After dinner we wanted to get some gelato and we were so happy that we stopped in here! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted! They were a bit busy but the line moved quickly! They have some tables and chairs inside to enjoy your sweet treat! I loved all the flavors they provided and they also have a case with different types of desserts! They also have a menu above the gelato flavors! We decided to go with a small cup of cookies and cream and it was delicious! I want to come back and try more flavors!

Came here after a visit to the Commons for a cool sweet treat. I'd never tried nor heard of Bacio before but the friend I was with was very familiar with them so we decided on this spot for a dessert. Holiday Biscoff s'mores gelato 4/5, this was very good! I haven't had a good gelato like this in years and personally find ice cream too creamy so it was great to discover a sweet treat that was right up my alley. Portion sizing tries to be fair to smaller sizes as well (see; giant stack reaching over the cup edge) but this does remain a $$ treat. Service was polite and friendly and this place was super popular so do not expect to be able TJ's it down and easily snag a table. There are benches outside that we were able to sit on.

I really enjoyed the gelato here! We stopped by for a late-night dessert and it was so good. The staff was incredibly kind and generous he let us try several flavors so we could choose what we really liked. I usually feel a little shy asking to sample flavors, but he made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I don't remember all the flavors we tried, but every one of them was delicious. The ambiance and aesthetics are also super cute, which made the experience even better. I can't wait to come back again!

Ever since we went to the Yelp Elite Event for Bacio out in studio city, we've been craving it!! We were celebrating my mom's birthday in Calabasas and were very happy and surprised to see one in this plaza so we definitely had to drop in! My bf got a small cup of 3 flavors while I went for their iced pistachio latte. There was luckily no line but it was still very busy and packed inside, all tables/seating were filled. The young man who took our order was very patient and nice, also asked if we wanted free samples which they give an unlimited amount! I loved their iced pistachio latte! It wasn't too sweet and it was just right. The pistachio tasted very natural and not your usual artificial pistachio syrup. Overall great location with lots of parking. Delicious gelato! The gelato is creamy and the portions are quite generous. I ordered a small cup 2 flavors. I had the Fragola super latte flavor (sweet cream and strawberry jam mixed in) and the chocolate pistachio crunch. Both flavors complimented each other and I enjoyed every last bite. Our server Denise welcomed us with a warm hello and big smile! She was so sweet and patient while we tried some of the flavors. The store is super cute and very cozy. There's seating inside and lots of seating outdoors throughout the shopping plaza. I'm so happy to see that there are more Bacio di Latte's popping up throughout the SFV. The only suggestion I have is to get rid of the wood spoons and replace with plastic spoons. There's always a "wood" taste when using those spoons.

fariya, luka, nathan were AMAZING! This was my first time here and my friends and I came late but they were so patient with us and let my friends and I try a bunch of different flavors. I wish I could've gotten the entire selection, but I stuck with the strawberry shortcake and biscotti. they were all super sweet and very helpful in the selection. 10 out of 10 would return.

Decadence has graced the Thousand Oaks area and bringing Italian gelato to the 805. The samples were so good and each flavor were so rich and creamy but my favorite has to be the pistachio creme. Real pistachios and real flavor which doesn't taste artificial and it's unbelievable. The aesthetic is so nice and chic and if you can get a seat it's definitely worthwhile

Sweet tooth craving definitely satisfied and more! So many delicious flavors. My fav is pistachio and this time I got a split scoop with the maple syrup brittle. Wow it's was such a great combination. I got the pistachio cream with nuts waffle cone and it just made it 1000% much better. Staff is very friendly, they do not rush you as you taste and decide your flavors. If you want another treat on top of the gelato add an iced oatmeal cookie.

Took my nephews out to have some gelato. This location is new and we loved it, conveniently located at the Calabasas Commons. The service was great so was the ambiance. The gelato as always was perfection. We all ordered something different and enjoyed every drop. The quality is unbeatable, lots of flavors to choose from. There is indoor and outdoor seating at this location. I have a feeling we will be here many times throughout the summer.

Came here yesterday and it was so good. All the flavors I tried were so good. The maple is such a nice holiday flavor. The chocolate is rich and strong in a good way. The other flavor was pistachio which was really fresh tasting. The service was good and fast. There is great seating inside and outside. Definitely will come back!

4 of us came for Gelato after dinner and it did not disappoint. 4 different flavors and enjoyed by all. I had strawberry cheesecake and I can honestly say that it was the first time I had cheesecake flavored gelato or ice cream that actually tasted as what it was supposed to be, cheesecake! As I write this, I am actually thinking about getting in my car and going to get myself a treat! YUM! The young lady that helped us, and it was crowded, was so sweet, patient and a pleasure to have serve us as we have never been here before. I can honestly say that the line moved fast for being so long. Although I don't usually care for downloading menus, theirs was on the door and it was a tremendous help. My eyes have a very hard time with those that are up high with relatively small print. I was able to take my time, peruse the menu and come out with what I actually wanted opposed to rushing and ordering in order to not hold up the line. It was a pleasure and I don't think I have ever said that about any menu I had to download! The young lady that helped us was so sweet and pleasant that it just continued to make ordering a breeze. And BTW - it took me awhile to go there as I loved the ice cream shop that was no longer able to stay, and the Gelato shop that was across the street from the commons. I guess I learned my lesson. I cannot, by myself, bring back those places. Also as I learned very young (oh, what A memory I must have) "good things come to those that wait!" Time to go find my car keys! read more

