Craving something sweet and cool on a warm sunny day in SoCal? Bacio di Latte is a sweet little spot to have the yummiest gelato! The staff were very helpful with samples!Cozy ambiance with soothing creamy colors and comfy seating , relaxing music and the smell of fresh waffle cones! A lot of flavor selection and nondairy too! I had the bacio and chocolate! Yummy! Can't wait to try more! Right next to JC pennys in Victoria Gardens.

I've been here numerous times, and the Gelato is top tier. The affogato with Pistacio creme spread on the cup is probably my favorite. The staff is super friendly and is always eager to offer free samples and help describe the different menu items. The inside is a bit small, so on a Friday/Saturday night it may be crowded..... but almost any other time, I always find a seat. They play old tunes for the ambiance, like Frank Sinatra, so it definitely sets the vibe.

I had a lovely experience at Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda). I ordered multiple gelato (i.e. Pistachio, Strawberry Cheesecake, and 3 Cioccolati). I had the Piccolo Cup ($7.95) and Regular Cup ($8.95). This silky gelato contained bold, rich flavors. It's delicious! I arrived at Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda) on Sunday (around 11:06AM). Parking is simple since the plaza's parking is big; however, it's competitive from the many cars. Staff is very professional, welcoming, and hardworking. Staff immediately offered samples. Staff also eagerly explained each gelato. Staff happily answered my questions. Staff maintained a bright, cheery smile whenever customers arrived. My order was completed immediately. As mentioned, I genuinely adored the gelato. Each flavor felt distinct, bold, and fresh. The ingredients tasted high quality, and it melted quickly once scooped. The pistachio had a fresh, natural flavor. The strawberry cheesecake had a bold strawberry taste. And the 3 Cioccolati had a clean, pure chocolate flavor. It's a delightful, special experience. Regarding ambiance, Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda) is gorgeous and upscale. It's beautiful!! There's eight shiny interior tables, a gender neutral restroom, and soothing music. It's an attractive location. Overall, I had a magical experience at Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda). Staff is exceptional, ambiance is gorgeous, and the gelato is distinct & special. If you love gelato, this is a very easy recommendation. 5 out of 5. "GOO!!"

Despite this being an especially busy Bacio di Latte, the service here is always amazing! The gelato is incredibly delicious! I was able to get my favorite flavor, tiramisu and as always, it was to die for. The staff was super nice and accepted my request of wafflecone on the side. The pistachio cream with nuts was so good and the cone stayed nice and crispy! I can never eat the gelato fast enough and it usually ends up soggy, so thank you! Between, the Newport Beach and Pasadena shops, this probably has the nicest and most comfortable sitting area. The line is almost always out the door, but the wait is definitely worth it!

Ice cream sizes are very small for the price. They have a very good selection of ice cream. Service is OK for the amount of customers. They should have a little bit more employees. Ambience is really nice decor very clean decro. Overall good experience.

This place has amazing ice cream. Actually I believe it's gelato. It's so rich. You really only need one scoop or two. I always get three scoops and never finish it because it's so rich. The flavors are unique. They have seasonal flavors too. The price is reasonable. But think of it as a personal treat, a mini luxury for yourself. The service is awesome. Everytime I do in I have to try at least several flavors. I do try to limit it though if they're busy. It's a small shop so it gets busy quickly. I like the decor. It reminds me of a cute cafe somewhere in Europe. It's a nice place to bring a date and sit and chit chat.

Gelato was amazing! Let's just get that out of the way, the ambiance was also adorable. The location was quite busy for an early Monday night so that is great! The variety of the flavors were large and the flavors themselves were delicious. But very rich! The service however seemed a bit off, lovely workers but the energy seemed low and they seemed a bit bothered. We got two little samples which were nice by the staff but they all just seemed a bit drab and unimpressed/uninterested. Just extremely blasé and unconcerned, even after we told them it was our first time there. They did ask if we had allergies so that was nice. I would like to go back and try something else, but because the prices are so expensive it might be a while!

