tried scanning the QR code on the truck but it's outdated. Found the website and downloaded the ChowNow app and ordered chicken plate (huge portion), yaya noodle shrimp and filet minor and shrimp Bachi combo. Price was higher than I expected, about $90. The wait time was about half an hour. The food is delicious! I might return when it's payday.

I had the whole truck come out for my son's 18th birthday to feed the whole crew and they did NOT disappoint! EVERY teenager and adult commented on how delicious the food was. The portions were huge! And they all had food to take home. The food was a huge hit and my son was beyond thrilled. Thank you so much for coming out. Will definitely be using you again. I'll find an excuse to!

    Noodles, just ok

The Mrs and I had a chicken plate each, one with fried rice and one with regular rice and an order of noodles. The noodles was, in my humble opinion, a small portion. The plates were filled but mainly with rice. Your get two free choices of sauces, the sauces are EVERYTHING! They literally make the meal. When it comes to flavor though, it's just ok. One of my favorite restaurants is Benihanas and I feel like this is a close second but not quite there yet. By no means an i bashing as I do recommend you try it!

New York Steak bowl with fried rice and veggies. GET THE GARLIC BUTTER!

This place is delicious and affordable for what you get. My husband seen it on Instagram and wanted to try it. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much, I thought it was gonna be like a glorified waba grill but I was wrong! I love Benihana and this tasted soooo much like it. Mostly due to their Garlic butter sauce. I'm not sure if they load it with so much garlic or if it has horseradish in it, but it had the same flavor and heat that benihanas mustard sauce has and that's my favorite! So I was in heaven eating my bowl from here. Also, we ordered it online. Drove 15mins to pick it up, it was ready. Drive 15mins back home and the food was still hot and fresh. CONS: -I wasn't a fan of the type of rice they use, it had the texture of brown rice and was pretty short/thicker grained... but it still tasted delicious. Their veggies were so fresh and cooked perfectly. -there isn't a description of what their sauces taste like so it was like choosing blindly. I'm so glad I chose the garlic though, I will get that every time! -the pieces of steak were cut too big imo, but again that's just my opinion. I'll be coming to this place way more often!

Love this truck. Amazing food, no need to go over pay at a restaurant. My fav is the thick noodle steak bowl! Awesome all the time. The yumi yaki sauce is the best!

Don't usually write reviews, but this place. Order was taken correctly. Order received, wrong. Missing veggies, got rice when I didn't ask for it. Rice that was given was under cooked. Beef ordered medium rare, actually well done. Chicken, dry. Shrimp, dry. This is pretty sad for something rated as 5 stars. Paying $39 for this meal was probably my worse loss of this year.

CJ and Alex were the ones to give me recommendations and it was DELICIOUS. The service was great too, the food was fresh and flavorful. I wish the portion was bigger to match the price I paid for but will still return as I was satisfied!

I've driven past this truck many times. Thought It was time to give it a try. A little disappointed. It was good but definitely on the SALTY side. A lot of rice is packed into your plate. So that's kinda of a bummer considering the prices for a food truck. Idk if I'd go back or if I never would. It was decent food. Please ease up on the salt.

The food is really amazing . The beef and lobster was so tender and flavorful. my kids got the NY steak bowls with fried rice and veggies and that was delicious . I'm definitely coming back . The customer service was great they are friendly ppl helped explain the menus and options

Ordered filet mignon fried rice because I was told it was going to have more meat and this is what I got. Very disappointed, especially waiting more than 25 minutes and it being $16. What a rip off 10 small pieces of meat.

During our visit, we went with the Chef's Recommendation menu and also added mentaiko buttered scallops. I love the interior of this place. The service was also impeccable. Braised Beef Tongue - Practically melts in your mouth Wagyu Carppacio - This dish had so many textures to it. You have the raw beef carpaccio, the salad with sauce on top adds flavor to it, and finally it has the Lays chips on top to give it some crunchy texture. Japanese Wagyu Sukiyaki - My favorite thing from this evening. They do such a great show of preparing this for you and you get a dipping plate with a raw egg to get all the flavors in this. The sukiyaki sauce in the bowl was super flavorful and strong. Wagyu Short Rib - This definitely tastes better using the spices they give for your meal. It's more on the lean side so it was very easy to eat iWagyu Prime Short Rib - This has a little bit more fat and on the chewier side when ate plain. But with the dipping spices, it definitely brings out the saltiness the meat needs Wagyu Bibimbap - The staff will mix this in front of you and make sure all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed so you can get a little bit of seaweed, wagyu, sauce, and rice in every bite. Of course by the time we got to this, we were way too full so I only got a few bites in before I had to call it and to-go the rest. Mentaiko Buttered Scallops - This was amazingly creamy. However I did make a mistake by adding this to the chef's recommendation. The Chef's Recommendation is curated where everything compliments each other. The mentaiko buttered scallops had their usual strong salty taste and super creamy due to the butter, but it was too strong when added to the Chef's Recommendation that I could barely eat it during the meal. Our next return, I will go with just the chef's recommendation to avoid messing up the balance. But the chef's recommendation was curated very well if you're not sure what to get! The bibimbap and sukiyaki were the chef's kiss

The lighting is also mild in a good way as it's not too bright nor too dark. You have a great view of the open kitchen regardless of where you're seated. Parking - Plenty of parking in a huge lot. Parking lot is shared with a shopping center next door, plentiful of parking. After browsing their HUGE menu, we ordered the Mango Special Roll, Rainbow Battera, and CHIRASHI, all to share. All the ordered items basically came out at the same time. It was about a 10 minute wait which is not bad at all. The Mango Special Roll is definitely the star of the show. The variation of mango sweetness along with the cream cheese + Outer layer of Salmon is just perfect. My wife and I loved it so much that we're gonna make this at home at some point. 10/10 recommend to order this. The Rainbow Battera is a plate of pressed sushi, 6pc of pressed sushi rolls presented very neatly and is basically a mix of each fish in a roll. Each roll is different so take your pick of roll to eat. A unique take to sushi rolls but highly recommend. Fish contains Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Albacore, Ebi Shrimp, Shiso Leaf, and Bonito. The CHIRASHI consist of 12 delicious pcs of 6 kinds of sashimi, ikura, masago, shrimp, tamago & seaweed salad on top of sushi rice. It was very flavorful and definitely a shareable dish. I was impressed with the variation of sweet + salty flavors. Overall, a great conclusion to our evening dinner. I loved each sushi plate and their extensive menu.