o glad I finally made it to Bacio di Latte,to check out what all the rage is;was ready to wait in line as it was a hot afternoon, but luckily, no line; got my regular go-to, Pistachio, I enjoyed the authentic pistachio flavor, as I was savoring each scoop, realized I was eating "artificial" pistachio flavoring my whole life, wow it was top notch, I'm educated now, real Pistachio ... thou I was hoping to run across some nuts, to no avail.. -- Hold the line, got The Sweet Amarena, wow, the layer of dark, tart wild cherries spread in its syrup, on top of a freshly made batch of Sweet Cream gelato -- was an amazing creation, that set the bar high, will be dreaming about having that again, delectable...And try some of the other flavors in the chocolate world... read more

One of my absolute favorite places to get European authentic gelato. So so good! Always consistent service and always greeted with an amazing smile. The Gelato of course is great. But can we please take a moment to recognize the scam that is the cup? I added pictures for reference. I mean, practically $10 for ice cream with waffle cone... but the cup is not even full to the bottom. It had a bit of a liner if you closely into the cup. I don't know how to explain it. But It's stupid. That space could've been used for more ice cream. But nooo. DO BETTER. I FEEL CHEATED! read more

Came back on a recent Sunday night and good news -- they had FIVE people working there so even though there was a line, it moved pretty quickly. Around 11 bucks gets you a "regular" cup with up to three flavors. May be enough to share if you're not super hungry -- but who would want to as it's so good? Always get the Pistachio and combine with some sort of hazelnut. As good as the ones we had in Italy last summer (although those were half the price or less). Welcome to Rick Caruso-ville! read more

I am not usually a fan of gelato, but I was blown away! Wow, absolutely amazing! The line was long, but it was worth the wait! My husband and I shared a waffle cone, that they freshly make there, dipped in pistachio cream and then they had a flavor called buttercream pretzel. The combination of those two were insane! It takes a lot for me to be blown away like I was, but everything was amazing! I highly recommend getting a fresh waffle cone dipped in pistachio cream. The only flavor I've tried so far was the buttercream pretzel With the waffle cone dipped in pistachio cream and it was one of the best combinations I've ever had. I've never been a fan of gelato, but this was absolutely to die for. 100/10. read more

This location needs time to be great. I love the gelato here but I prefer the location in Brentwood. The place was not clean, dirty tables with empty coffee cups. The staff is all over the place, paid $12.75 for a shake and take cup was a little more than 3/4 full, not okay to charge that price and skimp out on the shake. Basically they are very skimpy with portion vs cost at Calabasas. I love the gelato, I live super close to this location and I was excited as it's closer...I will drive to Brentwood for my treat. read more

One of the reasons I loved Bacio di Latte was the amazing experience we had at their Century City Mall location. The staff was incredibly professional, and the calm, welcoming atmosphere inside the shop made it a pleasure to be there. I especially appreciated how warm and accommodating they were toward me, my husband, and our kids -- it truly made us feel at home. So when I found out they opened a location in Calabasas, I was really excited since it's much closer to where we live. Unfortunately, our experience there was nothing like Century City. Everything felt rushed -- there was no time to enjoy the beautiful space, no offer to try samples, and the staff didn't seem interested in helping us at all. To be honest, it was uncomfortable. We were the only Hispanic family in line, and it was hard not to notice the way we were looked at -- like we didn't belong. My husband, who was visiting for the first time, said he wouldn't go back, and I have to agree. From now on, I'll gladly make the drive to Century City. The difference in treatment is night and day. read more

This new gelato place is delightful! The gelato is light and perfectly sweet and the music is perfect and adds to the overall experience. It's a little on the pricy side of things though, with tiny cups of gelato costing as little as seven dollars. If you happen to be near the Calabasas commons and need something sweet, this is definitely the place. read more

Great ice cream, plenty of parking but super slow staff. It takes away from the experience. It's not worth the wait. They purposely work slow so there is a line therefore enticing others to want to experience the location. If you want to get old buying ice cream this is the place to visit. read more

Bacio di Latte was born in 2011 from Edoardo and Luigi's passion for gelato, and their desire to share it with the rest of the world. The two brothers set out from their home town Milan, and drove across Italy to dive into the secrets of traditional Italian gelato recipes. During this trip they discovered the most incredible traditional recipes and raw materials and took them on their travels. Bacio di Latte brings these delights to its customers cones in the most genuine way...by producing gelato in front of their very eyes, respecting the ancient traditions of this wonderful art. So incredibly delicious, probably the standout from the whole meal honestly. I would come back and order that as my main meal. We also tried their bluefin tuna crudo which was good and the cuts of fish tasted fresh but it wasn't as OMG as the tartare. They serve gelato as well and they have lots of crystals, which was my sister's favorite part! I like how they had lots of matcha options. Opted for the rose and they gasped if we wanted sweetened or I sweetened matcha. Honestly that was a first, so I was really happy about that. However, they had forgotten to add the rose water to my drink. They were nice enough to add it once we told them. I will be back to try their other options.

Denise and Anne were both amazing! They were so patient while I took forever to pick a flavor, and they offered great recommendations (the pistachio and cookie and cream combo was a hit).