Perfect for the summer heat and probably just as perfect during a California winter season. My family and I stopped by VG because we were craving gelato and I was happy this was nearby. It's conveniently located near the south side of the mall by Flemings. The line was long and stretched to the door. It is a small place but has some available seating. We reached the front after waiting maybe like 7 minutes. I got a regular cup with pistachio, cookies and cream, and sweet cream. It was very good! My favorites were the cookies and cream and sweet cream. It wasn't too sweet and the creaminess and distinct flavor profile was fantastic. The pistachio was good but it leaned a bit more nutty and bitter for my liking. My mom and my husband enjoyed theirs too. My mom liked the salted caramel and my husband really loved one of the chocolate flavors. The service was good and the girls who served us were nice and took time and precision to create my mom's yummy gelato creation.

Burgeoning chain of gelaterias that have clean, bright, and sleek interiors. Lots of flavors of gelato to choose from and friendly and helpful service. This is actually the second location I've visited now. And if I see a location somewhere, I feel like I know what I should expect and that's tasty gelato and friendly people. Since this location is in the Victoria Gardens, there's plenty parking around and you can get here relatively easily through a combo of finding a good spot and/or walking. On this visit, I got the two flavors of Buttercream Pretzel and Stracciatella. This combo definitely satisfied the sweet tooth and were very tasty and creamy along with a bit of texture. All in all just a great and satisfying experience. A great option for dessert/ ice cream in the area.

One of the most decedent things I've ever had! The staff is kind as wel patient, they let us try all the different flavors. It was difficult to choose because I also loved all their chocolate flavors, but I ended up getting Pistachio and Crema Torino. The pistachio is the best flavor, so rich and creamy with the perfect taste of nutty pistachio that's not overwhelming. On my way to Mendocino Farms on Monet Ave at Victoria Gardens to pick up some dinner, I saw a lot of people standing and sitting outside a shop. I didn't know what it was until I got closer... it's a gelato shop called Bacio di Latte. I said to myself, cool... I'll be back LOL. So here I am... What a hip place to be and enjoy some yummy gelato in a comfortable and alluring ambiance! They did good with the simple cute decor and off yellow/orange lighting that gives it a soft and romantic feel to it especially in the evening. Seating inside with limited bench seating outside. Take me out for date night every night, will you? LOL I love gelato!! They have over 20 gelato flavors. Kid you not, they had about 6-7 staff members behind the counter to assist the customers with sampling and purchases. Yes, they offer free samples. That's super great service! All the lady staff were so very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Thank you misses! There was one gentleman helping out, too. Thank you sir! They were extremely busy, but the line does go fast with so many staff to assist. The only thing is they need to organize the line better. I feel it can get chaotic. For gelato, you can get it in a waffle cone, cup, or sugar cone... all priced differently based on size and how many scoops. They also have pre-packaged gelato for purchase... look for the freezer. To elevate the gelato experience, they offer ciocchino which inludes your favorite gelato flavors in a cone lined in nutella or pistachio cream topped with crunchy nuts like hazelnuts or pistachios. Can't wait to try that one! If you want a cool or hot drink to be paired along with your delightful gelato, iced or hot lattes, caffe, and expresso are available, too. Last, but not least, they have an affogato bar... a scoop of gelato topped with a shot of hot espresso. They have 4 different flavors for that. Per Google, "The name "affogato" translates to "drowned" in Italian, referring to the ice cream "drowning" in the hot coffee." Good to know! If that's not enough, they also have cookies and other sweet desserts. Now to what I ordered... I tried samples of 4 different flavors... sweet amarena, crema torino, carmello saltato, buttercream pretzel. I ended up getting a regular cup (up to 4 flavors) with sweet amarena and buttercream pretzel. Smooth and creamy... just so YUMMY! It was indeed not enough. I may have to get the pint next time LOL. Yes, they have take home options in family or pint sizes, too! YES, I will definitely be back for more kisses of milk (English transaltion of Bacio di Latte)! If you haven't gotten your kiss of milk, now is the time. Go get them!

