Respectfully this girl worker working there, have never seen her until now so maybe she's new? idk but i asked for a sample on the chocolate pistachio crunch. Although there was none left to make a actual scoop , there was enough for a sample for me to try so I politely asked if I could just get a sample so the next time I can get it if I do like it bc there was so much left on the sides to actually try MANY samples if someone did want to try it as well. She rudely rolled her eyes at me grabbed the sample and walked away. I simply just walked out bc why am i going to tolerate some ignorant girl working giving me a problem to try a sample? The interior is so gorgeous! Everything seems clean and aesthetic. We luckily came before a big rush, but the employees are communicative and nice. Very cute date spot in Victoria gardens. Interior was very cutely decorated but that is secondary to the creamy gelato. They have so many delicious flavors but my personal favorite was the pistachio cream. Super buttery and milky with hints of pistachios in every bite. The workers were super nice and patient as they allow you to try all their flavors. Definitely come give this place a try if you're craving gelato or on a date in IE. read more

If you're spending $89 for gelato then I expect amazing customer service, cold gelato that does not melt quickly and freshly made waffle cones available for purchase. The patrons at the shop had a weird look on their face when they saw me order the chocolate gelato for him but I'd feed him before anyone else. The gelato was delicious. The decor of the place is very pretty. Felt very fancy lol the workers were okay not the rudest but not super welcoming. I didn't like how the line was set up. The store itself is very small. There was a family in front of us that had 8 people. They were all standing in front of the gelato ordering one by one. When the workers were calling other customers to be helped the family was in the way. Then there was a family of about 5 and once again they were standing in front of the gelato so when it was your turn you couldn't see the flavors. Making it very frustrating to order. read more

Place is small with not enough tables to sit and enjoy your gelato. There are a variety of flavors and they do allow customers to taste the flavors. They do have a pistacchio cream and a Nutella topping that you can add. The place is popular because everyone wants to taste some gelato! Where else can you get any gelato around here? I do think the business took advantage of the hype and location to overcharge for their gelato. As a person, who has lived in Italy, there is no way any Italian gelateria would charge what this place charges! I bring my kids here just to get a small pick me up with gelato but it isn't a place I frequent just because of the hype and pay too much for just a gelato. The staff member I have met and visited with, I believe her name is Lydia, has been an absolute delight to meet and visit with each time I have gone. The different flavors are very good and varied, but my go-to flavor has been the Peanut Butter Caramel Chocolate, which I've had each time, whether it was as a scoop of gelato or with my affogato. I don't usually care for caramel, and fortunately this was not an overwhelming factor in this flavor. The store itself is wonderful, from the music to the decor. Came here since boba was on the other side of the mall -- Had the pistachio & caramel coffee ice cream. Both were very good and reasonably priced. The cashier was very helpful, gave the appropriate information for each of the gelatos we asked about, & asked if we had any allergies prior to providing samples. I wanted to like this place, but because of the service I will not be coming back. Upon walking in we were not greeted by any employee. Christina was rude. She saw us walk up to to the ice cream window to try to look at the flavors offered but she went infront of us to spray the Ice cream window and took her time as if she did not see us waiting to get greeted. After she was done she walked around the corner as if she owned the place. Next, Ohana then had an attitude serving us, because we wanted to try samples as if we did something wrong. The setting of this place is nice, the Gelato was good but the service was horrible!!!!! And the cookies are dry af. We were so excited to see our favorite gelato place has made it to the IE. We used to drive out to OC just to get some gelato from this place. They kept the decor. and atmosphere the same - very cute, very classy, very demure LOL. the gelato is delicious, but the service was irritating. i ordered a half n half single scoop. the worker, gia, offered me pistachio in the cup and nuts. i thought she asked if i wanted nuts included in my scoop since i ordered a flavor that has nuts on top. she did not inform me that the pistachio and nuts would almost double the cost of the already expensive single scoop. i paid over 12 dollars for one scoop when i thought i was only going to pay 7. i don't appreciate the lack of communication and miss gia assuming i would know that it costed extra since she was offering it to me. i did not ask for it. i hope next time you guys have a smile on your face because the energy in there was negative and everyone working seemed irritated which i understand, but i also work in customer service and i make sure i have a welcoming attitude, so i know its not impossible. read more

This establishment definitely needs a major review and improvements on how to properly speak to paying customers. Owner, or the store manager needs to re-train ALL of the floor staffs on work ethics and basic common sense of being behind the counter. Rude and disrespectful attitude don't fly on business establishments like this. It's rare that every floor staff seems to be having a bad day.