Amazing decadent gelato that is rich and creamy. Unique flavors. I've tried it in a cup and in a waffle cone. Interior is warmly lit. Employees made good suggestions on which flavor to pair with. I've tried the strawberry cheesecake with the creamy Bacio di latte (sweet cream). I've also tried the chocolate pistachio with the hazelnut and loved this combo. They offer half flavors so you can order the small piccolo size and try two flavors. Prices are what you expect at the Victoria Garden mall (factor in rent, cost of supplies, cost of labor). It's my new favorite dessert place of the moment. There are outside benches since we had our dog with us. They also offer specialty coffee drinks and cookies that I'll have to try next time.

the gelato is delicious, but the service was irritating. i ordered a half n half single scoop. the worker, gia, offered me pistachio in the cup and nuts. i thought she asked if i wanted nuts included in my scoop since i ordered a flavor that has nuts on top. she did not inform me that the pistachio and nuts would almost double the cost of the already expensive single scoop. i paid over 12 dollars for one scoop when i thought i was only going to pay 7. i don't appreciate the lack of communication and miss gia assuming i would know that it costed extra since she was offering it to me. i did not ask for it. i hope next time you guys have a smile on your face because the energy in there was negative and everyone working seemed irritated which i understand, but i also work in customer service and i make sure i have a welcoming attitude, so i know its not impossible. read more

My cat loved the chocolate gelato (see profile picture). The small store was packed, even on an odd day. The patrons at the shop had a weird look on their face when they saw me order the chocolate gelato for him but I'd feed him before anyone else. They also don't hold back on the samples, so you're free to try whatever. read more

The gelato was delicious. The decor of the place is very pretty. Felt very fancy lol the workers were okay not the rudest but not super welcoming. I didn't like how the line was set up. The store itself is very small. There was a family in front of us that had 8 people. They were all standing in front of the gelato ordering one by one. When the workers were calling other customers to be helped the family was in the way. Then there was a family of about 5 and once again they were standing in front of the gelato so when it was your turn you couldn't see the flavors. Making it very frustrating to order. read more

Place is small with not enough tables to sit and enjoy your gelato. There are a variety of flavors and they do allow customers to taste the flavors. They do have a pistacchio cream and a Nutella topping that you can add. The place is popular because everyone wants to taste some gelato! Where else can you get any gelato around here? I do think the business took advantage of the hype and location to overcharge for their gelato. As a person, who has lived in Italy, there is no way any Italian gelateria would charge what this place charges! I bring my kids here just to get a small pick me up with gelato but it isn't a place I frequent just because of the hype and pay too much for just a gelato. I guess they have to to pay their rent! read more

Heavenly, absolutely divine. Holly is a treasure and was very patient with me and my partner the first time we were here. The gelato is the best I've ever had in my life. Expensive, but thats the price you pay for top-tier quality ice cream. Don't get a nutella or pistachio spread though, I don't think its worth THAT much lol. read more

Place overall appears upscale. Pint size is best bang for your buck. We chose the hazelnut and pistachio. Very rich in flavor. Staff was professional and with great attitude. Quality of gelato is delicious and amazing but it's very pricey...I only got the mini size with 2 flavors--pistachio and hazelnut and I wanted to have the pistachio cream too but for $2 more--nope!!! I have gone to this place three times in three weeks so far, and have had a wonderful experience each time. The staff member I have met and visited with, I believe her name is Lydia, has been an absolute delight to meet and visit with each time I have gone. The different flavors are very good and varied, but my go-to flavor has been the Peanut Butter Caramel Chocolate, which I've had each time, whether it was as a scoop of gelato or with my affogato. I don't usually care for caramel, and fortunately this was not an overwhelming factor in this flavor. The store itself is wonderful, from the music to the decor. I cannot get enough of this place, I just wish my waistline would agree. read more

Came here since boba was on the other side of the mall -- Had the pistachio & caramel coffee ice cream. Both were very good and reasonably priced. The cashier was very helpful, gave the appropriate information for each of the gelatos we asked about, & asked if we had any allergies prior to providing samples. I wanted to like this place, but because of the service I will not be coming back. Upon walking in we were not greeted by any employee. Christina was rude. She saw us walk up to to the ice cream window to try to look at the flavors offered but she went infront of us to spray the Ice cream window and took her time as if she did not see us waiting to get greeted. After she was done she walked around the corner as if she owned the place. Next, Ohana then had an attitude serving us, because we wanted to try samples as if we did something wrong. The setting of this place is nice, the Gelato was good but the service was horrible!!!!! And the cookies are dry af. Will not be coming back, due to two employees who could of fixed their attitude and be a little bit more welcoming. read more

We were so excited to see our favorite gelato place has made it to the IE. We used to drive out to OC just to get some gelato from this place. They kept the decor. and atmosphere the same - very cute, very classy, very demure LOL. We came here around 9:30pm and the staff was very friendly; letting us know we can sample as many flavors as we want and were very patient with us especially when we were annoyingly excited LOL. There are to go pints in the fridge and plenty of seating. ENJOY! read more

It's 8:30pm and I'm sitting on my bed (supposed to be studying) but I want ice cream. I've been eyeing this place for a few days and I had to order some for delivery. The gelato is phenomenal! I kind of dislike that I loved it as I will have to fight the urge to order it often! Anywho, we ordered the pistachio, salted caramel, and cookies and cream, plus two waffle cones and whipped cream. I loved them all, I cannot choose a favorite at this time. Customer service was also great, they made things right after being out of certain things. We did not expect it, but we appreciate it. The workers were so nice and helpful and made sure to ask if I had any allergies !!! They were so sweet and always had a smile on their face. The gelato was really refreshing and they make sure to load it up. Though some flavors weren't mind blowing like other gelato places I've been to it was for sure nice and a change for victoria gardens. I tried their hot chocolate. I would say it's one of the best commercial hot chocolate's I have tasted. It was very rich and almost had a silky texture to it. It did not taste like a pre mix powder. read more

A go to spot for us for quality gelato any time of the day, but especially for those late night outings. Very well decorated, clean, with a helpful, friendly staff, and most importantly, a variety of flavors to try! We enjoy trying out their rotating flavors of the month. If you go, try it on their pistachio dipped cones w/ nuts! Won't disappoint and leaving you craving for the next visit! read more

Ambience is 1000/10. As soon as you walk in, you're instantly transported to the most serene place- the lighting, cleanliness, music, design, and aroma all contribute to this. Every corner is intentionally decorated. LOVE to see new businesses sprouting up in Rancho that pay attention to detail and guest comfort- it's nice to not have to go to LA or OC to visit a place like this!! I could truly stay in here for hours. Great variety of flavors while still being authentic- not too sweet or artificially-colored or flavored. read more

Great location, great tasting gelatos but the good stops there. TERRIBLE staffs, HORRIBLE service. This establishment definitely needs a major review and improvements on how to properly speak to paying customers. Owner, or the store manager needs to re-train ALL of the floor staffs on work ethics and basic common sense of being behind the counter. Rude and disrespectful attitude don't fly on business establishments like this. It's rare that every floor staff seems to be having a bad day. Go get a job that doesn't require human contact, we don't need your bad vibes. read more

I come here sometimes on warm days to share a refreshing sweet treat w/ my little mami. The flavors are always delicious. My favorite combo right now is the Belgian chocolate & the pistachio. I've been on the Dubai chocolate bar kick like everybody else & this definitely gives that type of flavor in gelato form! read more

Over priced and dull flavors, workers seem unhappy working here. You're better off taking a few extra steps to either cold stones or Afters . I've been here so many times but will stop going due to the fact that the atmosphere never changes just sad. read more

Stopped by this location while walking around and while the party I was with got ice cream I had to stand on the side line because of lactose issues . I talked to the cashier and asked if they happen to have any that was lactose free. He found 1 that was vegan, I was hesitant lol but open to trying. It was very delicious!!! I forgot the name but it was chocolate flavor and vegan, it did not upset my stomach. We enjoyed our stop here and would recommend. read more

If you've ever watched ratatouille and you remember when the food critic was transported to his happy place ... this gelato was it!!! They allowed us to get samples and each one we tried was just beyond words so delicious! I knew I wanted to get the ube flavor, but wasn't so sure about what to get for the dip and toppings so I asked the worker for her suggestions, so I got half a dip of white chocolate with the waffle cone. Since it's gelato, the pop bar wasn't icy and was creamy throughout. Delicious earthy coconut-y ube flavor balanced by the sweetness of the white chocolate (half so it's not too sweet) and the waffle cones added a yummy crunchy texture too. There's a little guard at the bottom to prevent any melting onto your hand. The toppings did fling and drop everywhere so keep that in mind and like all popsicles, it gets harder to eat when you are almost down with it. It was around $8, so pretty steep, but we live in a capitalist hell society so it is what it is.
